I am reporting to better business bureau against the policy of this business where employees are not allowed to provide the contact information of supervisor/ Manager to the customer upon request for the purpose of providing feedback. I am uber Driver coming to this location very often on weekends. All girls are very nice and also allow me to use the washroom, except one employee name Muskan. I noticed few times her behaviour rude and bossy not towards customers but also towards her coworkers. Last night, when I reached this location. She was cleaning the washroom and said to me that I can't use the washroom. I politely told her that I am just washing my hands on the tap outside washroom. I told her that I will get the burger and will eat here. By the time if she finished cleaning, then I will use the washroom later on. At that moment she didn't say no. But when later I requested to use the washroom. She changed excuses and finally said it is their policy not to allow washroom after 11 pm. I asked politely when policy changed as I use the washroom all the times and all other girls allow me to use? Then she said it's ok. I tried to clarify the meaning that I am ok to use now? She said no. Then I pointed out towards the Police Officer outside and said I can't do outside in the corner because of presence of Police Officer and requested her again to allow me to use the washroom on courtesy basis and told her it's emergency. She said no. I politely asked her the contact information of her manager. She said that information cannot be disclosed to the customer. I am Sharing this information to Government and media groups so that Government can do some arrangements for us because there is no place at night where an uber or Taxi Driver can use the washroom. When employees clean the washroom, after that they don't allow any one to use it because they don't want to clean it again.

This review is solely for the 'brew bar' items. Service was great. Store was sparkling clean and modern compared to the non brew bar locations. Severely disappointed by our 3 brew bar beverages for $4.99+ each. Definitely did not live up the the advertised hype. We didn't realize the 'brew bar' is actually just a machine (although fun to watch) that the staff presses a button lol! Even worse was the beverages were not full as you would expect for the price and if you were actually at any other establishments who provide such beverages (Timmys, Starbucks, etc.).

Now THAT'S a Lettuce Wrap! Always a great value. A thousand percent better than the other places when you ask for a lettuce wrap. Usually other places will give you one thin, limp piece of lettuce.

Sometime around the end of May, A&W turned select locations of their stores into what they call A&W Brew Bars. At these A&W Brew Bars, you can get a variety of frozen beverages, including special blends of frozen root beer drinks that aren't offered at regular A&W stores. We decided to pay a visit to our nearest A&W Brew Bar and see what the hype was about. The cups get filled at this special dispenser where you can see on the screen, what percentage of the cup has been filled. This was kind of fun to watch. Here's what we ordered: Frozen A&W Root Beer A&W Root Beer Sweet Cream Shake A&W Root Beer Mocha Shake There's no denying that A&W makes very good root beer, so any kind of beverage with their root beer in it is bound to be tasty. All 3 of our drinks were yummy; the Root Beer Mocha Shake was the most unique. While the drinks were tasty, it really felt like an overrated experience that really didn't merit the price tag attached to it. These were basically glorified Slushy drinks. Again, nothing wrong with the drinks. They were all tasty. But to us...considering how much they charged for the drinks, it didn't seem like very good value to us. There are many other places we'd prefer to go to for a slushy drink than A&W Brew Bar. Just our personal preference. Service: Good Parking: Free Location: 7855 Kingsway, Burnaby

A&W is hands down the best fast food in Canada. Major fan. I even worked in the kitchens as one of my first jobs and I can tell you all the ingredients are exactly the same as if you cooked up a burger at home. Fresh, local, ingredients. Try the beyond burger if you haven’t already. Also, their onion rings are second to none and still made from scratch at each individual location. Ask for them fresh though. They’re not cheap so the last thing you want are cold rings with the batter crumbling off when you’re forking out $6-7.

My son and me order 4 burgers. 2 chicken burgers are good. 2 beef burgers are cold. Badly cold. My son told them to go and we change our mind we eat in. So it is only 10second after we received food and eat. Really bad experience. We living in 3 blocks away. Will never go back. Open your eyes when you goto this restaurant. Their food maybe one year old sitting there.

Came in for a nice cold rootbeer in a glass and was told that they do not do that after 8 pm. Food was okay but definitely took forever, even tho there were only 4 guest in the restaurant!

Nice restaurant, very clean, and well kept. Food is always good, nothing to complain about in that regard and the staff have always been super friendly. There is no drive-thru option here and every time I've been, there is only one staff member there to make and prepare the food as well as take orders so it does take a minute especially if there's a few people there lining up. That's the reason for only 4 stars out of 5. Otherwise awesome place. 👌🏼
