I am the girl went at noon and ordered a prawn with tomato spaghetti. The waitress who is a young girl(help to arrange seats) and the waiter with a ponytail(order and serve) are very kind. I have a great lunch time. When I paid for my meal, I forgot tipping since I just arrived Canada and not familiar with this culture. I hope to have chance to visit again and give what they should have! I don’t know if they can see this comment but I would like to thank you two again!

4 orders of our fries were old rotten and moldy! Looked like they had been rotting and they chose to fry em up and sell to customers?? Ruined our dinner and had to throw it all out, fast food places don't even serve their customers old moldy fries! Very disappointed 😞

White spot is our favourite chain restaurant, homey, and not too flashy. Service was great, my wife loved her breakfast, mission accomplished. Well done

Sat here for a good half hour looking at this disgusting mess. Lots of staff everyone looking, no one cleaning. And now the party being seated is pointing out the garbage at their booth. Most disgusting White Spot I have ever been in.

I would like to vote 0 star if there is an option. The cutleries looking unsanitary, and not provided to everyone till we were asking for. The Chicken Cobb Salad served without avocado and chicken was in one piece. The explanation from the servant was they ran out of soft avocado. I don’t know whether I was too lucky or it’s happened here pretty often. I hope they could tell the customer in advance instead of throwing the explanation after the fact. The servant advised he told the kitchen before but apparently nothing improved.

We love our milkshakes, as always! Can’t get any better. Cheesesteak hash is a good choice, though a bit salty for my liking. Pierogie bites were okay. Coconut prawns were good too.

The atmosphere is amazing. Chill place to dine at with a chill beer. I must emphasize the fact that the customer service is amazing over here! Just amazing! The variety of the food is good too!

Ordered Salmon burgers with spot salad online today. The burgers were cold. The vegetables were rotten. Absolutely disgusting.

Love this location. We go here 3-5x a month. Food is great! Staff are all friendly. We are always looked after. Shoutout to Michael one of the A++++, excellent & enthusiastic server here. Check out this location. Recommended.

It is my go to order 99% of the time when I go to White Spot. I always take half with me as I can not finish it. I had it delivered in past as well. The amount I got today is ridiculous. I know customer always gets less when they order for take out but this is not a $21 meal. This is a kids portion. Most of that little I got was broccoli. The pumpkin pie crust fell apart the moment I got my fork near by. And the the salad dressing was missing.

Only my second trip to B.C. We stayed at the Best Western across the street. My wife and I wanted to avoid driving for dinner after being in the car for 6 hours, so we walked around town. After being denied service at a Chinese restaurant. Certainly not because of racial profiling *cough*. We found a nice place to eat at "White" Spot. We felt welcome here as the name of the restaurant suggested. The food was terrific. Ordered a Louisiana fried chicken sandwich with Poutine. Poutine was on my checklist for foods I wanted to eat before going back to the states. It was delicious! For desert, a blueberry topped cheesecake and vanilla ice cream. Our server was friendly and the menu was full of goodies.

Great dining space and superb service. Surprisingly empty considering the diner a block down had wall-to-wall people with a long queue waiting to get a table. Likely due to price. The breakfasts here are a bit more expensive. Food is okay. Eggs benedict pretty basic, although hollandaise on point. Turkey wrap unremarkable. Smash browns nicely crispy although lacking in seasoning. Coffee a tad bitter.

Stopped in quick for a bowl of soup and garlic toast to go. Got a small cup, barely half full and it was cold. With two small pieces of toast it cost me $12.00. They did ask me to check the bag to ensure everything was there, and I was willing to pay for a small soup but would not have if I had known it was cold and not full. I shouldn’t have to open the soup at the hostess station to ensure it was all there. Very disappointed. I worked in the restraunt business for over 10 years, that’s not how you treat customers.

I got the pasta chicken Alfredo with gluten free noodles and it had a good flavor. There wasn't much sauce, not sure if they didn't mix it or what, but many of the noodles were plain and it was hard to mix. But what *was* mixed was delicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly, not too tough but still a little charred. I got my food to go, but when I was in the restaurant the vibe was kind of depressing, couldn't exactly say why. The staff were kind and helpful. Ordering online was easy and pick up was a breeze. It's a great gluten free option, especially if you're in a time crunch or on a specific schedule.

Good place for a hearty meal! A dinner will likely cost over $20 per person (just for the main), but the portion size is fair. I had the Avocado Impossible Burger, with the vegan/GF option and upgraded to sweet potato fries. With the $3 upgrade, you only get one serving of the sweet potato fries (not endless like one would with the regular Kennebec fries). I wish there was more avocado in the burger, but the kitchen was able to accommodate sautéed over picked onions at no cost. Service was friendly and attentive! Hoping White Spot adds more to their menu to accommodate dietary restrictions (vegan, GF, etc.) in the future.

It was my first visit at White spot, I never tried before. Everything was astonishing, the food plating was beyond words. My server Karen took great care of us along with good suggestions for the food and she always had a smiling face, I’m gonna visit here again and ask for Karen. Thank you White Spot!!

This is a good location, menu recently updated- more vegetarian options available. I ordered the avo queso breakfast bowl with the cheese sauce and avo creme on the side (sauces were a bit heavy)- very tasty and large portion of scrambled eggs with lots of veggies over smashed potatoes. I would definitely order this item again. My dad got waffles with blueberries and whipped cream. We often go to this location together for brunch and enjoy the atmosphere and food. Lots of booths for seating which is always nice.

Customer service good. Bacon cheese burger good and fries good. I know the humboldt squid is an appy, but I was just surprised to see the small amount of food I got for the price I paid. $15 for a quarter amount than I would get at a Greek restaurant with rice and salad for almost the same price? Maybe humboldt squid is special. I just didn’t taste it. Was disappointed about that.

The experience at this white spot was excellent the service a 10 the three different meals that the three of us had was all 10 out of 10. Thank you to our waitress she gave us excellent customer service the overall experience at this white spot over the top. My family will be returning to this location In the near future. The wife had eggs Benny, the muffin was a bit hard to cut. Hence the 4 stars. I had seafood fettuccine, there was lots of it and it was good. My mother had the appetizers coconut shrimp which she also enjoyed. Three coffees, $ 70.00 all up. Nice service.

Our server was friendly but service was wayyyy too slow. Seemed like she was avoiding our table. Food took awhile - 45 minutes for 3 entrées. Best item was the burger, everything else was average.

CANADA DAY 2022! place is getting old but they are still trying their best to keep up. there are a bit more options in the menu. they have unlimited fries for burgers, but it's not as good as Redrobins but for sure better than McDonald's. got the cheesesteak hash. it's actually good! and filling! it will probably be my go to on the menu if ever i come back here to WS. server was really really nice. im pregnant and asked if everything was cooked and all those things. she went 1 step further and went back to the kitchen to make sure everything was pregnant friendly for me. points for that! they just dont have enough vegetarian options so it's hard to eat with my husband with me. you can swap the patty which is ok, but you will pay the same amount just to take out the meat in the other meals. washrooms were actually kept good and clean. yes outdated cz flush is by hand. still good enough cz water is sensor.
