Response to owner: I did not eat any other food other than from this restaurant that evening. Severe and acute food poisoning will occur within a few hours. The attitude of this owner really shows. Came here for the dineout. Firstly, we got the most wonderful foccacia with some garlic oil and it was damnn good. The caesar salad is okay but the caprese salad was much better. The pasta just looked super basic but they tasted very well. The veal and basa are very well seasoned although they look super basic. The side dishes of the entree are so much super good. The tiramisu has good interesting taste but the texture is too firm if its less firmer it would have been better. And i personally love the taste of the creme brulee and not usually a fan of this. The sugar coating is too thick try to use less then it would be perfect. This is not bad. Cheers!

The stars say it all. Great atmosphere on a Saturday, music, dancing. Fantastic! Service is amazing and very attentive. All very good reasons to go there. The food? Not so much. After we ordered, during a very busy evening, our food came within five minutes. That's never a good sign. My advice is to order some appies and a bottle of wine, enjoy the music, and dance the night away. Cheers!

This place has sneaky good pizza. Its a mix between Italian and north American style. Its not super thin like Italian wood fire pizzas or super thick and doughy like north American style pizzas, its a perfect mix. Its very affordable for the level of quality. I highly recommend calling the restaurant directly opposed to skip or door dash as the staff is very kind and accommodating. I've lived in the heights for 6 years and I discovered this place maybe 6 months ago and I'm upset i went 5.5 years without ordering from here. I highly recommend trying the pizza (or minestrone soup) from this place. Its sneakily good for the price point.

Very nice atmosphere, nice food and nice vibes. Parking is available behind but it gets busy so easy. Food were great and staff did their best to ensure food is distributed correctly in full place. DJ and songs are amazing and you will enjoy dancing there after finishing your dinner. It’s a good romantic experience.

Atmosphere was romantically dim lit, fantastic vibe. Great music and energy, enough room to dance to work off the food if you want. Live music was not uncomfortably loud. Vibrant oldies for live music, which perfectly fit the mood. Salads were exquisite. Pizza was ok. Pasta could be better. Would definitely go again and definitely recommend going for couples and friends.

Ordered: Margherita Pizza, Spaghetti Pomodoro and Fettuccine Prosciutto e Pisselli with chicken. The pastas and pizza were delicious, flavorful, fresh, hot and not to mention the portions were large. Delivery was shorter than the estimated time (approximately 30 minutes/6 km distance). P.S. The Spaghetti Pomodoro (picture) doesn't come with cheese on top. I added my own Parmesan cheese to it.

I love Baci! I've ordered takeout and dined in and everytime I've ordered the food is delicious, and great value. It is my favorite Italian restaurant.

We ordered pasta from Baci's again Saturday and once again the pasta was al dente, sauce tasted like tomato sauce! I ask for extra tomato sauce and they do not skimp on the sauce! Thank you Baci's for providing awesome tasting pasta!

My friend had his Birthday here. Nice atmosphere, the food was excellent. Service was top notch! We had a set menu and we were able to choose between 3 mains- Veal, chicken and basa fish..I had the chicken which was served with a mushroom gravy, a sliced roasted red pepper, mashed potatoes and a piece of broccoli. * First course was a yummy mixed greens salad with vinaigrette, second course was a penne pasta in tomato sauce, third was dinner.. no dessert, but the birthday boys family brought a birthday cake. Although the food was great, I did find it a lil expensive. It was $37.50 per person, plus a $21 gratuity (set) a small glass of red wine was $10 which is pretty standard. Friends had caesar's which was $9 Live music & dancing which was fun! One critique though..music could be a little softer, once the band started singing we couldn't talk much. Overall it was fun !

