    I am an occasional Playground Fitness participant. I've booked playground fitness for a private training session with my coaches and it was so fun! Since then I've joined some in person classes as well as an online class during the pandemic. I find the trainers to be high energy and motivating. The environment is fun, and people who go there are friendly and encouraging.

So I woke up early one morning and tried out a class at playground fitness. I didn't know what to expect but thought it was worth a try, and damn, what a pleasant surprise. The free intro class ended up being basically a free hour of personal training with Sam who was absolutely wonderful. She put me at ease right away and tailored the workout to my needs and always checked in to make sure I was doing okay, all while making interesting conversation. I'm sore as hell but looking forward to my next class already.

    As a beginner to the gym scene who felt totally out of my element at first, I’m so glad that I chose Playground Fitness. Not only do the trainers help you develop your strength and skills at whatever your level is at, but the other gym goers are equally as welcoming and supportive. If you want a place that will push you to your absolute best but also takes you in as a part of their community, then you’ve found your place at Playground. I do both personal training with Sam, and a weekly class, and would highly recommend this gym.

    This gym is the best! I've been going to Playground for almost a year and I've never felt more confident, strong, and excited about working out. Every one of the coaches is so fun and no two classes are the same. All the classes are challenging and push you to your limits everytime. Aeson has created such a great community, team vibe here. While the trainers are great at giving modifications and adjustments based on your injuries/fitness level, be prepared to work your butt off.

    Great facility with super friendly and motivating coaches. When I first started, they took the time to get to know me and make sure I was comfortable. As I progressed, they pushed me to become stronger. When I experienced an injury (outside of class), they checked in regularly and helped facilitate a safe return to working out. Aeson and his team are fantastic and I would highly recommend them!

    My fave gym! I live in Vancouver and have tried many different gyms however, not many compare to Playground. It's the atmosphere, music and most importantly the trainers. It's different every class and ALWAY a fun time!

    I absolutely love the community at Playground Fitness! The coaches are all so attentive and each coach brings something different to the table. Since joining Playground just over a year ago I’ve made some amazing friendships, am stronger and healthier than I’ve ever been and can truly say that fitness is now apart of my lifestyle. I am so thankful I found this gym and recommend it to everyone I know <3

    Been going to Playground for a month now and I'm loving it. It's an incredibly positive environment, with coaches who are kind and helpful, even people in class are friendly. Participating in classes you will, without a doubt, break a sweat no matter your level of fitness. What's awesome is that the coaches will push you to your limits, but they will make sure you are performing the exercises with correct form and technique so you get the most out of the exercise while being safe and not injuring yourself. The coaches will also adjust your exercise if you find the movements a little challenging to make it easier while still working on the same muscle group. Along with classes, I've also done some personal training sessions with Coach Aeson. He is really knowledgeable with fitness and works with me to acheive my goal. Overall, Playground is a great place to get a workout in, and in my case, it's a great way to start the day taking the morning classes.

    Best boot camp I have tried, After a massive motorcycle accident, I did not think I would have much mobility left . After a few months of training there, I got 100 % of my mobility back my balance back, I can now even run. Thanks for making my quality of life so much better.

    Workouts are intense and super efficient. They pack so much into an hour. Even coming just 2 or 3 times per week my fitness improved substantially. Workouts are always different which is oddly motivating. Trainers are all great and keep things challenging if you're at the top of your game, but also accessible if you're just starting out. HIGHLY recommend. Update - in the context of COVID-19 they're offering online workouts instead. They still offer personalized feedback/encouragement and it's definitely the best workout you can get in your living room. Even if you haven't been to Playground in person highly recommend signing up for the online version.

    I have been lucky enough to have Ashley keep me pain free for many years and it's amazing how much you can take for granted when you feel great. I recently hurt myself and could barely drive my car to my appointment, but like a surgeon, Ashley pulled out all of her tools and skills that she has amassed over her professional carrier and within a 3 day session I was back to my pain free self. She is a miracle worker!

    I love this gym. I was paying significantly more for group training and driver farther to the other side of Burnaby. This place is well equipped with very kind trainers who meet you where you are at while also helping you improve your fitness. Aeson, the owner, is highly involved with the gym and has a strong presence which I really like as well! He teaches multiple classes with many regulars.

