Food quality was OK and fries were fresh. Plenty of parking available when i was there for lunch. There was also plenty of indoor seating. I would have given them 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ but the deduction was the napkins. Looks like the napkins they provided in my takeout bag has been wet and dried….thus the napkins are wrinkled and hardened. Restaurant should not have given this to the customer - see attached photo

I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recurring issue I have experienced with takeout orders from your restaurant over the past two months. In May, I ordered three double patty burgers but received only one patty in each burger while being charged for the additional patty. Similarly, in June, I ordered three burgers with bacon, but unfortunately, the bacon was missing from all three burgers, even though I was charged for it. As a long-time customer who has been dining at your restaurant for over three years, I have never encountered such errors until recently. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it seems there may be a need to enhance the pre-service training for new staff members to ensure order accuracy.

Pretty old run down wendies. Tables feel greasy and I can smell the washrooms as soon as you walk in near their main entrance. Also paid 4 bucks for a large "frosty-ccino" and it felt like a complete rip-off. Food was decent. But I got it right as lunch started. So take that as you will

Went here for super late lunch: very good spicy chicken sandwich and perfect poutine! Service: fast and friendly; tables and seats were clean. They were sanitizing seats and tables after guests. Will return for frosty when it’s sunny out 🌞

Amazing service. Delicious food. Great prices. I’ve never been disappointed by a Wendy’s Spicy Chicken Burger, Fries and Frosties. Frosties are always delicious, creamy and delightful. Chicken burgers are consistently warm, crispy and hearty, and the fries are always 10/10. The service here is great too! Amazing staff, friendly and such nice people!

Ordered two large chilis with a salad (excuse the guac in the picture). The chili's were only filled up to a small, in the picture they were just opened. The card machine didn't work in the drive through window, luckily we had cash. +1 star for fresh salad though

Ordered take out and the burgers are badly squished. The fries are soggy and only one straw was provided for two drinks' order. Very disappointing

Burger was decent. No complaints. Fries though need more love. I guess you need to ask for well done fries in order for them to bring crispy? Dining area could have used a light cleanup when I was visiting. Some light litter was on the floor and condiment area needed some tidying up.

Food is good and the drive through is pretty speedy, however the workers at the window are notoriously lacking customer service. They don't say anything to you just hand you the machine. Even when you're kind and tell them "Thank you" and "Have a good day" they give a half not at you and a "yeah whatever". I get customer service sucks, and the work is notoriously underpaid, but your boss deserves to feel that wrath, not the people just trying to get food.

I have never had a problem with my orders. May it be 1, 3, or 7 orders at one time. Never misses. Jashan is a great employee. Friendly and courteous. Every time I order, she's there, so I can't really say if she's not around if the place is run as smooth as when she manages.

I popped in to try the poutine. The gravy was tasty with a slight herbal flavor which reminds me of turkey gravy. The curds were good, but could have used being broken down into smaller pieces. Since I noticed chili cheese nachos on the menu, I had an order of those too. They reminded me of school nachos which I like a lot.

Came here to grab food for my family and it was around 11:30 (before a lunch window) but they were so slow. There was 1 man ahead of me and another food delivery man picking up an order. I didn’t get spoken to/acknowledged for like 5 minutes and only because a FedEx delivery man dropped off the package on the counter. There were 3 staff that I could see (probably one prepping food, one for take out window and one presumably to front the dine in customers). I ordered a jr cheeseburger and a hamburger both with lettuce and tomato. She errored on entering something in the system and I ended up paying extra for cheese sauce (0.40 cents but extra is extra). She seemed frazzled trying to reverse it so I thought whatever I’ll just pay it but she didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for the error in general. Location seemed outdated and not as frequented but I probably won’t be in a rush to return to this spot.

This is an older location that has been remodeled into the slightly newer style. Service was a bit slow surprisingly, as there were only a few customers. Staff was nice and polite which was fine. However my order was done incorrectly.

First of all, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure my order was accurate and that I had everything I needed. They even went out of their way to accommodate my dietary restrictions. The food was also great. I ordered a classic cheeseburger with fries and a drink, and everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and delicious. The drink was also refreshing and exactly what I needed to wash down my meal.

Don’t waste your time with this Wendy’s. I’ve given them chance after chance, I typically order a standard baconator combo and have never had less than a 15 minute wait. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue, training or what the deal is. But just go to a different Wendy’s its not worth it.

The only fast food restaurant has baked potato. Their chilli (with beans & burger meat) is also very tasty. Their hamburger still retain some beef taste. Their senior coffee which is free for me was always freshly made. It a fast food restaurant which does not give you fast food tastes. I like going to Wendy's. Always give me a good meal.

I came here for lunch many times. Service is always good. Staff are friendly and less crowded. Good to meet up with friends. Restaurant is spacious and ample parking. Way much better than going to the mall. No hesitation to come back especially when they have a coupon. Compare with similar fast food Restaurants, Wendy's is my favorite.

Slow to get my order because they are busy. Other than that, fantastic customer service. On more than one occasion have gone above and beyond for me. The food is prepared well. I would recommend this location.

Ordered via SKIP the dishes and the overall experience was fantastic. The food was relatively warm and fresh considering the delivery time. Hit the spot for the late night craving and I would highly recommend this to anyone. The spicy chicken sandwich is a solid choice with the sea salt fries as the combo. The classic summer frosty completes the meal. Prepare for a food coma to follow. Not exactly fitness freak nutrition but you only live once, moderation is key! Lol
