Wide selection of books! Very cozy! The best selection of manga I’ve ever seen at a bookstore :D

I've been to many "indigo" brand shops in my life including the one at Langley, the Chapters at Metrotown, and more. I've got to say, this is my favorite location. The people here are the nicest, and they seem to really treat you not just as a customer, but a friend. They have the same books and products as the other locations which are helpful especially when looking online. The only caveat is the price. They do sell items at a higher than average price. But I guess it doesn't bother me that much since their system is very organized, and is interconnected with chapters, plum reward and other Indigo branded stores.

I like it because there is a diverse selection, many affordable sale items that are interesting. The staff is very helpful too.

This is my favorite place ever. It's very clean and neat. you can't read here like you can at metrotown, but because it's smaller and less crowded, you can actually find some good stuff. Staff are super friendly.

I love visiting there. They always have good offers and sometimes pretty cheap good books. Very clean amd originated as well.

Excellent customer service. The young gal helping me find a book was kneeling on the floor to check lower shelves for me. I would never have been able to do that, or get back up, lol. And she found the last copy of the book I wanted. Fantastic service!!

Friendly staff and good sized location. There's more books and less novelty items, which I prefer. There's also a big children's section, which my daughter loves.

They don't allow you into the religion & manga aisle. Just wanted to look at some manga and see if they had one I was looking for. The only thing I found was another place to go

Always clean and pretty organized, all the staff have been really kind. Overall have not had any problems here.

I found something close to what exactly I went for, but it was opened & rifled through, all out of order, so I asked for a small discount, but the supervisor on shift opened it, took a 2-second glance in box, said, "nope! Looks fine to me, no discount!" So, I put it back & left.

Was looking for certain books and got great service!!!🤗

Staff was available to help which was very good. Unfortunately Indigo chapters at metrotown location . Couldn't find any.staff to assist.

Book stores like these are becoming extinct! Knowledge staff here and I hope for their continued success.

Never had a bad experience here with staff or otherwise. Its small size could limit the variety of offerings, but I've more or less always managed to find what I was looking for or they've ordered it in.

Not a lot of stores right now but located conveniently near the skytrain station with a Walmart and London drugs.

Head a variety of books and stationary. Since this location is fairly low-key location is less crowded and has more options.

I couldn't find the book I was looking for. There was no staff to help me. I also know it's hard times right now.

Love this Book Store, my go to place for books!

There is always something on sale, so I always leave with a book or two. Many great selections even though the store isn't as big as other Chapters. Staff is pretty amazing and helpful.

Way too many questions just to be getting a book.that is why I walked out 4years ago.this time a friend recommended a book and half way through all her questions I had to tell her to stop. Seriously I do understand that you have to ask the questions but after the first one.seriously.stop

Consistently friendly and helpful, and a pretty decent selection for a smaller store setup. It feels a little bit cramped and messy, but it's a lot of stock to squeeze into a small space.