    Really great gym out in Burnaby near Metrotown/Royal Oak. It was super easy to book a class on their website and I appreciate the ample free parking! The class itself was great. I tried the Rack City class with Aeson and he greeted me warmly and showed me around the gym. Lots of equipment, squat racks, dumbbells, kettlebells, weights etc. Aeson did a great job demonstrating the movements and providing instruction and good tips and feedback. Great warmup and challenging but fun programming. The AMRAPs and set ladders were pretty killer but I appreciated the push. Good mixture of squats, deadlifts, burpees and other functional movements.

    Great instructors, amazing energy. Every session, I feel stronger and PUMPED. The community Playground fitness is so welcoming. The efforts to ensure proper form throughout the workouts are appreciated, from all the instructors. Highly recommend this fitness facility!

    Aeson has built such a welcoming and supportive community. There is a large variety of classes that can accommodate all fitness levels. Trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating and provide valuable feedback. Workouts are dynamic, fun and satisfying, and they set the tone for the rest of the day.

    Amazing gym, with knowledgeable and supportive trainers. Classes are always fun and challenging whether you are a beginner or advanced gym-er. The trainers push you past limits you didn’t even know you had. I attended my first class in 2021 with Sam on a whim, in hopes of getting into shape after over a year of WFH. As someone who has never lifted weights before, I was definitely apprehensive, but since joining Playground I have been met with nothing but encouragement, and support from this community to reach my strength and fitness goals.

    I came in for a Free Trial. I was recommended by a friend. Right of the bat, I was greeted by the owner. He asked me a few questions that made me feel comfortable right away. Very professional and very respectful. As the class started, it was just like what I expected, it was tough but man it was a really motivating experience. I'm out of shape but the community was so welcoming. At first, it felt like I was surrounded by athletes to later find out they all started just like me. The coach made sure and always checked-in on me and made sure my form was correct. The facility has that grunge hardcore gym vibe which i really love but the vibe of this community is really amazing. I've lived all over North America and this is by far the best gym I've been to. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family. Good Job Playground team!

    This is the best gym I have ever gone too. Not only are the workouts intense and always varied, but they're really fun. I always get a great sweat on and feel soo good afterwards. Beyond that, the staff are friendly and there is a real sense of community here. The heart of it all is Aeson, the owner, whose passion really shines through and brightens the entire gym. If you're looking for a fantastic community and place to push yourself physically, Playground is it! Highly recommended.

    Never worked out before and was looking for a gym to help lose baby weight. So happy I found Playground! It’s a very welcoming, yet challenging environment. The instructors do an awesome job in keeping me motivated and the selection of classes keeps the workout balanced and fun. They helped this mom get ABS for the first time in her LIFE lol!

    Would definitely recommend! Great atmosphere, instructors and workout. I always have a really good sweat here! Most recently they have had to transition to virtual classes and by far one of the most engaging and fun sweats I have had. The method they use keeps you accountable even though you’re working out “alone”. It’s surprisingly very challenging even with the minimal need for equipment for the virtual classes. Thanks for the awesome workouts! You guys rock!

    Playground Fitness has everything you want and need from a fitness studio: incredibly knowledgable. enthusiastic, and welcoming staff, clean and modern facilities, varied high energy classes, and positivity and camaraderie from the other people there to sweat. All the staff at Playground Fitness understand your goals and motivate you to be your best self. They also easily scaffold exercises if you're beginning your fitness journey (go you!) or are injured, or increase the intensity of the workout to tailor it to what you need. The workouts change every day and are dynamic and tough; you will sweat! You will be consistently challenged, and the staff at Playground show you just how strong and capable you are. If you want to be fit and empowered, then definitely check it out!

    Found this gym through ClassPass when back in Vancouver visiting my parents...would go all the time if I lived there!! First, the space is well designed and stocked with great equipment. Second the staff and trainers are amazing, super welcoming and motivating. I was really struck by how everyone seemed to be on a first name basis and the tight knit environment. The vibe is intense and challenging but in a really positive way, they really push you to give it your all and show you modifications to tailor your workout. Definitely on-par if not better than some of the premium gyms/classes I’ve been to in NYC...highly recommended!

    Great gym w/ amazing trainers who are all full of knowledge and energy. Few trainers really take time during classes to make sure you understand the entire movement and are constantly checking form to eliminate risk of injuries. Their classes are the right level of hard and the right level of sore the next day and I love their online offerings.

