This place used to be good, but not anymore. I ordered the basil fried rice and it tasted like soup with all the oil in it. Tilting the plate creates a puddle of grease at the bottom. God knows how much oil I've eaten. Felt disgusted after eating. Picture included.

I normally always opt for Thai Express as my go-to fast food option and was pretty stoked to see it here since I hate mall food. However, this chain is very much below standard compared the rest of the Thai Express locations I have ever been to. We got the Pad See Ew ผัดซีอิ๊ว which had about three veggies, random pieces of uncooked Tofu, noodles were super congealed and barely cooked and the plate was reaping with way too much oil and a total mop fest. The spring roll was God awful, super mushy and had zero flavor.. id label it gross at best. This has changed my perception on this chain for sure and I would hesitate and make a different decision from now on, even though I love Thai food.

When you order GENERAL THAI BEEF. You will get Rice and Flour Balls and some veggies. When you spend $13 for the FLOUR BALLS, you better go to TOMHORTONS. When you are paying by debit, they will force you to pay tips at the time too. I fed up with Thai Express.

Be careful with what you are about to order, I ordered a beef dish and this is what I got. Are you able to tell it is beef? It is beef slices wrapped with flour and deep fired. It is 95% flour. When I told them that this is different from the photo menu. She said photos in the menu are just photos, I was speechless. I had to eat it as I paid $13.52 for it. They also force to pay tips. Basically in order to pay with your credit card, you have to press that greasy machine three times before you can actually pay. The first question is how much tips you want to pay ? Think about how many times the same button you have to press have been pressed every day?

This is a terrible restaurant! I ordered Pas See Ew. They gave me an old one! The oil has dried on the surface and the noodles are stuck together. It looks not fresh at all and should have been put away for a while. They said it was because they waited me for a long time, but I only left 3 minutes. Not fresh! The oil has dried. They serve old meals. Never come!

I always knew Thai Express was kinda "you get what you pay for" but I think that you shouldn't be getting mutiple spoonfuls of oil pooled at the bottom of the box. Lacked flavour and also had very little chicken. Pretty disgusting and disappointing.

Had the vegetarian Pad Thai ($14) today. The taste was okay but the whole platter had literally two pieces of tofu in it. Could've given 3 stars if the price had been $8. Not worth it.

It’s not a typical Thai express you would expect. Tasteless and super oily. The food there is quite expensive for the portion. I should check the review before I ordered it. General Thai beef that I couldn’t finish. I usually not like give bad review, but this location I would not recommend at all. I saw the owner was replying everyone’s review. However, I think a good restaurant should care their food first then reply people by word. Action is more important than letter.

This Fish basil fried rice that I ordered had less sauce/ flavour. It wasn’t mixed well too. I could see white the rice as seen in the picture.

I asked for thai fried rice without tomatoes but I got with tomatoes. And ordered 2 Tom Yom soups with x spicy, I did received without soup and not what I've ordered. Full of noodles, no salt, no soup at all. Worst service, worse management. Waste of money.

Beware: One of the worse foods you can ever eat. Ordered pad Thai. Chicken in it is most likely a million years old chicken or maybe uncooked and it was as rubbery as it can get. I thought it was uncooked so I decided to cook it myself and guess what! It became even more rubbery. There was nothing I could do to make it edible. This makes me believe that it’s either not real chicken or not fresh likely a million years old chicken that they bought in bulk on cheap prices and selling it to customers for almost ~16 bucks. They should shut down their store in all honestly.

I always order their chicken pad Thai. The flavor is fantastic, but there are a couple of things to note. Even when I ask for medium spice, it's not spicy at all. If you're looking for a kick, you might want to ask for extra spice. Another issue is that their noodles can be quite oily, so I've learned to request less oil. Despite these minor concerns, the dish is still very yummy, and I keep coming back for it.

I have never eaten number 4 as poorly made as them chicken was not cooked. Got the fried rice it was like they are just of the name and nothing else rice were like as it is. Veggies were not cooked as well. And the chicken i ate was the worse chicken i have ever tried. My stomach is upset since i ate that food they barely took 2 min cook it i mean we can say not cooking just giving as it is. I would never go to this location if you don’t wanna waste your money your time your health

I ordered chicken fried rice for dinner here. First of all, cashier is very rude. He couldn't stand still and took the order looking very cheeky. They gave me only paper plate with rice without giving me a tray. Also, I didn't know there were two versions of chicken fried rice and he said to me like a tantrum. The chicken fried rice was very greasy. I even found bones. I felt very bad in this place tonight and threw away the food. Waste of my money!

Nearly $20.00 for tiny box to go order of General Thai pineapple with chicken. It tasted like food I could have pulled out of a dumpster, it was awful. The chicken was lukewarm and tasted old, the vegetables consisted of a pile of undercooked green peppers and onion, and the rice tasted like it was 2 days old. Absolute garbage. Never again.

I like Thai express at other locations, but this place was pretty bad. I ordered basil fried rice. Too greasy! When I ordered same thing at other branch, it was great but not this place.

I ordered thai fried rice with battered beef terrible beef I was told it's crispy so in my mind it's like chicken strips but when served it's so hard if you have false teeth it will surely be broken. Don't ever order battered beef or chicken surely it will ruined your appetite. And it's expensive $15.00 .

2 stars today- I was back to Thai Express today for my lunch. I ordered cauli fried rice and a minute made juice combo which came in with the usual 1 pc. of fried vegetable roll. For 22 CAD for a fried rice solo, I did not expect I was only going to get this quality for a fried rice. It was falvorful but it lacks the ingridients personally, and a lot can be done to make it special. Now I am thinking twice of going back. I left with a heavy heart! Price wasnt fair for the quality 5 star- last time- When youre at Thai Express, order Pad Thai noodles and you will never go wrong. Fast and yummy! Noodle texture is good. Its on the sweet side though.

The worst food I've ever eaten! I only took one bite and wanted to throw it away. The chicken tasted like it had been fried repeatedly。I ordered curry but it didn't taste like much curry. I ordered curry but it didn't taste like much curry and was very greasy. It’s not worth paying 16.99 for such digusting food.
