I was at the store today around 5pm with my son looking for a 75" google tv. My idea was to see what we like since i had no idea whatever written in a certain websites. We had been there for almost an hour at the same tv isle. No salespeople came over. Theres couple time i literally stand beside a saleslady wearing a sales apron who was too busy with her phones. No eye contact or whatsoever. No "hi" or nothing. I was so invisible to her. It wasn't a busy day at all. I dont know, why bother to reopen/relocate if the staffs aren't there for the job. Just sell through the app will do.

Worst experience ever. Bought hair trimmer (panasonic) for rm 140 under warranty for 2 years ended up stop working in less than 5 months. And when i came to replace, the workers carelessly told no stock and cannot refund. I was asked to get some other product worth the money while being laughed at. Went back with much disappointment.