    Playground fitness is my favorite gym. Seriously best shape of my life. I’ve tried so many other studios, gyms and classes but the trainers here make any new person feel welcome. The people who workout here are also friendly! The trainers here truly care about everyone and doing good in the community. The workouts push me every day and I have seen the difference in my body!     Playground Fitness is by far the best gym in the Lower Mainland!! Coming from someone who has tried everything from yoga to spin to other group fitness classes (and more), nothing comes close to the workouts you will experience at Playground. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and so passionate about helping their clients reach their health and fitness goals. There is a great sense of community, with people of all fitness levels.     I have nothing but great things to say about the team at Playground Fitness. I’ve been coming regularly for about 6 months now, and I still find the classes challenging and unique. No two classes are the same as each instructor is given the opportunity to write their own workouts each day. They leave me crawling out of the studio but I keep coming back for more. The classes are tough, regardless of your fitness level, but 100% worth it!

    Playground Fitness is a great gym. Each class is different and this keeps things interesting. The instructors demonstrate how we can modify the exercises so it can accommodate people of any fitness level. Highly recommend!

    Body by Design is true to the name. Wow has my body changed in a short period of time. Ashley has done amazing work! I've worked with Ashley for about a month on my nutrition and as you can see in my picture I am DOWN inches all over! She has changed my whole outlook on food and how food is processed in my body. I feel less bloated, less hungry in the day and I have way more energy! She listened to my dietary restrictions and custom designed my nutrition plan. I have a couple more of month until my wedding in September and I am so excited to continue to work with Ashley. Looking forward to coming back here and sharing photos! Thanks Ashley!

    I have been going to Ashley for 10+ years Suffered from headaches every day, neck and shoulder problems, incontinents and 25 lbs overweight. Ashley has helped me both with exercise recommendations and onsite release of stiff and sore muscles as well as pelvic floor exercises and nutrition suggestions. Having been to chiropractors and massage therapists for years no one helped me as much as Ashley Regardless of what your situation is I would highly recommend that you start with Ashley. She is honest and up front with what she can do for you

    I would highly recommend Ashley to any one looking for support in starting them on their health and fitness journey and accomplishing their goals. From our first session together I connected with Ashley thanks to her warm, caring, knowledgeable and professional attitude. Ashley is the perfect trainer for you if you want to work hard, but in a positive approach that not only helps build your muscles, but also builds your confidence and self love. I loved that post workout Ashley would send customized workout plans with detailed instructions and pictures to accompany each exercise she had done with me. This made it so simple to follow her plans while on my own at the gym.     I met Ashley more than 10 years ago when she was a group fitness trainer at a gym that I was going to. When she started her own company and group kick boxing classes i quickly signed up! With her wealth of knowledge in health, fitness and nutrition issues, she won me over to this lifestyle! She works with you and makes sure you understand why she has you do the things she has you do. Ashley is an amazing trainer! Since working with her and because of her I am now pursuing a career in personal training myself, her style and obvious love for what she does has motivated me to want to help others too, she has even passed along some of her books and study materials to me! Thank you Ashley for changing my life for the better and others too!! You are one of a kind! If you are thinking of hiring a trainer even for just a couple of sessions, Ashley is it!

    I've worked out with other trainers in the past and Ashley is my favourite. She is knowledgeable in a wide variety of areas which is a testament to her many years of experience. When training with Ashley you get fitness, nutrition, active rehab, yoga, and many more components to improving your health and wellness. I really enjoy training with her because her sessions are dynamic, well instructed, and your exercises are very specific to your abilities. From the initial assessment, Ashley took the time to get to know me, my goals, my limits, and developed a program that revolved around these things. She is such a positive and healthy person to be around and has a great personality. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their physical fitness, lose weight and lose inches, all while gaining confidence and a positive self image.

    I absolutely love Ashley! I had an amazing experience! By training with her for 6 months, I was able to obtain the best results I've ever had! Something I had not been able to achieve on my own! She set me up with exercises tailored to my specific needs and educated me on healthier food to put me on the best track to hit my goals! By the end of our training I saw amazing results not only in inches lost, but the constant back pain I was in due to my job had subsided! I now have the knowledge to lead a healthier lifestyle and keep my back and body strong! I highly recommend training with Ashley! She is an amazing trainer and gives you 110%!

    Ashley is AMAZING!!! I was in pain from having tight neck muscles. The pain ran up the back of my head, which caused me also have headaches. I met Ashley while traveling, and after complaining about my neck issue, she kindly offered to try a special massage technique on me. She spent about 20 minutes on me, and…….. OMG!!! A few minutes after I got up, I could feel the muscles instantly started to relax and the tension melting like butter!! It was like magic!!! All of the pain, tension and the headache were gone!! I was at awe!! It’s been two weeks since I've had this massage technique done by Ashley and my neck still feels great! Whereas before it would tighten back up a few days after getting a regular deep tissue massage. I HIGHLY commend her!!! If I lived there; I would without question, be a regular client of hers. Thank you so much Ashley for helping me to feel better!

