First-time customer alert ‼️🚨 Pros: -The first time walking in, they had many seats. -The atmosphere is nice and relaxing to have a cup to drink. 🪑☕️ -My favourite one was the Oreo Cream puff. -My top picks for cream puffs are: Oreo, Coffee, Strawberry, and Original -The cream puff has more cream compared to the pastry. They did make the cream puff well as the pastry has a nice flaky soft feel. -The place is very clean and had an area for wooden utensils and napkins. 🍴 Improvements: -Signs of each dessert would be good as it was not displayed on the dessert fridge.🪧 -Price per cream puff is a bit more on the expensive side. 💲 I would come back to try their drinks as I did not have a chance to. The cream puffs were great but what they're really known for is their basque style cheesecake. It was incredibly creamy and the perfect balance of not too sweet but not too bland. In my opinion, this is one of the best cheesecakes in all of Metro Vancouver. Also tried the apple grapefruit sparkling lemonade and that was so refreshing and good. If you're looking for some high quality desserts in the Brentwood area this is the place to go.

I am not a big fan of matcha latte, but theirs was surprisingly tasty! I asked for oat milk instead, 12 oz, it was 6 dollars before tax 😳… alternative milk they charge $1.1, it’s the only reason I give them 4 stars 😬 otherwise staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very chill, good place to unwind.

I paid $6 for the small, seasonal peppermint hot chocolate. Sometimes, when I get hot chocolate, by the time I finish the foam, there are only about 2/3 to 3/4 of drink. Here, it's mostly drink and enough foam to add to the drink. Unfortunately, the peppermint syrup flavour mostly added a sickly sweet syrup aftertaste.

Recently came here with a friend for a late night coffee/tea break. My friend wanted a mint tea and they said they don’t have that, so offered her a green tea instead. I ordered the pumpkin latte and it came to me pretty cold even though they just made it. They ended up turning the music off completely a whole hour and a half before closing time. So all you could hear was other peoples conversations and the sound of the employees cleaning up. I unfortunately didn’t get the chance to try some of their bakery items, they did look very fresh and had lots of options. The drinks were a bit disappointing though especially that it came like warm/ cold

This is a lovely cafe with a lot of yummy pastries and desserts! I really love their cream puffs and cream croissants as the taste is rich! There are many flavors including Matcha, peach, Oreo, strawberry, earl grey… And they also have good cheesecake and sesame/matcha tiramisu! Will definitely come back and try other flavors!

I’ve been seeing a lot of good reviews and yummy-looking photos before 😋… so I decided to give it a try! Definitely the best matcha basque burnt cheesecake by far. I will be back to try other flavors 😁 The cafe has a very quaint and cozy ambience too ❤️

Insanely good baked goods! Excellent coffee! Great staff! Comfortable atmosphere on the inside… though exterior is stark commercial building. Relaxing jazz on a weekend morning. Just across the street from Brentwood. Coffee was great, but was over shadowed by the great baked goods. We had sesame chocolate cheesecake, original tiramisu, and fresh almond crescent. Each was on point. The tiramisu was light and flavourful!

It was my first visit to Tera’s Bean today. The iced Americano had clean and dark aroma, but amazingly not bitter at all. The Grapefruit ade was refreshing and delicious! I highly recommend their Blueberry and Coffee macrons, too! So excited to have another great cafe in the neighbourhood. Inside the cafe wasn’t loud, perfect for hang-outs, meetings, studying and reading. Chairs were comfortable and the restroom was clean!

Although the cheesecake here is usually good, I was disappointed with the overbaked original slice I received this time. The slices appeared fine behind the glass case, but unfortunately, I received a burnt one without my knowledge. This happened during a take out order.
