Food’s consistently good. Chicken is always fried fresh, crispy, hot, and juicy. Fries are better than other fast food places. Service is always good, might be a little slow during busy hours but understandable. Prices are slightly higher than other chains like Church’s but in my opinion, get the lunch promos and their 10piece promos. Those are such good value for money. I’d highly recommend getting takeout and quickly bringing it back to share! Amazing place, amazing food, amazing service, okay prices.

I ordered from uber eats and I got old chicken watery gravy and apparently there hot wings are normal not hot but they advised its hot horrible called them and they didn't care... don't order from here unless u want really hard old chicken I spent like 70$

*WARNING* They are serving garbage. Old,hard & cold chicken, they do not listen to order instructions, they put no lettuce. Refer to the photos. Literally garbage. I felt like I was handed a bag of dog $***. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves.

They gave 4 old piece chicken with 10 piece family meal....thighs were dry and old. Been sitting around for hours. Fries were warm and soggy. The supervisor she told me regular non spicy chicken was made 30min ago when I ordered, what a liar. How is this chicken place a 4.2 in reviews....it should be 3 rating at best. You should be embarrassed serving this old stuff to your local community in area. How do you solve this complaint on serving old drier up chicken.

Yellow line = meat, blue line = batter. Terrible value, and very low quality. Had the Homestyle Fried Chicken Sandwich. It was mostly batter, with very little chicken. The meat appeared to be a small, thin chicken thigh (or maybe part of one), heavily battered to give the illusion of size. There was so little mea, it's basically a scam. You'll find much better quality at similar prices at Popeye's, or A&W, or just about anywhere.

I'm sorry guys but this is my second time experiencing fried chicken at this restaurant. They were delicious until the following day. I ate them that night and the next day I had stomachache all day the first time I try the fried chicken here. However, I didn't think the problem was the fried chicken, so I dismissed that thought. On the second time I ordered, I ate a portion of fried chicken the night before and I had the same stomachache the next whole day. Now I really thought the fried chicken here was definitely the problem. I'm sorry but it was a very bad experience for me going to the bathroom 6 or 7 times that day. I think you guys should double check your chickens before selling to your customers because I love the chicken you make. I like them, but I think your chickens' quality need to be checked carefully before you guys make them and sell to your customers. Not recommended. Thank you for reading.

The best western fried chicken! Regular fried chicken is a must have! They are fresh, juicy and crispy! Potato salad is good too! The staffs are all so friendly and knowledgeable! Added one star just for them! This is my to go fried chicken joint! Everyone should try!

10 pc chicken was on sale for $24 so decided to give it a try. Pretty decent and I'd say it is better than church's and kfc. Not a fan of the gravy though. Really crispy skin and tender on the inside! The spicy chicken has a nice kick to it. They are open for 24 hours - not sure who would eat chicken during the midnight but there's apparently a market for that. Anyway, its a pretty solid chicken joint and I'll probably be back for more!

Ordered takeout but realized biscuit was missing when I got home. Called the store and asked for a refund but was told to make a complaint online instead. Did that and got a call within the hour from the manager, who said he'll look into it when he got back to the store the next day. It's been a week now and still haven't heard back. Guess that's what happens when one doesn't tip for a takeout order that one picks up themselves. Chicken wasn't bad but the mashed potatoes and gravy were expensive for their size. Lack of customer service definitely deters me from returning again.

The best crispy chicken i ever had. And it was so fresh and they do got so many more item on menu. I can’t wait to go again and order other stuff from the Menu.

I placed an online order for my husband and I tonight. It was a chicken burger, one piece chicken breast, pickles and tots. My chicken burger had a piece of chicken breast so unbelievably thin it was at best a 1/2 cm. My husband’s “chicken breast” was in fact two pieces of thin boneless, skinless chicken breast. They were rubbery and not at all what was pictured online, which is a bone in, skin on fried chicken breast. If we knew this was the product, we never would’ve purchased them. I knew it was going to be bad when I saw them pack it. I even questioned the gal who picked my order but the she and the manager assured me this was exactly what was meant to be served. It was a complete let down and quite honestly, a bait and switch as the product we purchased was not in any way what was served.

Average fried chicken. A bit on the greasier side and the wedges were dry and flimsy. Biscuits were dry. Gravy was the best part.

It was my first time eating a meal at hi five chicken. I was honestly very surprised at the quality of a fast food chicken restaurant. Ngl, I wasn't expecting much. The staff were all so kind, and even though it was 11pm, they were all very helpful and nice towards us. While we were eating I caught them sleeping and dozing off, but they were so determined to help us in any way. The interior was very clean for a fried chicken joint (ahem, KFC, churches chicken...) The food was nice. But it was quite expensive. It was also very salty, and I spent the entire night going to the washroom, and drinking litres of water. But it's fast-food so that's normal lol. But yoooo, the gravy and fries were sooooo good! The fries were crispy like Costco fries, while the gravy felt real and not from stocks/powder. The chicken is expensive, but I might come back for the fries (and the roasted chicken)

Decent chicken however last two times I came you can’t sit in the dining room. It’s take out only. It’s -1 degrees out and you have to sit outside. I would have given it 5 stars if I could eat inside

Five stars because the customer service is top notch. I had an issue with one of my takeout orders. I sent feedback via their website I got an email back almost immediately AND the manager from the store (2 separate people) called me within 5 minutes offering to make it right. Their home style spicy (crispy) chicken burger is my favourite (with wedge fries), and their 10 drumsticks for $15 is a good deal (spicy is better than regular imho). Order with app and you get a bit of a discount (10% I think).

Ordered via uber eats because I am recovering from oral surgery and was advised to get mashed potatoes and gravy by my surgeon because I'm not getting enough calories. My husband picked it up and got the bogo 3 pc chicken and fries - I am now taking care of him because he has food poisoning. He's thrown up 3x and now I have no nurse, thanks a lot! Will never order from here again. Update: emailed them like they asked in their response. All they did was ask me to come in in person so they could apologize and said they promised our next experience would be better. No offer of refund or free meal or giftcard or anything just expects me to go out of my way so you can apologize and I can spend more money? Absolutely not. Why would we pay to eat here again after this experience? Literally afraid to eat their food now. Got food poisoning and they offered an im sorry, thats it. Called it an "inconvenience"... way beyond an inconvenience, this was dangerous and disgusting and your customer service is trash too.
