A wonderful place to see various kind of animals species.. Try going early in to avoid huge crowds.. Take the long train for free. There will be some staff asking to take another private train tour for RM10.00. Ticket price for adults is RM16.00 Park your vehicle at the A zone and a one time entry fee of RM3.00 will be imposed or you can park further down for free but at own risk.

Fish were injected and the staff huddled at the front just stopped talking when we walked past them but didn’t help us.

Clean Zoo, great for walking around and enjoying the nature. The biggest crocodile I've ever seen in any zoo in Malaysia😆😆😆Keep up the good work! Zoo Taiping!

Not too many animals to be sighted comparedto 5 years ago & most of the animals do is sleep & being fed. Go in the morning to catch feeding session. The animals need more space to roam & donations I guess. There are ppl seen vaping & smoking around park. Plz follow the rules!

Need to queue for health screening (taking temperature), then given a paper to buy entrance ticket. Seat for family member provided while waiting turn for health screening.. Overall the process is efficient and systematic.. Good to bring children..

During public holiday, expect long que for details check in the new norm. Area still need better maintenance. Some cage no well kept. The attraction is ok. Good for kids to explore. Got night safari too.

There's a lot of animals.. The ambiance is like we are walking in the forest with shade of the trees.. But, the staff need to ensure the facilities like the gazebo and the sitting area clean..

We go for night safari. The entrance is bit gloomy and so do the toilet.. Bit creepy though. However, the experience was priceless. The animals is separated in their own place and i can say it is similar to their habitat.

Visited on 31st Dec 2020. The animals look well taken care off but their 'habitats' maintenance can be better. Hope the management will improve on the landscaping as well. Sadly, the public toilets are in deplorable condition. The management must have overlooked the importance of clean and functional public toilets. Hope to see improvement in future.

The zoo still remain one of the best zoo in Malaysia.. I couldn't agree more, because the price compare to zoo Negara, Zoo Taiping is better.. don't get me wrong this is just my personal point of view
