    I am very satisfied with Studio Watts! After suffering from vague (post-covid) complaints for a long time, I ended up at Studio Watts. Under the guidance of Rik, we started working on my fitness/resilience and I can honestly say that I have made gigantic steps! The team is very involved and creates a tailor-made plan based on your needs. A short evaluation takes place every week to see how you are doing and/or whether the plan needs to be adjusted. You are stimulated, which improves your resilience/condition without pushing you over your limit. In addition to the sporting aspect, attention is also paid to important factors (such as breathing, mindset and nutrition) that help you 'grow' on a total level. I would recommend Studio Watts to everyone!!

    What a nice gym and nice people! I was here to facilitate a breathing workshop organized for the members of this gym. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well organised. Unfortunately I wasn't able to train myself, but I will definitely come back! All top equipment available.

    Unieke trainings ervaring, heel erg 1 op 1 gefocused. binnen enkele maanden van beginner naar ervaren gebracht. Trainer focused op de persoon en de training stopt voor hem niet als je de deur uitloopt. Elke les is anders als de vorige, trainer stopt duidelijk veel tijd in de voorbereiding elke keer.

    Nu een paar lessen kickboks PT gehad van Cornelis en deze waren top! De trainingen zijn altijd respectvol, je wordt gemotiveerd, haalt er enorm veel voldoening uit en je krijgt goede 1 op 1 tips. Aanrader!!!!

    Last September I started training with Rob at PT Rik. That was tough for the first few months, getting personal training is really something different than going to the regular gym. Now a year later, I am happy and satisfied with the results we have achieved. Rik lets you go beyond your limits, you can often do more than you think. It now fits into our lives and if I can't make it then I'm really disappointed. I feel much better, stronger and more confident. If you are looking for a personal trainer who guides you well, knows what he is doing and likes a joke, then I definitely recommend PT Rik!!! The best for us👍👍

    Rik thanks for your help! Rik started exercising two years ago. I then had a burnout and a major hernia. Rik helped me very skillfully with a direct approach. Every month I had more energy and the pain became less. After a year the pain was 97% gone and after 1.5 years I am pain free. Now I enjoy exercising in small group training.

    I just walked out of my workout sweating. Delicious! Studio Watts has been my trusted place to exercise for several years. Expert and motivating guidance helps me achieve physical (and mental) victories. Losing kilos, learning to move again after a hernia operation and recently brain fitness in the form of kickboxing lessons. Every time I walk in with fresh courage and go home very happy and satisfied.

    I have been training here for over 2.5 years now and for me Studio Watts represents a friendly group of people with good trainers. Every training is tailor-made. Whether you are working towards your own set goal or are struggling with an injury. It is very nice that Studio Watts also has this knowledge in-house, so that you can work towards an (injury-free) body that is balanced and thus work step by step towards a stronger body (and mind).

    I have been training at Studio Watts for years now, (mainly) with Rik, and yet I continue to do new exercises every training. You get targeted training here, so really personal and not the basic exercises. For me, these are football-oriented training, such as exercises to improve my reaction speed, stability and agility. You will not only be helped to get fit in the gym, but also outside of training, such as breathing exercises, nutritional advice and mobility exercises, but your personal situation and things you encounter will also be taken into account. It's not (just) about getting bigger, but especially about getting stronger and feeling that way.

    The personal trainers and gym I have been going to for over a year have truly transformed my fitness journey. The trainers are very professional and motivating, and they helped me achieve my fitness goals. The variety in workouts keeps it exciting and challenging, and I have seen my strength and endurance increase significantly. Plus, the community here is great, and I really feel supported and motivated by fellow customers.

    This is next level sports. Trainers are 100% focused on what matters to you. Think of injuries, personal wishes, health, rest, breathing, strength, posture. They think along with you, pay attention to you and always try to deliver tailor-made solutions. One day it may be encouraging you to go that extra mile, while another it may be about the balance you need at that moment. And they are also very nice people...!

    Truly a top personal trainer. I have been diagnosed with “cluster headaches” for 3 years now and I have not been able to exercise. Thanks to Rik's good guidance and his training, I can exercise again as before. Now also started breathing training with good results. 💪
