compared few samsung store for samsung A50s but the product knowledge , free gifts, friendliness is better than other store. went samsung store in Seberang jaya mall, the staff dont want to serve us and keep talking between colleagues . plus without any freebies. i recommend this store than any other, i stay in butterworth also come here to purchase because i'm samsung die hard fans from samsung ace plus to samsung s2 then samsung win to samsung galaxy j7 prime and now galaxy a50s !

Impressive with the service provided by Ms Yi Xin from Samsung AEON mall Bukit Mertajam. My mum went to the shop looking for a new tablet to replace her existing one, because she isn't tech savvy and couldn't understand, so I intend to clarify for her. Surprisingly, I'm managed to get contact with Samsung AEON bm to look for Ms Yi Xin and able to get our issues solved. I'm appreciate her patient, good attitude and excellent service from onside and offside!