Her knowledge is incredible, she has been able to help me with issues caused from a Frozen Shoulder from a couple of years ago. Ashley has put together a fitness routine specifically for my needs.     This kickboxing class was recommended to me by Kalie, a girl I work with. I didn't have a clue what I was in for but I thought what the heck I'd give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised. The group atmosphere is very positive and upbeat. Everyone is so friendly. What is really nice is the "extras" you get included in the class - the nutritional advice, corrections on your techniques and lots of encouragement. Even when I thought yikes I don't know about this....there was someone right there saying "you can do it, good job". There is definitely a team atmosphere - it is really nice to be part of it. I would highly recommend Ashley's class to anyone that doesn't like working out alone.

    In October and December 2013, I became structurally damaged from the two motor vehicle accidents. As a result, I suffered from chronic myofascial pain, frequent migraines, and believed I would never be able to train in martial arts ever again. After seeing a chiropractor, acupuncturist, massage therapist and other specialists, only one person was able to tell me why I was having trouble breathing and why I had pain on my right side. That very special person is Ashley from Body by Design. On my first assessment, she diagnosed my right rib and hip as being twisted. This was the reason why I couldn’t get air into my right lung. She diligently worked with me together and helped it to straighten out. I immediately started sleeping better and I felt my body become aligned with my mattress. So many years of pain and seeing so many specialists did not give me an answer until I met her. She is my miracle worker and since she has started working with me, I have become able to train in martial arts again which is a lifelong commitment of mine. I don’t know what I would’ve done had I not met her. Thank you so much Ashley for helping me find my way back into martial arts and for helping me to become active again. You are nothing short of amazing!

    I don't know what I would do without Ashley. Seriously. When I came to her 2 1/2 years ago I was suffering from a sports injury that had been misdiagnosed by other professionals. Ashley quickly identified the source of the injury and I started to heal. She wanted more than a physical recovery for me, however. She (gently) challenged the entrenched destructive beliefs and habits that informed my approach to exercise that were ultimately the root of my injury. Then I was rear-ended by a one ton truck that had lost its brakes and I was worse than before. Ashley is a God-send to me. She has studied (and continues to study), so many types of treatments and therapies that she can use whichever is the most effective for me on any given day. Ashley's recommendations of a physio and RMT are of the "highest calibre" according to my personal injury lawyer. These health professionals greatly respect her expertise and they and Ashley consult and co-ordinate my treatment. I'm tearing up as I write. I heard from co-workers of the other victim of the one ton truck and the man is crippled. He doesn't have Ashley.

    I want to start off my saying that I really wanted my experience to be that of the other reviews. I truly feel that Ashley knows her stuff and I think she could have helped aid in getting me over my MVA injuries. I do like that she has a background in fitness, but also in other sports, as well as yoga. Like I said, she knows her stuff. Unfortunately, because of Ashley's busy schedule, I don't feel she had enough time to take me on as a client. Between our two schedules, appointments kept getting cancelled and moved around. Ashley did offer me some times, but it was during awkward times (such as long weekend days and middle of the day time slots.) I work shift work so my schedule can be anywhere from 7:30am start to 1pm start, however my shifts are flexible in that I can trade to get different times. She was also going to be going on an extended vacation. In hindsight, we should have revisited when she got back from her vacation and started then. However, I was excited at the prospect of working through my injuries for good and was excited to work with her. In the end, Ashley refunded me my consultation fee and referred me to someone else who I did not pursue. Although a nice gesture from a business perspective, it was definitely a let down, due to receiving such high recommendations from Google etc. This was also done via email, with an explanation indicating that we could not make it work due to scheduling. This type of thing would have been better handled over the phone. And that is one piece of feedback that I do have. Many of our interactions were dealt with over text message and email, which isn't always the greatest forum to discuss complicated things. If I were to do it over again, I would definitely try working with Ashley again, because I do think she is knowledgeable, but I hope it would be a more positive experience. I would also adjust the way we corresponded regarding our schedules to try and find a time that worked for both of us. I also would ensure that there was enough time to facilitate her taking on another client. Thank you.

    Ashley has been awesome! I came to her while experience back pain and weekly tension headaches. Now I haven't had one for six months. She has been able to improve my posture, and while there is still some work ahead, she will help me get there.

