I know it is too early too post an review when i am only on my first day of the service , but i just love it too much i have to share with everyone. Their customer service is amazing, their CS - Rick was being so helpful and answered all my questions from the email, he even send me a peek of the menu upcoming which leave me very hungry and excited . I get my first delivery on sunday and the driver Lady was very sweet, she contact me in the morning to confirm the schedule with me and again an hour before the delivery, which give me enough time to do what need to be done on Sunday instead of seating at home and waiting . She was also very polite and sweet, she looks like she enjoy her job which leave me a very good impression to this company - i always believe if the worker love the company , it is only because it is a good one and they work they do is meaningful! so i got my first delivery bag with 3 days portion, which including altogether 4 meals. when i opened my bag , i was sooo WOW . for the price i was paying which is around CAD110, the portion and the quality of food exceeded my expectation ! All the box labelled clearly the ingredient and the method of intake ( serve hot or cold) if you are in special diet, you can see the note they might to remark what is avoided. I am on my Keto and my food do not contain any food that i can't have. And the quality of meat is very good as well. i have a big piece of Salmon as 1st day dinner and i can't complaint ! it is just so good ! i am now considering to switch to 5 days plan so that i wont need to cook from Monday to Friday. and my boyfriend is very temping now when he saw my lunch box ! i wish they will have some program in the future for small family ( 2 people ) like us. thanks "Eat your Cake " you guys are awesome !!!

I've been using Eat Your Cake for about a month now and I'm so impressed! I'm a tax preparer and this is my busy time of year. I usually end up ordering take out every day at this time of year and gaining a lot of weight. This year has been amazing! I'm enjoying all the healthy foods and best of all I'm eating (and loving!) food I normally wouldn't choose to eat. And I've lost weight! All the meals are prepped in easy to use containers and the portion sizes are perfect. I get an email of the menu once a week and I pick the items that look interesting. Everything arrives to my door fresh and ready to go. I would totally recommend this to anyone who is looking to get a jump start at eating healthier. I would also recommend EYC to single people. You don't have to cook and eat the same crappy food for a bunch of meals. You get to try something new and enjoyable for every meal!

My husband and I are both on the 4 day meat-eater weight-loss plan. We are incredibly impressed with how flavorful the food is. All of the dinners are just really, really tasty! And, the portions are great. We are trying low-carb and the zucchini spaghetti is just like real spaghetti, we don't miss past at all. The service is great, and they've handled any requests very professionally. It's so much fun to unpack the bags twice a week and see what new and exciting items are included; they are continually switching it up, and we never get bored. Thank you, Eat Your Cake!

I love the food and the service is great. The variety of the meals is incredible. They have vegan, vegetarian and meat options and all of them are fantastic. I recommend this to anyone looking to either lose weight in a healthy way or looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle and have very little time or discipline cooking. I have a new born and this has been incredible for me. I am so happy and losing my baby weight.

These guys are great! I've used them for the last 5 months to help with getting back on track with my fitness goals, and I'm super happy with the results. They make eating healthy really simple, and their service has worked out cheaper per week than when I was buying groceries and eating out for lunch and dinner multiple times a week while I was at the office. They have a lot of variety and the meals are all very tasty. I was on the 2 meals, 5 days/week vegetarian plan. Their customer service is always top notch (I sometimes had to pause service when I was headed out of town and then restart), and someone will respond to your questions within a business day. To top it all off, every time I'd come to pick up my meals on Monday and Thursday morning, everyone in the kitchen was always super friendly...like multiple people would stop what they were doing to ask if you need help.

I am loving this food service. My partner had a few health issues and needed to drop some weight. I am so busy and after raising 2 kids I am done with the stress and work of shopping and planning meals. We have been doing this for over a month and loving it. He started and the food looked so good I had to jump on board too. He has lost 10 pounds and looks fantastic. The portions are great - at first I thought that if we ate that much food we could never lose any weight but clearly it's what you put into your body, not how much! Now if I do cook, it's for enjoyment, not out of duty or responsibility. My only negatives - and why I didn't give 5 stars - is that I wasn't crazy about the snacks and desserts, so we dropped those and just do the entrees, which are fantastic. Also - I hate so many plastic containers. Using biodegradable ones would be a huge plus. However - much less food wastage, gas use and plastic because I'm not having to shop, so it's probably a wash environmentally.

