    Disappointed at my experience. There were plenty of employees but only one was helping customers with their food orders. She wasn’t friendly and got upset with me when I asked for salsa. There was a misunderstanding. The location was not clean, with food, water and debris everywhere. The food itself was okay, but with so many food options in and near metrotown I would spend my money elsewhere. Chronic tacos is a better option in the food court. Sorry chipotle I won’t be coming back to this location.

    Ordered chips and guacamole. The guac was good but the chips were so incredibly salty they hurt my mouth to eat. Stopped after a couple and noticed many chips were covered in large salt crystals, so I had to fish out the few that weren't. Surely this much salt can't be good for anyone?

    There was 6-7 employees, only 1 guy helping customers and he was a trainee. There was a big line up. the new guy Did not even heat the pita bread, doesn't know how to roll the burrito, doesn't know what to put in the burrito. Manager knew he's trainee but still did not help him at all. The trainee made a mess of all customers orders. Every time I go same thing happens. They don't have any trained or permanent employees.

    We have ordered 2 bowls vegetable on it. However we found that there were bugs on both bowls. That totally took all our appetite away. Isn't it a food safety issue? Even the insect is not only on 1 bowl but both. 2 bugs??? Also a guy seems worker just walk into the kitchen without any sanitize, and he just stayed there keep talking to workers. Still bunch of people are lining up. I'm so disappointed with everything about Chipotle. Where's their food safety? Never visit. Don't visit.

    the worst and cheapest chipotle in canada. this is supposed to be "double chicken". I will never eat here again and will tell every single friends & family to avoid this restaurant at all cost.

    One of the best places which has tasty healthy food options but the service is not good. My few concerns are: I often feel I don't get the chance to add things to my bowl because they speed through the ordering process. The portion size is not always consistent. Instead of using marker to write, it is better to use stickers.

    Guy who was making pick up orders on 28th October around 7 pm was very rude. Least you can do is smile at customers. And my bowl was filled with 70% rice and just 30% other ingredients. Those rice were so hard to chew so overall my order was ruined. I’m disappointed Second time. I am vegetarian and ordered a vegetarian bowl. Got home and found a peace of meat in my bowl. This is not the service I expect. Do better

    A total disaster! I used to love Chipotle. Now the portions are smaller, and smaller. Today not even a hello... I ordered a bowl without rice, and I had to ask 3 times to add extra beans and lettuce. I have taken food home many times from them, but never had any issue. The girl working there in the afternoon (as if she would be in an assembly factory), didn't close the lid properly. I also ordered a small queso blanco with tostadas. Well, no tostadas were given to me. I put the bag on top of a small textile tote bag inside a wide shopping cart. It was on top, not squeezed or pushed, but when I arrived home and took the bag out, the food container was open, and spilled most of the food on the floor. The lid was open and leaking, so it broke the bag and spilled the food outside on my tote bag, cart, floor and even carpet, plus all over the chocolates boxes I had just bought for Christmas! (Sadly, I cleaned it before taken the pics). The boxes are all damaged now, so I cannot gift them anymore... A total and expensive disaster caused by negligence of the young girl preparing the bowl in a super hurry! Chipotle should reimburse for all damaged items and food. I am extremely disappointed!

    This is my 3rd time visiting this place and not even once I had good experience. Each time the portion is less and once they asked me to leave all of a sudden while dining coz they had to close the restaurant. One of the employee is sweet and offered to remediate the issue but can’t ask and complain always.

    More than 20 people in line and 4 employees were talking and passing time. And only 1 girl working hard at counter to take customers order. What is the manager doing? This kind of service is not expected from chipotle.

    This store always finds a way to disappoint me. I used to go here a lot but stopped due to rude staffs. I started ordering via Uber eats but every time either the meat was burnt or less food. This time was a masterpiece. Uncooked steak with blood in the food. Awful 😣🤮

    Fantastic service and Great food at the Metrotown location! We had the plant-based sofritas which was delicious as well as nutritious!! I think he was the manager, was very happy to take this photo for me!!

    They make it very easy for me to order my vegan bowl. No dirty looks when asking for extra veggies before employees realize I'm not adding any meat & cheese.

    Love chipotle! If you like tex-mex you’ll love this! They have so many options to choose from! You start off by choosing what you’d like: burrito, bowl, tacos, or quesadilla. You then go down the line and choose what you would like in your entrée! Easy! You can also make your dish vegetarian or vegan if you have dietary restrictions. I highly recommend and will definitely go back!

    I have no idea why my pick up order only half filled. Before I used to get the same order but it was super full. Two stars only. And the staff just grab and eat the chips without wearing gloves whenever he feels hungry that looks kinda bad isn’t it.

    I always order from here online and for pick up because I don’t live in the area. The last 3 times I have order I have been super disappointed. The portion of meat given is so little it’s basically 1Tbs worth. The second to last time I ordered I got absolutely no meat, they just missed it all together! I even ordered extra meat. I just ordered today and made sure to pay for extra meat again hoping it would be more than 1tbs and there was no difference even paying for extra. I love chipotle so much and yes you get a lot of food however $20 ($39 to do through delivery) for basically rice doesn’t make sense anymore. Unfortunately I won’t be going to this location again.

    I go to this location because its the only one in burnaby, luckily lougheed is getting a new location and hopefully their service is better. Today i got a chicken bowl to go and when the server scooped my chicken, she gave me shreds. I asked for a little bit more and she started getting technical saying its 4oz of chicken and if i wanted more it would cost extra. I was trying to explain to her that she gave me chicken shreds and she said she would give me more but next time id have to pay and the amount she gave me was 1 piece of chicken. This place used to have good and fast service and lately, their service has been horrible. If lougheed’s new location is better, this location will definitely lose their customers because of their poor service The size of the chicken compared to my fork is horrendous

    My order was missing cheese, lettuce, corn, black beans, avocado. Only pinto beans, rice , and veggies were in the bowl. I ordered it online and brought it home to only discover I was only given half my order. I spent full price for this. Ridiculous!

    I'm so upset, I went in today to get some food for dinner and for later. Brought it home and ended up with a browl filled with an extreme amount of rice but very little of everything else. It would of been fine but the rice was very hard, and I found wood or rice hull in it. Pretty upset this was supposed to last me until I got paid. It's usually not terrible. I don't know what to do now.

    LOVE LOVE LOVE this location! I know that the menu's the same everywhere but it's truly the people that make the difference. I had the best burrito ever here. My boyfriend even finished his and he's not the biggest fan of the chain! That's rare. It was pretty busy as the mall was closed but all the employees handled it well and were friendly and efficient. I recommend this place especially if the mall is closing soon as many stop serving most of their items early. There was also a decent amount of seating left despite it being packed, don't let the long line deceive you!

    Consistently the worst location in the lower mainland. They are constantly out of items and give tiny portions. As well as you get random ingredients in your food you didn't order from how messy they are. Instead of marking sold out they just give you a call once you show up to pickup the food so your left dealing with uber eats support. Also the amount of times I have had food poisoning from here is crazy. Pay the 10$ delivery fee just to order from Broadway and avoid this location. Surprised corporate hasn't stepped in or heath inspection.