    Ashley is extremely professional and keeps her sessions fun and engaging. I have struggled with hip issues for a large part of my life. One session with Ashley and she managed (through a very neat process of elimination testing) to determine my faulty mechanics that was causing me pain.     Ashley came highly recommended to me by my trainer. Ashley was able to help me with a variety of issues that were compounded from years of weight lifting and not a lot of stretching. I feel much better, and my posture and flexibility has increased and issues that were present before have abated. Very personal and extremely knowledgable and capable. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you wish to increase mobility and ability.

    Ashley's expertise and professionalism are unparallelled in the world of personal training. Since being in an MVA last year, Ashley has worked with me and put in hours of work into creating a program to help me on the road to recovery. Ashley takes the time to explain exactly what she's working on, what she sees going on with your body, and sends detailed information to you for review outside of the sessions. Ashley even took the time to attend my physiotherapy appointment to gain more insight into what was happening with my body. Ashley is flexible, adaptable, and patient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking out quality training, whether for injury recovery or otherwise.

    I love Ashley. She is beyond amazing. She is well-educated, professional, fun, and entertaining.There wasn't a single health issue that I had that was an obstacle to my success with her. She did an assessment of my needs and abilities and went on to make a program that was specifically for me. She taught me how to use equipment, gym etiquette, and how to have fun at the gym. She never pushed me to pay for something I couldn't afford or didnt' want and was understanding in regards to my budget and goals. When I first saw her, I had chronic pain levels reaching a 7-8 on a daily basis. Fast forward six months and 80-90 % of my pain was gone. Not reduced, not managed, it was gone. She taught me how to eat to help my asthma, depression and PTSD; how to exercise and make gains every week; and how to be happy. I never would have taken big risks that paid off so big for me if it wasn't for her. The personal training I received as worth every penny and I'll always be grateful to have someone like her in my life.

    Words cannot describe how amazing Ashley Leong is! When I started training with Ashley, I was in chronic excruciating pain. I had simply learned how to "suck it up and deal with it" but Ashley helped me change that. She worked with me to determine what areas of my body were out of alignment and taught me how to re-train my muscles, eventually working my way to a full weight training program. It was not an easy journey but Ashley was truly my personal cheerleader! She kept me motivated! Her bubbly personality is one to love! She makes sessions fun and enjoyable! Ashley is truly the most knowledgable trainer I have ever worked with! Her experience in dealing with injuries is phenomenal! Ashley takes a holistic approach to her training, working with the client on a physical, mental and emotional level! Ashley has taught me how to manage a pretty much pain-free lifestyle!     Ashley is not only the best trainer that I've EVER had, she's also one of the most inspiring people that I've come across in my 37 years of being alive. And I don't say this lightly. I went to Ashley tired, overweight, sad and hating my post baby body. When we met for our initial consultation, I could tell, almost within the first few minutes, that she could see ME and knew how to help me transform. By following her nutrition plan, I've never felt better internally. I literally went from feeling gross and sluggish to happy and full of energy. My skin has also improved! But what I most impressed with are the workouts. They are designed PERFECTLY for me. We change it up when she sees fit, and all exercises are designed for my home workouts. If I have any questions, she's available by text and email, too! So now, 4.5 months later, I've lost 29 inches, 30 lbs, and I have muscle tone popping all over my body. Trust me when I say that Ashley is worth every penny.

    Ok so fair warning, this will be an in depth review. For those of you who just like to scan reviews, I will start with something short. Ashley is amazing! Not only is she very intelligent and knows a lot about training, she teaches you about it and doesn't just lead you through exercises. She's fun and has something new every day. She really cares about her clients and their results. So now for those who don't mind reading an in depth review. I've always been athletic, and in shape. I have played high level athletics my whole life. I played premier soccer and provincial level hockey. I have competed in, and won trophy's at multiple bikini shows. I did not go to Ashley for weight loss by any means. However after years of high intensity sports, and a few cycles of strict dieting, and I guess just getting older, my body started to feel it, A LOT. I was always in pain, I had terrible sleeps, I was always tired and run down. The only thing that mattered to me was how good I was at sports, and how low my body fat % was. Everyday I saw Ashley training clients at the gym, slow and steady, never a lot of weight. It always looked interesting to me. So, I started to pay more attention to the things she was doing. I'm pretty shy and always just watched from afar. After my last bikini show in June, and a lot of complications while doing it, I finally asked Ashley for help. As a trainer myself, I thought I could fix the problem. Unfortunately as a human and an athlete, my ego always got in the way, which is why I needed her help. Ashley taught me that its not about how much you can lift, but how you lift it. She pulled me away from lifting with my ego, and actually using the correct muscles. She also introduced me into restorative yoga, which I don't know why that wasn't in my life so much sooner. I used to deadlift 200lbs. I haven't lifted anything past 45lbs since August, and I've never felt stronger. Like I said, I learned it's not about the weight you're lifting, it's about how you lift it. I couldn't be more grateful that I met Ashley, and have learned so much from her in such a short time. I have only been training with her for a couple months now. I am excited to see what kind of stuff she has for me in the future. The way you feel is way more important than how you look. Aesthetics will come, but your health is always number 1.

