Absolutely Useless. Customer Care is non existent

Incompetent staff. Went to check whether I can switch to Celcom from another telco line or am I in a blacklist because of a situation years ago back when I was a student. The staff who seemed to be a manager/supervisor there checked the system and cleared me, so I proceeded to register for a postpaid plan. I had to return 2 days later because I didn't receive any confirmation sms and then I had to wait for an hour for my number to be called, which is understandable due to the crowd, but all these could be avoided and my time wouldn't have been wasted if she had been competent or had checked with another staff.

Slow, unhelpful, always out of stock, very bad experience. Go to maxis down the corner, or digi in the mall, way better and faster service.
