Everytime we had to ask for something it seemt we were annoying them. My husband was late to pick me up with the children, I went to the reception and asked to allow me wait in the house for 20 minutes longer (check-ou is at 10:00) as we had a lot of bags, a dog, it was raining... They let me (only 20 minutes!), but it seemt to be such a big deal. For the rest it was great.

When we cooked our first meal we took out the dishes and had to wash all of them as there was dry food all over the plates. The second night our boys switched beds and noticed the blood or whatever stain on the comforter. Day 3 we ran out of what was the only roll of toilet paper in the house. Went to reception to ask for more and the girl on shift said she couldn’t leave to get any. Had to wait an hour for someone to deliver a roll.
