total
disaster!
I
used
to
love
Chipotle.
Now
the
portions
are
smaller,
and
smaller.
Today
not
even
a
hello...
I
ordered
a
bowl
without
rice,
and
I
had
to
ask
3
times
to
add
extra
beans
and
lettuce.
I
have
taken
food
home
many
times
from
them,
but
never
had
any
issue.
The
girl
working
there
in
the
afternoon
(as
if
she
would
be
in
an
assembly
factory),
didn't
close
the
lid
properly.
I
also
ordered
a
small
queso
blanco
with
tostadas.
Well,
no
tostadas
were
given
to
me.
I
put
the
bag
on
top
of
a
small
textile
tote
bag
inside
a
wide
shopping
cart.
It
was
on
top,
not
squeezed
or
pushed,
but
when
I
arrived
home
and
took
the
bag
out,
the
food
container
was
open,
and
spilled
most
of
the
food
on
the
floor.
The
lid
was
open
and
leaking,
so
it
broke
the
bag
and
spilled
the
food
outside
on
my
tote
bag,
cart,
floor
and
even
carpet,
plus
all
over
the
chocolates
boxes
I
had
just
bought
for
Christmas!
(Sadly,
I
cleaned
it
before
taken
the
pics).
The
boxes
are
all
damaged
now,
so
I
cannot
gift
them
anymore...
A
total
and
expensive
disaster
caused
by
negligence
of
the
young
girl
preparing
the
bowl
in
a
super
hurry!
Chipotle
should
reimburse
for
all
damaged
items
and
food.
I
am
extremely
disappointed!
