I was waiting this store to open with patience ,I bought 100$ worth of products from “lovisa” but unfortunately the quality of the material is so bad, the jewelry faded just after two days you can see in the pictures. I was very disappointed and sad especialy the costumer service there was so bad and not helpful .😡 I dont recommended you to go there and spend your money for such bad jewelry and quality, it is not worth it

Wide selection and some fine pieces, but be weary about what you get! I bought a very cute flatback for my helix and the jewels ended up falling out in a matter of weeks. I would possibly recommend for any piece that does not contain gems, but overall disappointing. Would not buy from here again.

Eliane is very sweet and nice girl. I got my ear piercing done from her. She did it with so much care and no pain at all. I recommend her for best service for ear piercing!!!

One of the cashiers was so rude and had Poor customer service,!! when I asked her to please wrap the items she threw the items towards me and almost smashed them!

I was so impressed by their extraordinary customer service as well as the pretty accessories. The staffs were very polite. Although there was a miscommunication between the staff and me, the manager tried his best to offer me a special offer as compensation. I appreciate his kindness and patience.

I’m really happy with the earrings I bought here! I have EXTREMELY sensitive ears, and it always sucks being limited to what I can buy at other stores. Constantly being told that they can’t guarantee the cute earrings will he hypoallergenic, or having to pay so much for real gold every time I want a fun pair of earrings. When I went in I asked the lady which type of peg would be best for me based on what happens when I put them in, and the lady directed me to a few options. I found a pair I liked for just $25 and haven’t taken them off since! I’ve been showering with them and everything. TLDR: good quality, knowledgeable and helpful staff!

They have very friendly staff always a welcome with a smile 😃 no pressure in purchasing and always very helpful they have beautiful jewelry 😊 i have been there few times already

Bring my daughter to this store tonight to buy earring for her. I was choosing at the earrings and my seven years old, very quiet girl choosing the rings. The cashier lady yelled to my daughter ‘kids are not allowed to touch’, my daughter was scared and one big step away from the rings. When I was ready to check out, this lady started to ‘share her story about customers coming to the store with young babies in the stroller grabbing things.’ Excuse me??? My daughter is a not a baby and she is not in a stroller. It was my daughter who asked me to bring her to the store buy earning and I spent money for her! SHE IS YOUR CUSTOMER! Unbelievable!!

Terrible experience I bought a titanium belly piercing and it rusted and fell out in less than two weeks. The person I bought the jewelry from advised me that it would not rust. The manager of the store couldn't do anything but take my information and I doubt they will even get back to me. This is false advertising and the customer service is a joke. There are many other places in Metrotown to get jewelry from that will not rust and fall out. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡
