I have been to the new food court and the old London Drugstore. The food court is really awesome. Much better than the old food court. The ambiance is great and inviting. Lots of choices. Mostly, Asian foods, pizza and Middle Eastern food. There is a coffee place also. Prices are reasonable. It is quite clean and spacious.

Really appreciate the architecture of this mall. It’s so visually pleasing. I just wish there were more stores inside the mall. When you walk around most areas it seems really dead like a ghost town. Only near the food court you can feel the vibrant atmosphere of the mall.

The food court is pity big but it should has more choices. We can't find any coffee and desert shop there. No all customers come for a meals. Maybe they need more time to make it good for all customers, the seats are good. Now the food court offers more food choices than before. But there are only one coffee shop, with no good baked goods, cakes and desserts. The one with baked goods in the main lobby is always lined up and not enough seats. If you want enjoying music and dance in an open area, you should go the Plaza this summer. You can check it up in their website for the performers. My wife suggests why not add a Hong Kong style coffee there. The egg tart, pineapple bun, milk tea are nice too.

So much construction for years. I'm sure it will be much better, but for now, this is my rating. It is quite nice with what they are doing to this area. However, currently there are a lack of amenities and things to do here, as they only kept a few stores open. Next to Sporting Life, they have paid parking, seriously? Mind as well park on the "old" side and walk over.

The Amazing Brentwood is a beautiful, modern shopping center with a great selection of food options. However, many of the stores are empty, which is a bit disappointing. The board game store and arcade are both great, and the center is clean and well-maintained. The front area is a great spot to relax, with free activities like cornhole and checkers. Overall, it's a decent place to shop, but it could be better.

Cool place with a lot of new construction. The food court has a lot of nice places to chill and quite a few food options. The greenery combined with wood accents provide a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Lots of nice shops around as well.

Huge complex now. Parking every where but very few actual spots! You can download the indigo app or just sign up for 3 hours of free parking in some of the indigo spots. Several people had trouble loading the app but I used the QR code and had no issues. The food court is new and improved with sushi, Cha Time bubble tea, Pizza Garden, and more. Every thing else on the other side of the mall was not well developed including the little play area that was closed off unfortunately.

So much better than what it used to be, but I've been waiting like 10 years now for the renewed mall only for it to be still very incomplete. 10 years later, im still waiting for many shops to be "coming soon".... I guess I'll just keep waiting NGL, as pretty as Brentwood is with the new podium and tower style of design for more public space to be close to apartmenets, the mall itself cannot beat out Metro UNLESS they completely redo the old mall. Theres a lot of missed opportunity here to compensate for a more contemporary design.

The new part is food court area... the rest is too old and nothing renovated. It feels like 2 separated architecture bandaided together. Old part smell old and there is not any store yet. Only h&m is at the new part and urban something store which is not open yet. To try food court you can visit but other than that there is no store open to check. Cinplex rec room opens after 4pm! 😡

For the most part, the mall seems like a ghost town. I feel for the vendors as the never finishing construction work has reduced mall traffic to a small neighborhood strip mall yet from my discussions with owners, negligible rent incentives have been given to help tenants. The promise of a high profile multi-amenties venue offering great sales potential a decade ago fails to disclose that these benefits are largely for newer tenants or existing large anchor tenants versus the smaller ones (the backbone of the Canadian economy) that helped Brentwood survive all these years. Inarguably, COVID-19 accelerated the demise of smaller retail stores; however, these hard working owners may have survived better had mall traffic not been so adversely affected by construction.

I am very excited to see what it will be like after all the construction is complete and store can open. The water fountain is great for kids. It would be fun if they played music to the fountain. I love that they have music playing on speakers outside the shops. Makes it feel like you are in the Philippines. Nice place to walk to at night...lots of seating. Sad to hear you have to pay for parking 😒

Here to visit the food court for dinner and we had a hard time deciding what to choose because everything looked so good! There is live performance near the grand entrance, the only downside is you have to pay parking 24/7. I know that’s to encourage using transit but it didn’t work well for us who are travelling from north van today. Next time we will arrange to come via sky train.

It was overcast when we were there and spotty rain. This will be very nice when the weather is sunny. There was a large TV with a very clear picture for it's size. We went for dimsum and it was very nice on the upper floor with a view of the courtyard. One star taken away because free parking is hard to find and limited.

Easily the fanciest place to hang out in North Burnaby. It has a similar feel to west van's park royal. They seem to be figuring out things currently, only a few places are totally operational. The food court looks like the highlight of the complex at the moment. Food is on the expensive spectrum although the food quality is above average. Paid parking underground seems reasonable but the parking stalls are quite small.

Beginning of a great mall! Things might still feel a little incomplete, a lot of "COMING SOON" units and shops. I bet when those tenants settle in and open up to the public, TAB is gonna be even more amazing.

One the best places is here that you can hang out with your family and friend. You can find here cineplez vip and tables food court. In addition, you will find london drugs there. When I went there the mall didn't run completely and you couldn't find a suitable stores which have not famous brand although you will. I suppose you have a good access to this place with the mellinum line skytrain. The skytrain station is Brentwood.

Despite of the name, it wasn’t really amazing. The shopping centre itself was just a regular shopping centre, however it is not fully developed. The only amazing part was the REC eats and entertainment centre. We spent 3 hours there and we had lots of fun.

Development at Brentwood is still in progress… I guess they are still working on the “Amazing” part. much of the old mall hasn’t been updated yet and many shops in the new sections are delayed in completion. Lots of empty space other than the new Rec Room which is quite popular.

