We stayed at this hotel for 15 nights in July/August this year. The staff at the reception were pleasant, and check-in went quickly and smoothly. They require a 500 baht deposit, supposedly as security for possible key card loss. The room rent can be paid by credit/debit card. We had a Deluxe Premium Room. The room appeared modern, clean and nice. The bed was suitably soft. AC worked well. There was a flat screen TV, though we did not check the number of channels. Otherwise there was a kettle, shower cap, shampoo, cotton buds and water. There is also a fridge. WiFi was unfortunately very weak and slow at times. The network should obviously be strengthened. The bathroom does not have a shower wall or shower curtain, so the entire floor gets wet when you shower. But with the mat that is placed outside the bathroom door, this is no problem. Otherwise, there was little space to put things away in the bathroom. The hotel has many parking lots, several are covered by roof. And they have a security guard in the evening and at night. The hotel is located in a quiet area facing the artificial lake La Lom. Around this lake, a running/walking track has been built, which is suitable if you want to exercise a bit during your stay. The maids were pleasant, did a good job and adapted well to our needs. And not forgetting the security guard, who was both friendly and attentive. The hotel does not serve breakfast. But if you like Thai food, there is a good Thai restaurant, Sida Grilled Chicken, 2-3 minutes' walk further up the street. They open at 9am, are closed on Tuesdays. If you want a western breakfast, the closest is probably Paddy's bar, Buriram. They open at 10am every day and it takes 7-8 minutes to walk there. If in the afternoon/evening you want a really good meal with very nice hosts, La Lom Bar & Restaurant is right on the other side of the lake. They open at 4.30pm and it takes 7-8 minutes to walk there. They are also closed on Tuesdays.

So terrible. I booked for Luxury Premier room (850thb/night for 3 nights) but found at least 3 cockroaches in the restroom when checkin. I ask for changing the room and they offered 2 options Option 1) Same tier but the room is next to the issued room Option 2) Downgraded tier with no refund of the cheaper price Absolutely, I sadly chose the option 2. The manager did not manage the case with no customer caring at all.

Great place, nice rooms, the lady manager very nice and helpful, speaks good English as well, I stayed in 2 different rooms, the standard room does not have a bedside light, but other wise very good value for the money, Ps no swimming pool or restaurant

Really friendly staff that can speak English, especially the manager (Pui). Good size room with comfortable beds, and nice bathroom. Location is also good, situated next to a lake, albeit man-made. Highly recommend staying here

Don't get a ground floor room as bathroom vent let mosquitoes in 24/7, and as there are a few lakes by B2 expect lots of mosquitoes

Budget accommodation in a beautiful location opposite a pretty dam. Buriram itself if a lovely city with many attractions. Room are smallish but comfortable and pleasant. Quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of parking.

it's an ok & safe place for overnight or short term stay. room & service are standard & adequate; good location being right next to a beautiful lake. a couple of good restaurants nearby & 5 min. drive from town center & walking street/night market. I would recommend for a no-fuss stay to explore the local points of interests.

Reasonable price. Clean. The bathroom floor tiles are a bit slippery. They need a curtain to separate the wet and dry zones. The hotel is close to the city center. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Other than weak water pressure in the shower, this hotel is worth the 650 baht. If you have drunk too much at a restaurant and need a place to "relax" the B2 is a good choice in this area. Quiet and convenient location.

Good price and service. Comfortable, closed to the city. Could find expiriences spending good time in the hotel room at locations near by.

I have stayed here a few times, and every time I have had the same consistently good service. I have tried a few other hotels in Buriram, but this hotel can't be beaten for service, value-for-money, cleanliness and location. I always get a comfortable bed, a good shower, and a great welcome from the staff. There's also plenty of parking. I highly recommend staying here.

I was very happy with this hotel, it had nice clean room and my room had a good view of the Buriram Moats, within 100 meters you could be walking around the moats. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Since I didn't speak any Thai so the staff helped me with some Thai paperwork I could not understand. I would definitely stay there again if ever in Buriram.

The room is quite old and dirty, with visible signs of wear and breakage. The toilet is in poor condition and overall cleanliness is lacking. The windows allow outside air to easily leak in; unfortunately, tonight they burned trash outside, resulting in a lot of smoke. The air quality detector read 29. The building structure is thin, making it easy to hear people walking upstairs.
