Best clinic I’ve visited so far. Very fast staff and great doctors!! I highly recommend them.

Great team all around! I’ve been coming to Lougheed Dental for a long time now and today I had my cleaning by Meral :) she’s wonderful, helpful and always does an excellent job on my teeth. My gums, teeth can be sensitive at times and it’s always a good experience for me because she is very careful and pays close attention when cleaning. I look forward to my appointments with her and Dr. Agarwal. Dr. A is very knowledgeable, kind, he recommends and explains what the best ways to care for my teeth are. I’ve had fillings done by him and it was no problem. He is careful and pays attention to the work ensuring no pain, in my experience. He’s a great person and superb Dentist :) The whole team there is wonderful, thanks again! 🤍

This was my first visit. This dental group was recommended by a family member. I was really impressed with my care and the information given to me. I walked away feeling confident about the choices I needed to make about my dental care. This was one of the most positive dental experiences I've had.

I got a a call less than 24 hours before my regular cleaning appointment and was told that I must have x-ray and examination tomorrow. The lady said if I don’t do examination and x-ray this time, they couldn’t do cleaning any more. I wasn’t told about this when I booked the appointment months ago. I didn’t get any information about this either during one phone confirmation and two text message confirmations. And if I want to reschedule or cancel the appointment tomorrow, they need to charge $100. If I knew all of these I would’ve either reschedule or cancel this appointment earlier, or reschedule my work accordingly. But now seems like I got no other choices but cancel the thing and pay $100 for nothing.

Great service! I went in today for my dental cleaning and the dental hygienist was really gentle, professional and knowledgeable. To be honest, I don't really like going to the dentist... but she made me feel calm and time went by really fast. The receptionist was also very friendly and courteous. Thank you!

I told them I just had a dental check up and cleaning with a dental hygienist & just needed my attachments removed. Was slapped on with having to have a mandatory check up even though I just had one the very week. 48-hour cancellation policy or you pay, so I was stuck going in. Went in for my check up appointment and was called in again for the procedure, instead of having it done on the same day which was the only thing I wanted to have done, and had let them know ahead of time, even though they were not at all busy, in fact running pretty empty, and no line up. Needed to cancel the following, procedure appointment in under 48-hours due to being out of country and unable to call in early, slapped with cancellation charges. Also, the dental assistant asked way too many inane questions unrelated to what I needed or wanted to get done, not sure why I needed to lay out my entire life history for them to understand? Uncooperative. Asked for feedback, so here it is. Lousy experience. Will NOT be going back.

One of my dental claims in this April was declined due to the office did not set up EFT system, that took months for them to figure out. During the past few months, I was kept asking about why my insurance did not pay them even the decline reason was clearly stated in the claim statement, and I was threatened to call my insurance company to assist them solving the claim issue, otherwise I will need to pay for the dental bill. However, upon returning home and checking my insurance account, I was surprised to discover that my April visit had been paid by my insurance yesterday. The reason for the delayed payment is solely because their office did not set up EFT system, there is no need for me to call my insurance or do anything. I am deeply disappointed with the level of customer service I have experienced.

Two thumbs up for Lougheed Mall Dental Group. People are really nice. They are very accommodating, caring, and professional. Superb result! I had a cleaning today January 4th with Roland who was extremely good at what he does. I think it was the quickest and best cleaning I've had. No pain or discomfort whatsoever. Two thumbs up!
