Nice & well maintained park in Burbank Neighborhood...... It has a huge play ground in the center....... For kids fun , park has a big swing & slides area...... Dedicated picnic tables are also present...... public toilet & drinking water is also available...... It has walking trail surrounded by the park...... Plenty of parking place available across the street..... I went today and I saw cayote warning signboard & also call out one thing restrooms are out of maintenance.....

This park has lots to do. Swings, climbing, slides, sand etc. Lots of grassy space around the playground. Its not fenced in but far from traffic. Several tables and benches. Cement areas and paths around park are great for kids to skate or scooter. It is pretty well shaded. Very clean. Bathrooms on site

A nice hidden park. Really is no signage to tell you where it is. Has a playground (with swings, sand, and two small play structures for both big and all kids ), decomposed granite walking/jogging path with exercise stations, lots of open lawn areas, a restroom building, and a couple of picnic areas. Parking is mostly along the street (thought there appears to be a "secret" parking lot located behind the adjacent school). The park also has a small "restored" stream channel covers in a lot of natural plants, and a couple of bridges over it.

Johnny Carson Park is quietly nestled between the 134 freeway and the large building complexes of Burbank's various studios, film production offices and medical facilities. It's easy to miss, but it gives the park that "away from the crowd" feel, tucked away in its little secluded, but busy, corner. This park has trails that wind around its grounds along little creeks, powerlines, and office building backroads. There is a newer style playground for kids and a fitness path (with exercise apparatus) along the main park trail. Not the best views around though, as you have massive powerlines, large buildings and construction projects surrounding you. The most convenient parking (though limited) is along Bob Hope Drive, which is right by an off-ramp, making it pretty busy with speedsters once they have the green light, so be careful crossing, making u-turns, and parallel parking there. There are supposedly parking lots nearby, if you do not mind walking a bit to get to the park itself. There are lots of grassy areas and some tables for picnics. Bathrooms could definitely use better upkeep. The former NBC Studios (now The Burbank Studios) is just across the street, which was home to "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson" (hence the park's name). A good place to enjoy an afternoon break from your workday.

The walking trail has gone down hill. The area where there once were streams of water is full of trash and over grown brush. At least the playground is still maintained.

It's a small clean park. Lots of parking around. Safer for kids since it's not surrounded by roads all around. Lots of walking spaces for everyone.

Nice park but small. Not many people and the entrance is confusing and not a lot of parking.

Has a stinky lil stream that's labeled as a wildlife sanctuary but looks and smells more like run off water from the hospital next door. All in all the playground seems kept up and clean, big field for sports and restrooms nearby.

I met a client here and pakredbon the Parkside Avenue part of the park. It intersects with Bob Hope Drive. Parking can be challenging on this little street dueong the work week, do plan. Our sitting area ended up being reserved for a party so we had to go to the other side of the park, which is larger than I remember, but it was just as nice over the bridge to a similar picnic area with shade and benches. Butterflies, hummingbirds, tiny flies that weren't to annoying, a slight breeze, people walking their dogs, 2 Dad's playing football toss with their 2 sons made it a Hot but lovely afternoon. People were friendly and welcoming, and I have to say the diversity of visitors was refreshing! I saw people working out as well. I recommend this park, but be careful on HOT DAYS, it might be Too Much heat and though there are a lot of trees the spaces in between them are a bit 🌞 Enjoy!!

👍👍 We went on a Saturday and pleasantly surprised how long we ended up staying. It’s $15 to park there. We bought our tickets online for a 10am tour. There was a good crowd there but no wait lines to start the tour. The tour starts off with a quick film and then you go with your tour guide. The tour gu...
