Great ice cream but as the reviews here has mentioned, the service is Really Really bad. It's so hard to even give an order as the staff can't understand English. The ambience doesn't really represent the Haagen Dazs brand ( feels like I'm in a food court) , the air-conditioning didn't work near the main entrance, it's really hot inside the cafe so, I'm not sure why I'm paying premium price for such a horrible experience. Maybe someone from #haagendazs Malaysia can contact me so I can give more direct and honest feedback? If you absolutely must have Haagen Dazs ice cream, just get it to go. Forget about dining in.

Loved how creamy and chocolatey the ice cream is. My favourite is the Belgian chocolate, the ice cream is really smooth. Its very rich and creamy that you don't want to stop! Definitely worth the price, superb tasty and quality.

The one I ordered has 8 types of flavours. All yummylicious. Price affordable.

I just have to say i love haagen Dazs ice cream cakes sooo much. Im giving 3 star for i feel the outlet/ employees has much room for improvement. Today Im writing because i feel a certain employee deserves a 5 star for his quality. For the past few times my purchaes has always been at another haagen dazs outlet in Penang Island. This time is at Juru Auto-City. Since the lockdown, the outlet is relatively quiet. Despite the low motivation to work and the few high demanding customers, he had served my mom and me with a smile and a pleasant personality. With his mask on, i can still see so much kindness and humbleness in him . A real gem and an asset to the organisation. En Yusof, thank you for serving me🙏💕. Your manager / the management have a lot to learn and pass it on the other employees 😉👍. #bekind

Good as usual. Seating environments can improve better as afternoon sun makes 1 side of the restaurant extremely hot. Should consider putting shade outside the restaurant years ago.
