I had a fantastic experience with my acupuncture treatment today. The service was top-notch, and the practitioner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The clinic was impeccably clean, and their equipment was well. Most importantly, my pain significantly reduced after the session, and I'm already looking forward to my next appointment in the coming days. I LOVE this clinic! First, I was recommended by my close friend. I went in for the first time and Dr. Lee and Jenn assessed my body and did a body massage and cupping. It was a much needed session because my body really needed the detox. After the first session, I was able to relax really deeply and sleep so much better. Since then, I went back five more times so far. I love that Jenn checks my body, determines what my body and mind need and customizes my treatment every time. I can tell she really cares about her clients and their wellness. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I receive the best treatment every time. I booked an urgent massage session for my first time for my mom and I. It was the best massage experience that we both had ever experienced. We received amazing customer service along with a massage that left us feeling like new. All of our stress pain was gone by the end of our session. Such a great experience! We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family and coming back in!

+Friendly Receptionist/Practitioner +Good Location +My back and shoulders feel more relaxed. -Very cold room -They took me pictures and never asked me for my permission. -Cold hands and cups starting the massages -that night my scalp was very sensitive and hurt a lot, because She scratched my whole scalp with her nails very fast and hard. I am not saying that the results are not good, but the whole experience I don't think it worth it to do it again.

Good service, but if your benefits cover registered massage therapy and not acupuncture, then this won’t be covered, hence it’s not registered. That being said they are great at what they do! Thank you

Terrible service. The initial two times I visited, it was ok but not up to Mark. I don't know why I showed up for the third time, maybe because of the cupping equipment that I enjoyed and helped in releasing my stressed muscle. This time was the worst experience. There is no privacy when you are left in the room. They ask you to change your clothes and leave the door halfway open, which makes you uncomfortable. Secondly, Jennifer was on the call at the time, trying to solve her banking issues. And at the same time, she was taking more calls for same-day bookings while giving me a massage. She was talking to the customer over the phone and booked him in at the same time my massage was booked. When the other customer arrived, she left me halfway to assist the other customer. Meanwhile, I was struggling to get comfortable and trying to adjust the cupping equipment and hold my towel with my other hand. Well, that was it. I decided to leave the place, but I waited patiently for her to come out. She came out after 10 min( so in my room plus near the reception, overall I waited for 25 minutes) and when she came out, I asked her how can I pay as I didn't want to go without paying for whatsoever that 10 min massage was given. She did not bother to ask what happened. She I just said you don't need to pay. You can go. This made me mad, and I asked her you don't care? Do you? The doctor was also there, but he refused to say anything. Meanwhile, there was another walk-in who witnessed this conversation. She did not care and forced me to leave. Very disheartened and will never go back again.