Beautiful place . Every item on the menu was very Tasty . Portions were good to for one person. Staff was super nice . They catered to your needs. Sangria was so good 😋that I had 2 . Lots of choices for non-vegetarian but 1 or 2 choices for vegetarians. Table set u was great but the place itself was little Dark for my liking. Outside of the building wasn’t very fancy either . 3kids 3 adult was $250+

Authentic and rich taste of seafood!! I went at 6pm before the rush. Atmosphere is super romantic in a traditional sense. Service is excellent.. kinda felt like I was in Italy! Hope to go back when they bring live music with lift in covid restrictions. Overall a fantastic exp and will be back.

We came here on a Friday night with my husband because we both love Italian food. The place has been renovated and it’s beautiful. There is also a great dance floor and singer. The menu looked great with lots of options. Our waiter Bela was very professional especially with my long list of allergies. He suggested a great bottle of wine that paired very well with our meal. Food was delicious. We had a great experience and very much looking forward to go back.

Been there too many times, hard to suggest specific thing to eat because whatever we have had so far been delicious. Try mussels, salmon, pasta, veal, chicken, shrimp and.... just to think about their food makes me hungry. Should I mention their Gelato? Aside from food, place always looks like a big family gathering, warm and friendly with live entertainment. Go once and you'll be going there blind folded.

I have been a bit hesitant to go out and eat after covid, but the staff at Baci made me feel comfortable and they were exceptionally professional. They made me feel like part of their family! The place was nice and clean. The Tortellini fungi was amazing and our waiter Bella was just amazing and he knows his wine :) I will recommend Baci to all my friends and family.

My boyfriend and I went on a date last night to Baci and were very happy with the service and the food! We’ve ordered it a couple times on Uber Eats, however this was our first dine-in experience. I wish I thought to ask the servers name, but he was very personable, friendly, efficient and gave us a memorable dining experience - one we won’t soon forget. I can tell he is passionate about his job, he loves what he does and enjoys working with people. Will definitely be back!

Honestly some really good classic Italian food. We had the dine-out menu and it was really good to see so many options on the menu.

Was there for lunch, there's 3 of us in the group, our first time there and the experience was lovely. All recommendations by the host/ server, from the Antipasto, Veal, Grilled Salmon and the Seafood Pasta were superb. And the finale was the Tiramisu, delicious! Service was great, too! Will definitely comeback!

we wanted to find an authentic italian restaurant and this location did not disappoint. I ordered the fungi pizza and it was amazing. They used different kinds of mushrooms and the cheese wasnt too heavy. They used fresh ingredients and you can just tell the recipe was home made. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great and our server was very accommodating. My mom requested a sort of customized pasta where she just wanted white sauce with all seafood included. The server had no problem making that happen and my mom enjoyed her meal alot. There was a bit of a wait but it was worth it. I would 100% recommend this restaurant.

What an amazing treat we had here. The service was solid, the food was great, and the ambiance was amazing. Coming on a Friday night with live music and singing is top notch. We ordered the Veal Parmigiana and the Carbonara and both were very tasty. 5/5 definitely come visit when you have the chance.

I came for the dine out menu, overall the pasta was really good. I got the seafood linguine ....best pasta! The salad was a bit bare minimum, nothing special. And the tiramisu was delicious. Next time pls let customers know you will be charging 7$ for sparkling water it's a bit overpriced for one bottle of san pellegrino. I would definitely come back for the pasta

Shared a wonderful and intimate dinner for two, food was excellent, recommended wine was brilliant and service was great. Were the only table there and we felt pampered, will definately be back when this covid craziness ends and look forward to being able to dance apres dinner!!

My fav is their Fettucine Alfredo with add on tiger prawns. So creamy and delish! Ive never dine-in yet as I only knew them prior to lockdown and to be a good citizen yet support businesses, I have only been ordering for take out. Portion are incredibly big. I take them for lunch and dinner. Recommended!

We did the Vancouver Dine Out event at Baci with a couple of friends. We have been to Baci before and we've never been disappointed with the food. The $35 menu had decent choices for the 3 course meal. We chose salads, mains & dessert All the food items were good. Atmosphere was very nice . The only complaint I am going to make us the location of the bathroom, it is located downstairs otherwise a lovely place to have dinner.

