March 13, 2021- was told my appt was canceled due to a 15minute late policy. I will not be back to this place due the lack of professionalism and from what I experienced by one front desk staff member and an RMT. Its a pretty negative atmosphere and my hope is that management addresses the issues. I wouldn't advise not trying this place out, you just never know, you may find it to be a great fit. Unfortunately it just was not for me. Wish this company all the best. Jan 13, 2021 - It was a learning experience today with staff that if you have PWD they pay for $23 of your visit. If you have regular MSP and get a prescription for 10 visits from your GP you are also eligible to recieve $23 off your visit with an RMT or physiotherapist and staff can bill MSP directly. These 10 visits reset annually. Again they can only bill one instead of direct pay with all insurance companies. So extra paper work and kind of a deterrent if you have other extended health benefits. I will be going back to try other RMTs and physiotherapists. They do not have online booking platform. Everything is done by very kind staff. All staff observed wearing masks. Another downside is they only bill one insurance direct pay which is unfortunate. They should list this on their website. Must park underground at rear walk in from front. Its a pretty big place with multiple types of practitioners.

I work for a therapist clinic so i know the ins and outs. Vic Ramos Edangal was a really good physiotherapist. He was kind, gentle and talkative when it was time to remove awkward silence when he worked on my first weeks of pregnancy. He was also good at giving me expectations. The only thing con but a yey for me is that he left me with the tens machine to do another patient. I think he knew that my body needed it more. Thanks for the extra care Vic! Also his schedule is so busy. Also we used the tables with curtains on them so we can basically hear every patients problems LOL! Next physio I saw was with Francis Moffat. He was also talkative and worked on my right arm more since that's what the doctor's note stated. He did not do much manipulation on me but rather teaching me exercises that I already knew and then placed me on the tens machine. It was a bit sad since my expectation was to also be manipulated a bit if he ever read my chart from my initial visit. This time we used one of the rooms, very private but i could still hear other patient problems LOL! Next are the admin and the booking in general. Booking style is weird, tired, and old. I wished they used Janeapp or something that could give the clients more freedom to actually schedule things on their free time and not let PT Health micromanage. I would gladly give them my credit card IF they had a good booking app. And I just checked it right now, as of Nov 21, 2023, it's still old and tired. Please upgrade. Admin people were good to me when i got to pay but was not really patient with me and my questions. I'm probably the most boring person to them bec they were talking about lunch but could not find an answer to my question and there were 2 of them. BTW the problem was THEY COULD NOT FIND ME IN THEIR SYSTEM. WHAT!? What clinic totally does not have any file on their client months ago. They looked for my phone number, email, name, date, etc. Like i was deleted manually. WAW. Again, old and tired system. And for that it will be -2 stars. If I had control of my account then admin would not even worry about my account. From then on I moved to find another place to deal with since they already don't have a file on me anymore. All the charts that were made by these 2 good PT's concerning my pregnancy and my right arm are now lost. Also, their establishment could not submit my claim 2x. So I had to manually submit every time i go to my appointments. OLD AND TIRED. Good people but system is broken. Another -1 star which gives this place 2 stars.

Francis is an AMAZING physiotherapist! You could tell that he had a lot of experience and was passionate about his work. I would definitely recommend seeing him if you are looking for a physiotherapist.

Front desk is genuinely nice and helpful. Gil was respectful and professional. My symptoms have been relieved and I have been left with the knowledge to practice the exercises to help my body get stronger.

First of all i wanted to thank the staff and my physiotherapist his name is Gil Yehezkel for the warm hospitality and the approach towards the patient/customer. The treatment Is wisely applied with care and satisfaction to help fast recovery. Godspeed to you all :)

Customer service is often good, but I do find one receptionist not friendly at all from my months of visits there. She seemed to be more of seniority.

I go for dry needling, shockwave therapy etc for my sciatic nerve affecting my back. They have very great therapists here. Pretty standard rates or maybe slightly better than some but of course well worth it. Plus great location. Easy and accessible to get to and nice people working there. I would recommend anyone I know to come here.

This Company are for WCB..Puppets..family doctors send them a letter not to have patient lift..they ignored the letter in Amherst..and contributed to the injury..then denies it.Then tells and lied and told WCB that you can lift 35 lbs..and you go to a far more experienced Company..they test you and say 5 lbs..this company is only about making big bucks..my dog gets better treatment.Your Amherst staff are wanna be Professionals.Don' t revommend these people.