We've been using Eat Your Cake for almost two months now and we couldn't be happier! From the efficient deliveries every week, to the amazingly tasteful, clean and healthy meals that we get, these guys are doing it right! Plus, on a vegetarian plan, it's pretty much the same cost as buying your own food without the prep time. We love this service!!

Eat Your Cake has been a lifesaver for me. I have a busy work schedule, and although I know eating well makes me more productive, I didn’t have the time to prep meals. Eat Your Cake has been providing me with healthy meals that are customized to help me with my goals, and yes, taste amazing. Honestly, if you’re thinking about starting with Eat Your Cake, do it. I wish I started ages ago!

We are currently in the middle of a kitchen renovation so instead of eating out everyday until our kitchen is finished, I decided to spend the money on a vegetarian meal plan by Eat Your Cake! so I could avoid gaining weight. Spending $120/week has definitely been worth it. Let me tell you, it is so convenient! Food is delivered to your front door twice a week and the meals can be heated up in a microwave. Portion control is an issue for me (my mother always told me to finish what was on my plate so consequently I don't feel full until I am uncomfortable) so the individually packaged meals have really helped me to not overeat and keep the weight off. Then there's most important factor... taste. I have been a vegetarian for over a decade and have eaten out at upscale vegetarian restaurants all over North America. You always hope spending more money means a tasty meal, right? Well for about $6 a meal, everything Eat Your Cake! has delivered has been sooooo delicious (it's been about 3 weeks now) and there is always a good variety of meals so if I'm not in the mood for curry there's a pasta dish. Their food is so good that my meat-eating husband goes through the bag of meals before me to scope out what he might be able to steal! Eat Your Cake! has certainly exceeded my expectations.

The Keto meals are not Keto. Very deceptive to market them as such.

I once stopped by their kitchen to pick up meals. It was disgusting. Would never eat their food again.

I have been with Eat Your Cake for 1 week now, and I LOVE the food! They make sure the foods I am intolerant to are not in my meals, and even with some of those ingredients missing, the meals are a total knock out!!! I love showing them off to my coworkers, and my husband is totally jealous! If you have a hard time meal planning due to your restrictions, I highly recommend checking Eat Your Cake out! I look forward to the next 25 weeks! ❤️ Thank you to everyone at Eat Your Cake!!!

I am a new customer with Eat Your Cake and so far I’m delighted. I’m vegetarian and it is wonderful to have so much variety! Everything I’ve tried so far has been both delicious and healthy! I feel more energized than before and I’m sure eating these meals will help with my blood sugar levels. I am really enjoying this program and look forward to my next delivery. I highly recommend this company!" All the best, -- Jean

I've used three food delivery services in Vancouver over the past two years and my experience with Eat Your Cake has by far been the worst of the three. Food taste: Over the course of five weeks, my family and I received 10 meals. These ranged in quality from mediocre at the high-end to barely edible on the low end. If EYC were a restaurant, there'd not be a single meal I've tried that would make this a place worth eating at. Delivery times: I understand experiences can vary, but my meals were delivered at my house anywhere from 6 pm (yay!) to past 9 pm (boo!). My family was hoping to use this service for our family meals, but with little kids we just can't wait until late in the twilight hours to have dinner. Our meals never made good as left overs either so most of our 9 pm deliveries were a complete waste Customer Service: This was the best part of Eat Your Cake. Good, timely customer service made me stick with this service so long. Hassle: I know it's very small thing, but after your last delivery you must drive the delivery bags back to a Eat Your Cake location. This isn't a big deal, but in my other experiences the companies still arranged to have somebody swing by to pick up their delivery bags. If you personally don't take the bag back to Eat Your Cake you will be charged. Again, this is not a big deal, but it just shows that EYC does the bare minimum for its customers. Tip: They deliver a lot of deserts with your meals. Again, this may be an isolated incident, but if you want yours to last, stick them in the fridge immediately. On our first week with EYC our brownies grew a lawn of mold within 48 hours after being left out at room temp. I wouldn't expect that to happen so soon with something that was fresh, but we threw all future deserts in the fridge and this problem never resurfaced.
