During my recent visit, I encountered an unfortunate incident with the chicken bowl I ordered. To my disappointment, there was a live cricket in my food, which was unexpected. I believe it's important for the restaurant to prioritize the quality and freshness of their ingredients. I kindly suggest that they pay closer attention to their food preparation processes to prevent such incidents in the future. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure the trust and satisfaction of their valued customers.

The food at Nandos' mall court special is simply delightful. The staff are incredibly efficient and amicable, ensuring a fast and friendly dining experience. Additionally, the pricing is reasonable and offers good value for money.

Chicken was good. Tasty. Price a bit steep for the size and portions, but it’s inflation nowadays sadly, will come once in a while.

The food was delicious and juicy. Their quality and portion is excellent. Didn’t expect that much food quality because its in food court but it was totally worth to try. Recommend 100%

I recently had a baby shower and decided to call up this Nando's location for catering options and they did not disappoint! Not only did they make everything super easy by recommending amount of food for the amount of guests I had, but the price was reasonable too! It ended up costing approximately $12-15 per person. Food was delicious too and prepped at a reasonable time before pick up as it was fresh. Thank you!!

I was super impressed by how calm and collected the staff were despite being busy. I really appreciated it, I think it's rare these days. I also liked how you could get smaller portions such as 1/4 leg. The side portion is pretty big, I enjoyed the red skin mashed potatoes. Fries were okay.

The only place where you can find peri peri ! When I was in India , I used to have peri peri but in Canada I get at this place. It’s the best I can say! Even the fries are so crispy !

I ordered the double skewers hot and spiced rice and one of the skewer was not done properly and the chicken was raw from the inside. It looked like it was made in a rush and served. Staff refused to accept and said we are closed. I do not recommended eating at this outlet (Metrotown). I have been eating at nandos for many years and their chicken plates are the best

The service is fast and accurate. At 6 p.m., the wait to order was over 20 minutes. It is popular! The mall was crowded and noisy, so I recommend take out.

Taste is fine , I expected it to be more spicier for it being named high spice . The chicken is overall well cooked but tasted a bit bland not much of flavour . Garlic sauce is okay , doesn’t go all that well with the chicken . Might try hot sauce next time . Wait time was too much which is understandable as they had a lot of customers lined up .

Staffs are always nice and kind. Quite busy nando's in food court. But they serve quite quick, so it is okay during lunch time.😎 Half or only legs are really nice. I always go half chicken with coleslaw. Their coleslaw is one of my favourites.🤍

I ordered catering from this location for 100 people. Jay and Manbir did an amazing job. Manbir helped to take the food to the car and made sure we have everything. We were missing sauces so he drove to our event location to drop the sauces off. The food- we ordered chicken, rice and garlic bread and it was amazing. Chicken was moist and cooked perfectly- laid out in the foil trays perfectly. Wish it had before sauce on it but still can’t complain. It was amazing food and everyone enjoyed this. Don’t know if I’ll get this kind of food and service for the price. Amazing job!

Looking for a protein meal, this will be it. Fast turn over in food court location so chicken always taste fresh and juicy.

This place really went downhill. Ordered half chicken with two sides (both rice). Got our order right. But the rice came not cold or hot just room temp and unfortunately, it was off already. I believe hot food are suppose to be stored hot. Either it wasn't made fresh the day off and just left over from last night or they made it in the morning and left if out the whole day and it spoiled judging by how hot the day is. If you walk by Manchu Wok and check their rice it is keep in a "bain marie" type and kept warm proper fraser health code. Safety over profits!!!

There is nothing like getting some Nando’s after a hard days shopping!! Don’t even look at anything else in the food court. The double leg hot with extra hot sauce is the way to go! Also love the cheesecake. The centre was vastly improved by adding a Nando’s.

Food is very yummy Staff is very nice When I got my fries it tastes delicious. There is a metal thing which is okay. Careful next time

The service was great but the food is average at best. I got the hot flamed periperi chicken and it's just alright. There's nothing too special about it. The periperi fries were a bit too salty. I would buy again if I have the chance but it wouldn't but the first choice if it's not because the other food stalls at the Metrotown mall are boring chain-owned franchises.

Going to Nando’s felt like a taste of home. Everything tastes like Nando’s in South Africa! Very tasty and my kind of spice. The staff that attended to us was super nice and gave awesome suggestions. I wish I took his name down!
