Best shawarma in lebanon. I love the chicken shawarma there so much. The place is famous for them. The seating area is small and the place is always crowded, but it’s the culture of the place, you may lean or stand and just eat. great garlic

This is a must stop for beef or chicken shawarma and bastererma sandwich. This is an iconic spot in Burj hammoud and is always buzzing with people ordering their food to go with few exceptions that will eat their sandwich right there and order seconds. Every thing they offer is excellent so try whatever you want and dare to experiment with sandwiches that you are not familiar with. The basterma is spicy in a great way, and do not forget their makanek. Their chicken and beef shawarma are the go to options. Parking is tough in this highly sense neighborhood but it is worth the hassle if finding a spot for few minutes while you pick up those delicious treats.

This is absolutely one of the best places in Lebanon to taste the traditional shawarma, meat, or chicken. But most importantly is their famous Bastarma, authentic Armenian cold shots, with a secret mixture of strong spices. Be sure that your surroundings will support the strong smell the day after. 🤣

Bustling atmosphere and best shawarma we tried in our time in Lebanon! Really enjoyed the chicken and soujouk especially. There's also a parking attendant to help with the parking too!

This place has kept its quality since years, and it feels good to know that the current economical crisis didn't affect its taste as well. The food looks clean and appealing, well stored and organized. We ordered the soujouk sandwich, and chicken shawarma. The soujouk was great, ingredients well selected, the shawarma was good as well but it could need more grease/oil. I wish the portions were a little bit bigger.

When I travel to Lebanon, I go straight here. Cheap, delicious, and hard to replicate back home (SoFlo USA). Everything a growing gringo needs. High fives forever!

A very yummy burger in the middle of Burj Hammoud! The prices are very affordable! The most expensive burger is for 4$ and you can add fries and a soft drink for an extra 2.5$! They have a choice of a vegan burger!

I've never had a better chicken shawarma. The basterma, sujuk shawarma, rosto, and beef shawarma were also excellent but the chicken rose above all else.

One of the best shawarma places in Lebanon. Must-visit. Make sure you order a basterma sandwish too, you got to try it. My favorite is shawarma sojouk.

Mano's is one of my favorite in and out places in Beirut. The service is good and fast. It's often crowded. Good sign. In North America, shwarmas do not contain fries, but they do in Lebanon. I didn't like it like that, so be sure to ask for no potato. I don't think there's enough sauce, I always ask for more, so beware if you're a sauce person. They also put a dollop of garlic sauce on the top with a piece of chicken, so your first bite is basically a mouth full of garlic. I didn't like that either. But they don't do it if your order is to go, which they put in a bag. Otherwise, you'll get it open and ready to eat. There is no real dining section, but there are stools outside. You could luck out and get one, but it's not a big deal. It's fairly priced. Note that you pay for your order then you must go and give your ticket to the server (it's obvious which one, the one doing all the yelling, lol) Should you have a special request for your sandwich, you would tell him. They speak English and French so don't worry. Also, the menu is in English. You can pay in USD, although you get some of your change in lebanese lira. (Many places are like this.) ***IMPORTANT: Many places do not take old bills. Also, do not accept old USD bills as change.

A must try ! If you visit Lebanon you have to go to MANO Basterma ! You won’t regret it. Side note: you can’t bring BASTERMA in the US… customs will confiscate it. I bought some in a sealed vacuum pack for my family to try and they took it ! 😕 see tiktok video : @Maude313

One of the most delicious shawarma in Lebanon. If you are looking for an authentic street food experience, you should definitely try it. The place is relatively small and crowded but you can always find a spot to eat your sandwich instantly. Employees were super friendly

My dad is perhaps the most vocal proponent of Basterma Mano anywhere. After continually hearing of the restaurant’s phenomenal sandwich, my brother and I decided it would be improbable to leave Lebanon without trying it. With a busy schedule, this opportunity only arose on our last night before leaving, and we arrived with 30 minutes to go until midnight. The restaurant was buzzing, with a flurry of activity and patrons coming in and out. We made our way to the cash register and ordered a basterma sandwich (of course) as well as a sujuk shawarma, having been intrigued by the concept. We then split up, as the restaurant is dedicated on one end to the shawarmas, and on another to the sandwiches. Both sandwich and shawarma were harmoniously presented within a minute of each other, and we made our way outside to sample the incredibly hyped sandwich. I could instantly tell it was well made, with a fresh and well toasted baguette, slightly spicy flavour from the basterma, and lot’s of freshness from the tomatoes and pickles. I enjoyed it, but not to the degree of my dad, and I do not believe I am the biggest fan of basterma. I had similar thoughts for the sujuk shawarma, which was fatty, spicy and well flavoured, but a touch dry from the lack of sauce. Overall, I can definitely understand Basterma Mano’s appeal and given the energy and buzz of the location I am very glad to have visited, but without sharing the same passion towards Basterma as my dad, I could not appreciate it to the same degree.

This place offers the best Basterma ever available in the world 🌎. It's amazing, delicious, and tasty. They have their own secret recipe, which you can not taste in other places. In addition to the most delicious Rosto sandwich 🥪 in the region.

Nice Armenian fast food. I recommend the pastrami and the sujuk for a change. The spices are intense and together with the tomatoes and the pickes give the sandwich a rainbow of flavours.

Great taste like always, prices are still affordable. • Food Timing ⏰: Good ✅ • Food Presentation 🥘: Very good • Food Taste 🤤: Great ✅ in love with the sujuk burger 🍔 • Staff 🧑‍🍳: Friendly ✅ • Cost 💰: Not expensive ✅ • Crowd 👥: Medium ✅ • Seatings 🪑: Inside, limited and not very comfortable • Atmosphere 🎶: Not bad, it's nice and cozy. The only problem with upstairs seating is that it's facing the toilets door which stays open sometimes ❌ and it's not bright like downstairs. • Location 📍: Bourj Hammoud • Parking 🅿️: Available • Covid 🦠: Non ❌

The bastersma itself is great and very high quality. But their sandwiches are lacking sauce or something that connects the flavours together.

Went to Mano to try it after watching the recommendations of food bloggers. Said to be one of the best places to have shawarma in Lebanon. The place is located at the heart of Burj Hammoud. The traffic in this area is almost 24/7 but we managed to find a place to park the car nearby. The place is always congested and it is like a bee hive inside. Staff are very harworking and organized. We tried Chicken, Beef, and Sojok Shawarma Sandwiches. The prices are acceptable compared to the size of the sandwich. Although it was congested, but we received our order in around 5 minutes from the time it was placed. The chicken shawarma tasted good, but I found they are better in beef shawarma. The sojok shawarma is something different, it was a new taste so I can't judge from the first time but definitely worth trying. Recommended!
