Extremely rude service by Tracy. She was Very racist and was rolling her eyes at the other employees. When we came up to her she kept rolling her eyes at us and started to loud and slow acting like we don’t understand English. Would never go back such a terrible experience.

Just ordered the 3 piece nugget meal and the portions are like so tiny its quite comical. I was shocked at how little the portions were, its simply unacceptable to even sell this kind of item. For $4.00 its a total rip off. The tuesday special is not even a comparison to this item and costs less.

Went to order at this location and the Lady greeted us with a sigh and took our order. She said 15 to 20 mins for our order to be completed. An unusual time for chicken to be ordered but we waited patiently. 15 mins became 20 then became half an hour. We asked where our order was and mind you they were serving the other patrons quite fast who ordered small items. Susan the grumpy looking lady told us “Just wait!” Yeah we were waiting 30 mins for chicken. Terrible customer service and subpar chicken. Only here because of the coupons. Edit: they burnt the chicken. so I waited 30 mins for a subpar burnt bird. So they can’t count and they can’t cook good to know

I purchased a knockout meal box, in that I got small fries, chk popcorn, burger and fountain drink. I ordered the spicy chicken burger but I received the regular with white mayonnaise chicken burger instead of spicy and the portion of chicken popcorn was less (4-5pcs). So I went to the counter and approached the KFC employee and I told her about my order that I got wrong burger and the portion size of popcorn got very less. She saw my receipt and checked that I ordered the spicy chicken but received the regular chicken burger, then she gave me the spicy sauce separately in dip cup and told me that we serve chiken popcorn like that only. So I asked her why don't replace my burger and she told me that she can't do that. Because now KFC want to save some cost and they can serve whatever they want to server to their customers. Pathetic customer service, worst food and the portion sizes and terrible KFC experience.

Paid for "Mega fries" and upgraded the chicken and got this pathetic meal. Food was cold too.

Even tho my chicken was dry and soggy af, I did get a heart shaped one so I have to give presentation a 5/5

Not only was the food dry, you get drum sticks only when you order chicken wings. They must have put someone either lacking common sense or mentally challenged on the shift. To make matters worse, they refused to exchange. It could also be racism so you may try your luck if you are not Asian and don't care about their manners.

Got the new nuggets worth 11 dollars, extremely salty and burnt, when i went back an talked to the counter staff about it they denied taking it back. When 8 out of the 10 nuggets were still in the box. I understand that they might have a policy of not taking back the food but the staff completely denied the mistake and talked rudely.

Horrible customer experience, the staff at the POS couldn’t handle the queues, back of house staff told me Black Friday BOGO bucket deal is available in store, ended up not the case. The manager in denial mode, without any explanation nor solution. Never go there again. Such a disgrace on KFC’s reputation and standard.

KFC never fails to deliver a finger-lickin' experience, and my recent visit was no exception. The Original Recipe Chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside – a true delight for the taste buds. The sides, especially the mashed potatoes and gravy, added a comforting touch to the meal. The service was prompt, and the staff was friendly. KFC continues to be my go-to for a satisfying and flavorful fast-food fix. Highly recommended

This store seriously need the attention on quality control. Chickens and fries are brown coloured (which means frying oil MUST be changed), macaroni salad went bad, no carbonic acid in Pepsi.

The customer service is horrible first of all. The ladies at the counters are never in a hurry, even though people are waiting. They take one order, wait for it to get ready, then take another order. Next the food, worse than any other KFC around! Not hygienic, not clean. The food court area is quite clean, but not the store. I don't recommend it at all!

Worst food court KFC ever. My partner ordered 4 pcs of chicken and some fries, chicken was cold and soggy and fries were soggy and cold as well. This is 2nd time happening to us. When we tried to talk to crew members they said if you want hot food you should tell us in advance!!!!!!!! I mean isnt it suppose to be hot? Well never coming back again.

I went there to buy plant based vege butger, but the lady who works there tells me that they used the same oil to cook veg and non veg burgers. So, why dont you advertise as Plant based Veg Burger with Non Veg Oil contemination. I dont know how its Veg Burger then.

I don’t want to give them even 1 star. Ordered favourite box meal with 2 poutine . This meal comes with 2 thighs and a drumstick. Instead I got 2 drumsticks and a thigh . Chicken pieces were so small and tasted disgusting. Poutine had almost no gravy very dry . Overall very disappointed.

I have lunch at KFC in MetroTown Food Court. The two pcs of fried chicken are very good. I enjoy the food very much. Would go back again. Service is fast despite of a long lineup. Service is friendly.

Awful customer service from their management Ruby. Ruby, for some inexplicable reason is "the manager" in that KFC. She was very rude, incompetent and very aggressive ( even with her own employees???). KFC should consider to evaluate the commucation skills of their supervisors and their capacity to manage their stress. There is indeed, in some cases, very good workers that deserve promotions, but unfortunately they cannot or they don't know how to manage.

Worst food I ever had. I ordered Zinger box chicken was dry and not fresh ( looks it left for two days outside the fridge and dried an then they serve it again ) it taste like nothing bread that they used was also not fresh They said if I want cheese and tomato they will charge me if I wanna fries they will charge me when I asked why? they showed me a small cup of fries and said if you want this you need to pay more ( my order was a combo box so there is no reason to charge or even ask people for what is on their order normally) After asking and wanting to charge me for stupid things I told them to give me exactly what is on the menu to stop the cashier so unprofessional staff Worst food quality Shame on you never come back

Worst customer service ever seen. 27 april 2022 time 3:30 pm. They don't have patience to allow the customers to choose the meal. The lean tall girl on the cash counter didn't know how to treat the customers.

Tiniest chicken I have ever received at kfc. Also cold and dry. Poutined our fries for $2.25 but only gave us half a bowl, not worth it. Will not return.

Tasteless Fried chicken - could barely see spices on the chicken. I am not even complaining about the tiny drumsticks but at least put some spices on the chicken instead of cutting cost and drive away customers. There is another KFC close by on Kingsway!

Probably one of the friendliest staff ive ever encountered really listened attentively and got my order right. Made sure i had everything properly. Chicken and coleslaw were delish
