Toilets very dirty. Sales person does not know the car in details. Cannot answer 6 out of 10 questions. No test drive unit available. Only able to drive the show unit and even worst only can drive within small compound due to no number plate. How can a car sales office with no readily test drive unit at any point of time? And how you expect the customers to buy a car without proper drive on the road to test the performance? When we reached, all staff were busy playing phones.

Unpleasant experience. Maintenance service categorize a stay put car (less than 2k for half year) during MCO as severe usage. N the crew said they were asked by management to do so. Bad management? hope they sort out this

Good staff Good service

Used to send my 8-year old car for regular servicing about four or five times when I worked nearby. Easy to set appointments probably because they don't get many customers. As of Mac 2023 they still don't do servicing for newer Proton cars like X50. For that you have to go to the Juru Autocity branch which much bigger and is quite nearby too. Unlike other service centres, here you won't get complimentary car wash. Also unlike others where they have a coffee machine here it's only limited Econsave's brand of 3-in-1 beverages.
