We stayed here for the weekend and it was amazing! Can't speak highly enough of All the staff! Super helpful and kind. Made our stay extra special. Easy commute downtown. Highly recommend

Currently a guest, I want to start off by saying this place is amazing for a budget hotel, deserves 10 stars. I’ve stayed in Coast hotels in Edmonton and BC before and this hotel keeps the same level of professionalism, cleanliness and curtesy as every other Coast hotel chain. The lady at the front during the Morning is excellent she’s a very nice and understanding lady I give her 5 stars and the guy who checked me in was absolutely amazing he also deserves 5 stars. The room blew me away it is amazing, the view of the mountains is also great. I did have an issue here that made me and my fiancé very uncomfortable but the management handled the situation very professionally and I will always respect them for that. So back story I was only in Vancouver for the night on a lay over but my fiancé got very sick so we decided to stay to see a doctor we are here till we get some results back so I planned on extending another day or 2 depending our situation tomorrow. I travel frequently and haven’t actually been home in 4 months. Give it a try it’s an amazing stay in a quiet part of the Vancouver area.

We stayed here 2 weeks ago. The hotel was very clean; the service was great; and we were treated so well, especially by Mumtaz. When we needed something, the staff always came to support us and gave us what we needed.

Our group stayed at Coast Metro Vancouver for over a week and we all had amazing experience. Guest Service Agent Hameed made sure that we had everything we needed , rooms were also very clean.

The hotel was very clean and Nice the lady at the front desk TAZ was not helpfull at all she was always on her cell phone sitting on the armchair when i ask her 1 Big towel because i had you use it for My baby . Second time i went she was watching move. Not very profesional at all .I toldo her i Will write a Review she told it's ok Iam the OWNER.
