Nice place for a day picnic. Lots of parking available. Vast picnic area to choose your best spot. Washroom facility is available. You can choose between easy / intermediate / difficult hikes after a heavy meal. Beautiful Rose garden that should not be missed. Scenic overlooking view from around the mountain. Interesting Totem Poles to view. Bring your own BBQ and have fun !!

Roses 🌹 and more roses 🌹. This little rose 🌹 garden is amazing. If you come when the roses 🌹 are in full bloom you will no be disappointed. For such a small area there are an amazing amount of roses 🌹. Love this garden. This rose 🌹 garden is in Burnaby Mountain park so once you have spent time here you can explore the rest of the park. There are washroom facilities available here.

Late October and the roses still looked beautiful and very fragrant. Hopefully all the recent rain hasn't washed the blooms away

Beautiful view of surrounding city and ocean inlets. Trails are great and doing the 500 steps that lead to the voladrome is a great work out. Lots of young N drivers doing donuts late at night and cops usually patrol the area. Area is safe and a great place to get some alone time or meet with friends.

A very beautiful place to visit. A lot of diversity and many different types of plants and roses. A good place to visit with family or couples. Enjoy and relax looking for the charm of nature and theirs charms. With just some minutes from many parts of British Columbia you will enjoy this beautiful place with a lot of curiosities and special views of the mountains and the city.

Perfect. An absolutely amazing rose garden up on Burnaby mountain, many different colors and smells. A real treat for the soul. The gardeners do an amazing job of pruning every year and the results really show. It is neat to walk around when they are not in bloom and see all the work that is put in to keeping it beautiful.

The garden is nice. I visited this place a few weeks back before the snow has arrived. Saw the roses and did the hike. Worth the visit. They have decorated the trees with Xmas lights and snow makes the place look beautiful 🙂 Bring your kids for an outdoor fun

Cute little rose garden. Lots of variety of roses. Some rose arches to take pictures under. It's best to visit when it's in full bloom usually in late summer (July-September)

Even in early August there are a few rose varieties blooming as well as brown-eyed-susan and others. Great place for a casual stroll or to bring the kids for the nearby playground. Lots of benches for sitting and soaking in the serenity. Or walk the pathways and admire the outstanding views of the inlet far below. One of the increasingly rare free things you can do around the city. No charge for parking, but the lot does close at 10 pm.

Love Bby Mountain! Great view, lots of trails, benches and history. I go to practice paragliding as its good for 45 second training flights in the middle of urban mayhem. It has nice washrooms and a definite hang out if you are lost for what to do!

I proposed to my fiancé under the Rose Garden Trellis (strung with fairy lights and photos) , and it was the most MAGICAL memory we will ever have ✨

👍👍 Great place for all ages. There are multiple amenities in this park. Tenis and basketball courts. Table tenis and a nice playground for the young ones. During summers, it gets busy due to the water playground area. Nice for a weekend barbecue or after office walk.

👍👍 First time visited this Temple. Great location, anyone outside of BC can find it easily. There is a Hindu temple next to it. You can visit two temples in one time. Hare Krishna temple lot is big. Shree Gourango Mohaprovu always dancing at the back yard, standing tall! Such a beautiful Gourango Mohap...