    Ashley is amazing , she pushes you to reach your goals!! I was in a really bad car accident and I was told I should never ride horses again , my injuries were that bad.     Ashley is the best personal trainer I have ever come across. She is highly educated and understands the human body in its entirety. I saw Ashley for 2 years after an MVA. She brought me from barely being able to carry my purse to being able to deadlift again. Ashley is sincere, empathetic and encouraging. She is extremely organized and punctual. I also had a nutrition session with Ashley in which she helped me organize a meal plan which suited my lifestyle. She was patient and helped answer all the questions I have. She has become a lifelong friend. I am constantly recommending Ashley because she is the best of the best. Prior to my accident I had seen upwards of 10 trainers over the years. Ashley surpasses all of them. I highly recommend her!

    The fact that Ashley doesn't have a single negative review says all you need to know about her and her business. I'm not a client of Ashley's but see her every day at the gym. She always greets me with a smile and says hello. Today Ashley provided me with some ad hoc advice on improving my squat technique which translated to instant results. What stands out about Ashley the most is that she is not only technically sound, but cares tremendously about her clients and those around her. In short, she's awesome and amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend anybody to her.

    I was referred to Body by Design by both my physiotherapist and my doctor after a car accident. I can without a doubt say Ashley and Amy are the best. Wow, never thought I would enjoy my gym visits, but knowing every time I go I get a little stronger means everything. Knowing they care about the outcome means even more. From teaching me breathing techniques to help with stress to helping build my muscles back they have seen me through it all.     By following Ashley's program, I achieved fast results and lost close to 30 lbs within the first couple of months. I lost a total of 60 lbs and have kept it off for 7 years based on the workout programs and nutrition information I learned from Ashley.I enjoyed what Ashley taught me at our training sessions and how comfortable I was with her.     I recently started an active rehabilitation program with Body by Design and let me say Ashley and her team are AMAZING !!!     Ashley was referred to me once my ICBC physio had ended. I felt very comfortable the way she interviewed me and asking very probing questions which hadn't been asked before. She discovered range of motion issues that I wasn't aware of, and has created my own customized rehab routines both for at home and with her at the LEC. Within a month I'm already down a waist size, my eating habits and nutricional advice has challenged a lifetime of bad habits and I am already chosing very different options. Totally 100% worth the investment. 49 years old and finally I'm actually learning about my body and how to be finally fit and healthy.

    I Absolulty love Ashleys Cardio Kickboxing class! I'm doing my second set now and I do it twice a week. My body has changed so much, I feel so much stronger and confident now about my body. With the nutrition classes and the things I've learnt I've lost 10 pounds and inches everywhere. I'm back into my small clothes and there loose on me! I've never felt better! the classes are challenging and you deffinatly work up a sweat! I will continue with this for as long as I can. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a positive change in there life! Ashley is a great teacher, she keeps you motivated and gives you lots of encouragement and positive feedback.

    I took a class with Samantha as my first class and she was so great at checking in on me and making sure I was doing alright! The class was hard for sure but she always made sure there were accommodations for those of us that needed lighter weights or for those that couldn’t do a certain exercise. I’d definitely come back just to take a class with Sam!

    Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to! Trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging, classes are fun and challenging, and the gym community is so welcoming and supportive. Aeson has created such a safe environment for you to explore your potential. He knows everyone by their names and knows where they are at in their fitness journeys. Even in a group fitness setting, he is able to provide individualized support to each participant. He makes sure to continue challenging you to reach your greatest potential. I am continuously surprised by what I accomplish each class because I am constantly motivated to push myself past my limits. It’s incredible what you can accomplish when you have passionate and supportive trainers like Aeson cheering you on along the way. I am so grateful for this gym and will definitely continue to come back!
