Went in for a 50min foot massage. The lady stopped at 42mins. Answered the phone to take appointments 3 times during my session which cuts into the 50mins. If you're with a paying client. Someone else should answer the phone. Never going back!

This afternoon, I had a massage at this shop. However, the masseuse applied too much pressure, and it ended up injuring my scalp. My scalp became swollen and bleeding. After 2 hours, it was still oozing fluid. The business was responsible and willing to refund the massage fee. They also disinfected my scalp.

I took my father and girlfriend here for Father's Day to get foot massages. Luckily for them, they both got decent reflexologists (Jason & May). Mine on the other hand, was a completely different story. During the entire 50 minute massage, Angela (my masseuse) used half a squirt of oil on my leg + foot. There's only so much friction my leg could take against her un-oiled glove. It was very uncomfortable. She was basically grazing my leg and foot with her hands. There was zero pressure in her touch. She was day dreaming the entire duration of the massage, looking off into space, looking at the price list continuously, looking out the window. At the end of the massage, I generously tipped Jason & May and told Angela I was not happy with her work and she replied back with 'it's my first day on the job', which I found to be highly unlikely as if it were someone's first day, I would expect them to conduct a massage with a lot more vigour and energy than slacking off for the complete 50 min. I will not be coming back here again. Note: if you do end up booking at this place, save your $$ and book with anyone BUT Angela.

It was my first visit Big Feet. The skill was fine. But the technician tried my shoes and I saw it. She assumed that I wasn’t able to see it when I faced down to the floor. So she took off her right shoes and put in her right feet to my right shoes!!! Even if she asked if she could try or not, I won’t be so mind. This really made me feel uncomfortable so I did not tip her. And I will never come here anymore.

Two of us came in for a foot massage. But our experience was a tale of two worlds. One of us had a 10/10 experience. A top on his list for best foot massage. His masseuse, she was really experienced and good. I, however, had a 1/10 experience. It may have been a one off, so I don’t want to judge too harshly. Since we each rated on the spectrum extremes, I will give a neutral rating. Booking a slot, no problem. So that was welcomed. My actual massage, though, was hilariously bad. The guy wouldn’t stop talking. I don’t mind talking. But he couldn’t massage and talk at the same time! He is an older gentleman. I’m pretty dainty, but his pressure was so soft. It felt like just touching and not really massaging. And half the time he paused to talk. And he would move all over the place. Inconsistent on each leg/foot, too. Not the same technique was mirrored. It was sort of funny how bad it was. I’m no stranger to Big Feet locations, but so far for me this was my least favourite. Like I said earlier, maybe it was a one off. I will come again, just to see if my experience is different the next time. I came for massage With my friend, people are working here are so nice and friendly, and the place is so clean and bright, I highly recommend this place to friends.

SO AGGRESSIVE ON TIPS. The service and management didn't meet the bar. Will never come again ----- response: really? why people are complaining about it? Dont say it, do it!

Great place for reflexology, the prices are worth it, wait times are not long either. I highly recommend it.