This Mall has some very unique and beautifully designed elements at this point however not enough tenants to make it worth the trip out. There are some very lovely places an innovative spaces but until there are more reasons to shop here I will not be making the trip out again. The food court in particular is actually quite a beautiful space believe it or not

Looking for a food court to appease six kids, we stopped at The Amazing Brentwood for their second floor food court filled with food from around Asia. There’s Japanese-inspired hot dogs, bubble tea, bao, sushi, and more. Going at 6 p.m. on a December Wednesday, there was a crowd there with very slow moving lines. Japadog took almost 25 minutes to make one hot dog. The bubble tea line was long. That said the food and drink were good, especially the bubble tea.

Very lively place now! We always bike here and finally we got to see everything finished! A bit of space now to walk around, sit, and eat. AREAS: - Food court is upgraded! too small but bigger than the old Brentwood for sure. the distance between tables are a bit too near. Be careful when you have strollers and walking in between tables. There are different kind of chairs! Which I love about the place. There are bar chairs with high tables, these are a bit longer and THEY HAVE OUTLETS!!! They have couch with a coffee table for people who need more space and room. There are cushioned chairs for the people who like to relax and read and maybe sleep in them? There are normal food chairs and tables for a quick setup for a quick bite. I have seen high chairs but you will have to talk to someone. They have tray stations to segregate..PLS take a tray and help the staff out in bringing your finished food to the tray stations. They have OUTDOOR seating!!! Complete with umbrella and wooden benches. You can have food here with your dog! Downside is that there isn't a lot of ambiance and view from anywhere. The food court area also connects directly to the old Brentwood Mall. - Stores are not too diverse, maybe bec the old Brentwood Mall has already the generic stuff for family. Mostly makeup, treats/food, sporting goods, bank, and entertainment. There will be more stores opening for sure so I will have to update once everything is 'done'. - Walkways are very very spacious. You can bring your ANIMAL everywhere here!!! BUT some establishments will not allow animals inside the stores, so just be respectful of those signs and clean up after your pets. NO ACTIVE BIKING, SKATING, ROLLING. These are where people and kids walk freely so respect that. There is also a place infront of Starbucks that the floor is light up! Not everyone knows about it. There is also a very cool walkway bridge near the food court that looks AWESOME when the sun is at its peak! So summer is the best time to be in this multi colored window. They have seats in the walkway too! - Water fountain is nice and has lights. It keeps the air cooler. Lots of kids play on the fountain. Since it's very short so watch your kid. - Security is everywhere so I feel very very very very safe. Also pls respect them as they are also trying to make Brentwood last longer. Don't argue with them anymore and just start to enjoy walking around the place. - Parking is everywhere. They have underground, outside, paid (with security), handicap, wide loaders, and long ones for trucks. You seriously just need to actually roam around to see where these are. Not a whole LOT of free handicap parking though. - Washrooms are very NEW and I have yet to say anything bad about them. Enjoy strolling here! I will update also when I get to enjoy a night here.

One store is open and they charge you for parking! Forget it. 1 000 parking lots around free yet, they want to you to pay for parking. No one shops there. Go to Metrotown - free parking 100s shops open. So disappointed - wanted to explore - got violation ticket for parking - NOTHING is open - it's a shopping disaster in Jan 2021.

Its clear that the renovation for "The Amazing Brentwood" isn't complete but from what we've seen thus far, its really exciting to see the beautiful change it's going under. Really looking forward to when they're finally finished. I'm sure it's going to beat metrotown!

Amazing what they've done to develop the place. I first wisited Brentwood in early 70's , you would not recognize the place now! The renevations in the last few years have transformed the place to something futuristic....

The new wing is beautiful. The old one needs to be torn down or renovated. The food court is great to go to. Not the usual restaurants.

The Amazing Brentwood stands out as an attractive and contemporary shopping destination, offering a diverse range of well-known brands and a fantastic selection of both food stores and eateries in its food court including MacDonalds, Tim Horton, Earls, Starbucks, Small Victory and pizza Garden. The front area serves as a wonderful relaxation spot, featuring complimentary activities such as cornhole and checkers, along with a vibrant water fountain. In general, it provides a pleasant shopping experience with Addidas, London Drug, Sephora, H&M, Nike and some stores are still under construction. In addition, the convenience of a connected train station enhances its appeal.🛍️🛒🚝

It's a one stop shop for: 1. Great dining (earls, starbucks, mexican, asian) 2. Good entertainment (rec room and vip cinemas) 3. Shopping (sephora, H&M, nike etc) Love how its all centered around a courtyard with a fountain, large screen TV, and sometimes even live entertainment. We frequent this place a lot!

They need more VR stations/booths in the REC room, do planet&galaxy VR games 360 spheres just like LV. Also more unique store other than clothing&food, Rivian is a good start, my first time seen an advanced EV without engine it's very odd but truly amazing&motivating. The Mall itself is a bit small too, extended or make it taller near future soon ig.....

Very sad. So many shops have closed down. Champs is open and so is Brava. But what about so many other shops? Even the food fair was closed. Brentwood is one of my favourite malls. If there is a new section I did not see any signs or arrows. Only arrows to indicate the physical distancing. Five stars because I love this mall.

It's in the middle of upgrading but even though it is a half-dead mall right now, it still has one of my favourite London Drugs and a Thinka store. It also has a special place in my heart because I went here as a Tween over Metrotown because it was easier to get to and less intimidating. Pretty good food court.

It's a beautiful mall. They are building more to make the mall bigger and more extravagant. I cant wait. They just a built a new fountain in the center and it's beautiful. Sometimes they play films in the centre at night which makes for a wonderful night out. I definitely recommend. Plus they have a wonderful hair salon inside!

I thought I could shop around inside the mall, so I was a bit disappointed when I saw just a few stores opening. Is it because of the pandemic so stores are closing down or it’s just not fully ready because I can also see constructions. Environment was clean and the parking was not difficult though.
