Just want to take key and go also don’t want to give you Even spare part arrived also never immediately give you My car proceed until polishing, then I ask adviser when will be done also give me the answer”this week or next week” Really poor service. Never come here for next time

When accident better go other workshop.All sweet talk but payment can kill you on the labour cost .

What a bad service. Took so long time to repair (2 month++) and complete. When get your car, PLEASE & MUST check your car correctly. Besides, I am wondering WHAT ARE QC CHECKING!!!

Terrible service after send in to claim my car gearbox when i collect my car notice there's a lot of micro scratches at the back bumper and some quite serious scratches on back bumper skirting, after send back to repair the paint job almost 1 week still not done. Total 1month and a half month no car use...when call them to follow up it's like they have no idea that I already send in my car.

Encik safwan 👍🏻5 star but the other person in the phone like Wtf Because the car not repair properly, call back and ask them. The reply really not reasonable. Say the passanger side window not related to car crash cuz it hit your back not side. I got hit by a damn lorry dude, now cannot wind up.

Disappointed went here. So big but doesn't hv small spare parts. My car side mirror broken. Went to replace it but they said dont hv. Such big company giving reason must order first. So what is the point we buy this produa car if we cannot get a small parts. I went seberang jaya produa also gave reason dont hv spare parts. I am regret now bought produa car.

Service well but technician skill for body painting & repairing really need improvement, I sent my car back twice but still almost same cases feel(uneven paint, marking still can see it clear after the 2nd times service) like it didn't fully settle the issue given)🤦🏻‍♀️I wonder did they doing Quality Checking(such as the eye check) before pass over the car to customer. Really feel disappointed they can't fully solve those issue remark given.

smooth process from start to finish. i got notified by sms when the car is 50% complete and when it is fully repaired. overall, my car takes 2 weeks. the advisor is helpful too

Delay on the service. Spend time in perodua almost 1 and half hours. Need improvement.

Poor service, very very slow speed, It will , almost need 1 more month after got insurance approved, even lie to the status of car progress. Always said that there are not enough people.

There are 3 Perodua in autocity. After 3 attempts only managed to reach this workshop that I was looking for. First time missed out because the road was obscured by other building etc. Wasted about 45 minutes to get here.

Parts arrival is too slow. It took almost 4 weeks from car sent to fully repair.

To claim insurance I'd say is very straight forward. No issue lah. But when you send your car for fixing, they do not provide a temporary car like most places do. So it's definitely troublesome & a huge hassle if you don't have a spare car. Also apparently Perodua is only involved in providing the parts & place to fix the cars. They don't repair the cars. It's being done by an appointed contractor. Hence, no one in Perodua knows anything about the repair. When will it be done? How much longer will it take? Estimate time of completion? Your guess is as good as mine. They literally do not know anything from the moment you send your car for fixing until it's done. That to me is an odd service lah. Everybody should be transparent about the progress of repair especially when they don't have a spare car and have to think of other alternatives like rental or borrow from someone. How long do I need to borrow/rent for? No one knows. You'll just have to patiently wait for them to call & inform it's done. It's really hard to make proper arrangements regarding transportation when the duration of repair is a guessing game not only for the owner but Perodua as well.

Really bad service，on last year Oct i send my car to claim insurance after issue happen，after waiting one month only my car get fixed but in between that time they got the wrong spare part，they never inform till i b4 called me take my car only they inform customer service who handle my cases said due to HQ send wrong bumper parts to them so my car need to wait for new bumper replacement again，but after that all no response n always give pic my cases KL HQ side didnt give respones yet...while i called again this morning Mr Rahman said will called me later but after i whatapps them...the others pic Mr Ridzuan ask me about what issue again....really bad service。。。 if u all able to out money fixed the car，better don't come over here

The accident repair claim service very bad. Especially they give quotation very slow and technician installation work very bad.For example they use old materials for us and forgot to install screw for us!!!
