I visited this location/branch during off-peak hours, health safety protocols were enforced, a sanitized dining table was ready for use, the manager, seems like an asian lady from the front counter was very friendly, the server with a South Asian ethnicity was polite too. I will be coming back for more of Nando's peri-peri spicy chicken. A must visit on all occasions with this branch on big bend market crossing place, because of my wonderful experience with this location, I will give you a 9.78 star rating out of 10 being the highest.

Food finally got better, well the service. Flavors has always been good, but the new staff is doing a much better job with quality control. At least my last 3 times have been good.

Food it is always good at Nandos, but the customer service at this location is terrible. The ladies at the front are very rude and unhappy.

I love Nandos but I am very disappointed with this location. We were still eating our meal and one of the staff was already splashing water and brushing the tiles beside us. There was a dirty table nearby that needs clearing and she chose to sweep the dining area while we were still eating. That is a food safe issue in my opinion. I already lost my appetite fearing splatters and dirt will go on our food and to make matters worst, she started cleaning our table while we were still eating. They close at 8 and it was still 7:30 and my son was trying to finish his food as fast as he can, then she approached us and said jokingly” are you going to live here today?”. People were still coming in to pick up their take out but not sure why we were so rushed when it was clear that we were not loitering. Not sure if I will be coming back.

Today I visited Nandos after the grand re-opening and I was very pleased to be greeted by one of their staff with a joyful tone. The food was great, the fries were crispy and the chicken was spot on. Also the bread was nice and crisp. Overall I recommend coming to this location.

The online delivery service consistently fails to include the Nando's sauce with my orders, and even the chicken liver dish lacks the signature Nando's sauce. As someone who specifically orders from Nando's for their renowned sauce, it's incredibly disappointing to enjoy Nando's meals without the essential sauce that enhances the experience. This has happened multiple times.

We visited this restaurant to use the coupons that we got during the Mandela day but were not able to use the coupons as the server said it only applies through online order... The head office failed to mention the condition on how and when to use the coupons. So I ended up ordering something else and spent more than it should've been less. The chicken was flame grilled, but the peri fries we got were on the salty side. The cheese macaroni was cheesy and had crumbs on top,but nothing special about it. The server was okay,but she could've honored the coupons since we were there already.

I love the flame-grilled taste of their chicken; however, it's smaller than Barcelo's across the street in Market Crossing. The portions of their sides are smaller, too (which is a main complaint of customers). The dining area is newly renovated. (Tip: If you like bigger servings of chicken, go to Church's. It's deep fried though, but you get more meat for your money.)

I've ordered from this restaurant three times now and each experience has been disappointing. Every time, the salads have been wilted and not fresh, and the sides of rice are never filled fully and ends up being 70% full. Additionally, the chicken pieces are ridiculously small and overcooked. Management or corporate needs to address the quality of their food items. Furthermore, I often have to call them multiple times before they answer the phone. Perhaps I'll try ordering from Barcelos next time instead.

Absolute disgusting. Ordered the full pack using Uber eats. Selected the option to cut the chicken in 4 piece. They cut the chicken into 8 pieces and guess what. It was missing 2 pieces. A whole chicken breast was missing. On top of that the chicken was stale and disgusting. It felt like they microwaved left over chicken and doused it in peri sauce to cover the abomination. That’s not all. The fries were horrible! Felt like old left over fries that were refried and burnt. So many bitter, hard and burnt fries. Horrendous. I called them 3 times and no one picked up. Sent Uber eats the pictures of the food and filed a complaint. Thank god they were able to refund the amount. What a shame. Can’t trust restaurants. Seemed like an easy way to get rid of old stale food and make a quick buck.

Girl was yawning at the cash machine and could barely take my order. Ingot the rainbow bowl. It was cold and the chicken breast was cut in half so I only got half a chicken breast. The rice was soggy and wet. I didn't finish my meal. The water was good though.

Went for a quick lunch today. I take one star only because they didn't have any vegan option on the menu so I had to look around to see what I could get. But I got portobello and mushroom halloumi wrap as vegan and removed the dressing and cheese from it. It was delicious though. The restaurant was tidy and clean too.

Spicy chickens are salty although the rice is excellent. They are a bit small portion for the price. Good service and nice ambience.

It is weird!! I have been in that store 3x on Friday so far. And believe or not their credit card machine was out of order. So headed to the Queensborough store and their cc machine was fine. Can you pls explain why?

Every time I tell them don’t burnt my chicken, they overburn it.. last time they flip the burnt side up side down so when I opened the box to check it at the restaurant, it’s ok.. but when I take the pieces out of the boxes .. I am extremely upset .. i gave them another chance and bought again 3 months later and this time they gave me the wrong sides and they were only 60% full .. called the store and manager is away, the girl said manager will call me back.. after 2 weeks I call again, they said the same thing .. like u can’t just replace the sides for me next time I come ?? The manager still hasn’t called me back yet …

Restaurant was clean and there was a wait at first but items came consistently by plate thereafter. We for the full set (whole chicken, 2 sides, garlic bread). The bread was nothing special and lacked flavour but beautifully grilled. Peri-peri fries were hot and seasoned… but still needs peri-peri sauce or ketchup for done reason. I found the white meat/breast dry and not enough skin or sauce on the chicken, but wings and drumsticks were decent. The garlic mashed potato was more delicious than I assumed and flavourful. Ironically the sides outshined the chicken, but I just prefer darker meat for chicken. Server was friendly and always smiled!

This location has a lot of parking and I love it. Their chicken is consistently good but the serving size is really so small I would say for someone who doesn't much. The atmosphere is great. It is sparkling clean and the staff are very accomodating. It's great overall and I will keep coming back but will definitely keep in mind to order for 2 when I am starving.

The food is really delicious. However I think the buns are a little too delicate to hold the chicken sandwich with all the sauce in there. Also, It would be nice if there was a mild sauce at the condiment bar and not just a medium sauce for those of us who can't handle quite that much heat.

Chicken was on point, cooked perfectly, I asked for extra basting so it wasn’t too dry. Shout out to the lady at the front who gave me the bag of extra hot sauce. You have no idea how much something so small like that really made my day. You are AMAZING! Also, thank you for being one of the few places left that still provides normal cutlery and not that wooden garbage that makes your food taste like you’re eating with literal cardboard.

I missed lunch after getting stuck in traffic and ended up ordering half the vegetarian options for dinner and I regret nothing. The staff were very friendly and the food came out quickly. Throughly stuffed!

Food was good, but someone was smoking on the patio. I informed the person who confirmed with a manager that smoking was not allowed on the patio, but they weren't willing to do anything about it. I ended up taking my food elsewhere.

First time at this location and it had great food but terrible service. Refused to give us a refund because a manager was not present. Overall, food was cooked perfectly and everything had the same great taste you'd expect from Nando's.

Small but cozy place, delicious food, large portions and fair price. We ate the PERi-PERi Chicken Bowl which is new and we love it. Staff was very friendly and kind.
