Great park for toddlers and bigger kids. Lots of park benches and a nice shaded canopy. Wading pool and zip line are always a big hit as well. There are ping pong tables basketball hoops, a loop to walk and lots of free parking.

Great park with lots of dog owner having a good time. However there's a crazy older Korean guy yelling at dog owners when he's working out. I saw multiple dog owners on the other side of the park minding their own business in the public park, but this guy still yapping more than the dogs.

A very nice old grandpa decorated this beautiful house with Jesus theme. Coming here makes me calm and feel loved.

Great local park for 2-5 yr olds. Mutliple tennis courts for racket sports.

Great park close to a community centre. Amenities for kids (park, wading pool, zipline) and adults (sport fields, basketball court, badminton tables). Not much tree cover if you are on the park, but that is the only con.

The park has a zipline - great for even adults to ride :D kids with bicycle can also ride around there. There's cement paths just next to the playground.

Oftentimes quite busy during the day, many sports leagues play here, and the tennis courts are quite popular - there's a patron operated button to turn the lights on for the courts, but lights out for the night at 10pm. I usually stroll by or sit at the park bench on Williams to smoke in the late evenings, a couple times a week and rarely see anyone else there, never been hassled or harassed. There's an attached community centre, I'm not sure what kinds of programs/services they offer though, as I've never been inside. Ample street parking along Carleton. Nicely landscaped, well maintained grounds. There's an off-leash dog park, south of the community centre parking lot, as well as a children's playground.

Nothing particularly fancy or extravagant about this park. That said it is a great little local neighborhood park. Is people in the park are always friendly. The new dog park section that opened up is great

Willingdon Heights Park is a hidden gem in the heart of the city, offering a serene escape from the urban hustle. Though small in size, this park impresses with its well-maintained lawns and a variety of mature trees that provide a lush canopy. The children's playground is a highlight, featuring modern equipment that is safe and engaging for kids of all ages. Benches strategically placed around the park offer peaceful spots for relaxation or enjoying a book. The walking paths, though not extensive, are well-paved and ideal for a leisurely stroll or a brisk jog. The park lacks sports facilities, which may disappoint some, but its charm lies in its simplicity and tranquility. A perfect spot for families or anyone looking to enjoy a quiet moment in nature.

Came here for tennis, but a nice vibrant area overall with lots of activity. Tennis courts have a pretty severe grade to them, but they're lit, so it's hard to complain.

Tennis courts are usually busy after 5 pm. The courts are in decent condition, and there are lights on the courts as well for playing later into the night.

Worst basketball court in the city! It's actually offensive on how bad it is compared to the other facilities! 4 stars for the entire park. 1 star for the basketball court

Wading pool, zipline, sandbox, swings and a big play area. It has everything you would ask for at a playground.

Kids had a great time. They loved the zip cord. There is crafts in the summer by the wading pool.

Nice neighbourhood park with all your amenities - outdoor wading pool, playground, sandbox, picnic tables. We were very disappointed to host our daughter's birthday on a Sunday during the Summer to find out the wading pool was not in operation. The hours of operation on the fence listed closed for Monday but no mention of Sunday. Otherwise great park if you want to avoid the crowds.