We went to Baci with another family for Valentine's Day dinner. The food was ok as expected for the price. When we received our bill, I couldn't believe that 30% tip was pre-charged. 30%!!! We had 4 adults and 2 kids (both at 3 years old). Are they allowed to tip for this size of group? I don't mind giving generous tip but why would they pre-charge? we weren't a big group and we didnt have a party and stayed less than 2 hrs. I was very disappointed how they charged us the tip. Also we asked pasta for kids as they only had a set menu on Valentine's day. The plate was about starter size and they charged $42 per plate. It was very pricey for the value (regular alfredo sauce). very disappointed.i would NOT recommend Baci. if it was excellent food and service, I would be happy to give 30% tip, but don't charge what you want without a good reason.

Ordered the Halibut fish of the day, cheese pizza, and Quattro staggioni pizza. The halibut was over cooked, flesh was solid white, tough, and dry. It was also slathered in an extremely salty garlic sauce. The side vegetables and rice were well seasoned and cook well though. The pizzas were forgettable. The service was pretty good though. Everyone was friendly and we were seated promptly. We would’ve appreciated a heads up that the establishment wasn’t exactly child friendly; there were no high chair or booster seats available, even though the staff were very welcoming to our toddler. It looked like there were several parties booked to start later and a lot of regulars who were friendly with the host.

We dined at Baci last night, after a very small family wedding. I had the Halibut with risotto and vegetables, and it was fabulous. What made the whole experience great was a combo of the amazing food, the very attentive and fun waiter, and the atmosphere. I loved that it was not an overly loud restaurant, so we could all carry on in conversation. Will absolutely be back!

One star for atmosphere and one for live music. It is a good experience if you would like to have a taste of Italian culture. But the rest....Food portion is extremely simple and poor. The dish with "seafood" it is two overcooked small shrimps... For some reason they added 18% gratuity without notifying me verbally or on menu. It's only for two people and it was 150$ order. I don't mind to tip but it has to be optional and the service was below average. The thing to made us mad was the fact that on a bill they charged us PST. Since when do you pay PST for food?! It's kinda iligal as far as I know. Overall I wouldn't recommend that place.

I was disappointed with the tiramisu i order through uber eats. On the menu it stated "traditional homemade tiramisu cheesecake". Honestly it should be no star, since it just tasted like old whipping with drench lady fingers and cocoa powder.

Been a long time since our last visit so we decided to celebrate my birthday here..and was not disappointed. Service was spot on, not overly intrusive and very courteous and polite. My wife's entre was a tad too spicy and the matre de replaced her pasta dish with the same but less spicy without any fuss. We had their tiramisu which was really very good. One ofthe best we've had. It was a delightful meal and evening and plan on returning in the near future. Recommend them highly. 👌

Ordered several items tonight, two pastas a soup and a couple salads. The soup tasted like nail polish remover... I know we are trying to sanitize well but we have to also make sure that the food doesn’t taste like that. the salad was red onions with a couple tomatoes and no lettuce... it was all around horrific. The pasta was old old old soggy and gross. Would never, EVER, try this place again. Too many misses.

Went on Mother’s Day and honestly I was very disappointed. The food is really bad quality and extremely expensive for what it is. Got a Caesar salad and the portion was extremely small for 13 dollars??? Then I got the pasta with lots of seafood and marinara sauce, it was alright but small portions for seafood and no crab meat at all ( salmon instead) when they say it has crab. Got a pizza with salmon and it was disgusting! The pizza was $30 dollars for a store bought dough and had SMALL thin slices for salmon and was on 3 pieces of the whole pizza! The pizza was awful and not worth it at all! The service was pretty good and the restaurant is nice inside and out! Clean and nice presentation, but I’m so sad to say the food was awful! I wish to say it was good but just not worth the money at all
