is
being
generous
here,
but
it
won't
let
me
do
no
stars.
I
have
never
been
so
disgusted
with
a
stores
customer
service
in
my
life.
I
dropped
my
ring
of
in
June
to
have
a
stone
replaced,
I
was
told
due
to
covid
it
would
take
three
months,
and
I
was
understanding.
However
when
those
three
months
were
up
and
I
heard
nothing
is
when
the
issue
arrived.
First,
the
employees
specifically
told
me
and
my
fiance
different
things,
two,
the
store
missed
putting
down
one
piece
of
information,
so
in
those
three
months
nothing
had
actually
happened.
And
when
we
asked
why
they
did
not
own
up
to
their
mistake.
I
received
very
little
communication,
they
completely
disregarded
what
I
said
in
the
communication
we
did
have,
and
when
I
finally
talked
to
the
manager,
that's
what
absolutely
ruined
this
store
for
me.
I
have
been
a
retail
manager
for
years,
I
know
how
you
speak
to
customers,
and
the
manager
at
this
location
has
no
idea
how
to
speak
to
his
customers.
First,
he
intrupted
me
when
I
spoke,
then
he
told
me
I
was
wrong,
and
to
top
it
off
he
told
me
to
"just
wait
it
out"
in
his
opinion.
You
do
not
argue
with
your
customers,
that
is
basic
customer
service,
you
do
not
speak
over
or
intrupt
your
customers,
again,
basics
of
customer
service.
And
you
don't
tell
me
to
just
wait
it
out
when
it's
not
5
months
and
you
can
not
tell
me
where
my
ring
is.
Yes
that
is
right,
my
ring
was
lost
and
I
was
told
to
just
wait
it
out.
I
have
NEVER
been
spoken
to
like
that
before,
I
have
never
gotten
such
bad
service.
It
sucks
as
I
buy
all
my
jewelry
from
people's,
but
after
this
experience
I
will
not
go
back.
You
do
not
lose
an
engagement
ring
and
basically
blame
it
on
the
customer.
If
I
were
you,
I'd
take
my
money
else
where.
