Fresh Donuts and many options to choose from. Friendly staff.

On March the 26th I went to this Dunkin donuts, and even though the food and drinks are as what is expected from Dunkin donuts, the service was not acceptable. We felt like being treated like animals by the employee who was present. We chose the option to dine-in, yet at 7:10 the employee was already cleaning the entire place (21:00 they close), all chairs and tables where put away and the employee was already vacuuming while clients where still eating. In our case, the employee was just lazy and not hospital at all, just wanting to go home earlier with out caring about the hospitality for the customers.

Can't tell who the Utrecht store is hiring anymore. On June 4, after ordering and paying, we waited and watched a man try for 10 minutes to fill one small box with 5 donuts, 4 of which were the same kind. He had to ask his colleague (who was on the phone) to get the first 4 correct. He didn't even realize for the first few minutes that he was going to need a box... The entire time we were in the store (nearly 15 minutes) nobody walked out with a single donut. When we informed the senior colleague that they could keep our money and eat the donuts, the man was still trying to figure out how to work the register...the collegue was still on the phone. We live in Utrecht, but our family has officially stopped eating Dunkin Donuts, and started a boycott group in Oog in Al.

The store looks nice and the staff are friendly. The donuts are fixed price which can be relatively expensive if you prefer plain donuts but it's a pretty good deal for the filled ones. I had a donut with broken Kitkat pieces of which the waffles were stale. There must be a better way.

Donut barely had any filling, bathroom was out of order.

This is the outlet you sould avoid to go!!! Firstly,the staff do not have knowledge about how to prepare drinks. Secondly,waiting for 20 mins to prepare to 2 drinks (that's insane) Finally,Even worst,they forgot to prepare my drink as I went to cashier counter to remind them about it!!!!!

Too expensive and unfriendly stuffs. Even there was no costumer amd they rejected to take order without machine. 👎👎

Coffee is awful. Donuts are delicious - if you like extreme sweet. Service at this location is always friendly and efficient. Heads up, though, you Cannot pay with cash. It's card only, and you have to order via the kiosks.

I like the latte from Dunkin. The donuts are also quite good and whenever I'm at this particular Dunkin service is quick and friendly. It would be an improvement to have a discount for bringing my own reusable cup (which I bought at Dunkin)

Had a lemon juice but it was half ice and very little juice for 4.35. Cup was not properly filled. Very poor value for money. Avoid if you are just getting a drink.

The coffee is bad. The donuts are way too sweet. It is like eating a bowl of sugar

Donut shop for a quick coffee, it was ok, but for me to fast chain style.

I ordered from them yesterday and the service was amazing! Unfortunately they didn't have everything I had ordered, but they quickly called me and explained the problem. It must have been a busy day (fridays, yaknow?) so I totally get a little mistake like that. The person who called me was super polite and her service was superb! I really appreciate her switching to english for me as well - as someone who doesn't speak dutch yet, that was an act of kindness that I really appreciate. The replacement donuts were delicious, and the extra one was super cute and fully enjoyed. For a team working in horeca during a pandemic, they maintained the utmost kindness and professionalism - the two pillars of the hospitality industry and totems in my career behind bars. Keep up the good work!

The donuts were tasty, but the staff was incredibly unfriendly and came across as arrogant. No "hello" or good-bye" even after saying so myself. For administration: this was on May 6 2021 at 13.30.
