Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Waited 10 min for a icecap and another 15min for my bagel with cream cheese. Apparently it was made and sitting there. The lady doing drinks didn’t even call out my order. On top of that, the name is written incorrectly. Overall experience is horrible. They need to hire more people. A lot of people were lining up and asking for their order. Food is great but service is bad. I highly recommend don’t go there if you’re in a hurry.

I visited this Tim Hortons at 03:11 am and the server was really slow, I asked for medium cappuccino with 2 sweetener, I got the cappuccino without sweetener and I waned to order breakfast but I was told that food orders are not served until 05:00 am which is a lie. Tim Hortons needs to be serious I mean are they running a business or a fish market. Order #227. My server was Taran. Really disappointed with the server as she was really unprofessional and was conveniently hiding in back area probably to avoid work.

They are terrible. I am hindu i DO NOT EAT BEEF. I ordered soup and coffee and they only send coffee through Uber. I ask chicken soup they give beef soup what the hell is wrong with you people? You need to take strick action against this.

There is a girl and boy everyday when I go there they keep speaking in Punjabi In front of customers. One guy in the line said they should go and have there meetups away from working environment. They talk so much I wish I can make video and show to the mangers how they are not professional.they gave me half cup coffee because they too much in there world 😫

I tried their chipotle chicken rice bowl and was quite good as an alternative to sandwiches. Overall, it was quite healthy for a quick meal and the rice was a really nice switch from the bread. It's just a small place inside a gas station, but there's lots of parking in a very convenient location during my work, Austin & North Road, south west corner. Probably the most amazing thing for me is how good the service is considering they usually just have one person working there. The fellow serving me today had many customers and ran out of rice for my meal, but gave me some extra service for waiting so long and was very kind.

Really like the service of this tim. Only one boy was working on front but still the service was so fast and food was really yummy 😋. I ordered cilantro lime grilled chicken wrap which was very delicious.

Lined up for long time, the customer in front of me ordered some food and the cashier made it to him. When was my time to order food he told me that he couldn’t make food anymore. Bad service. The other guy was just in front of me.

Lazy and rude employee. After ignoring me as the only customer in line, employee proceeded to serve three customers who arrived after me, likely due to discrimination. Place was understaffed and filthy as well. Owner seems to not care about customers.
