Unprofessional customer service. Called to inquire about the return policy and I was told to look at it online and that it's there "so i can read it over and over again". As a matter of fact, I did already look at it online, but still had questions as it was quite confusing in my opinion. I just thought it to be quite inconsiderate to be so dismissive and unwilling to help customers. I hope this person learns from this and does better. Showcase please train your employees in basic customer service. No matter what the customer is inquiring about, they should be treated with respect.

These stores used to carry lots of useful gadgets that were seen on TV. Now though it's all about the Tik Tok challenges.

Greeted at every visit, staff are always helpful to find items and provide additional information when asked. As their website currently no longer provides available quantity info at locations, the staff was happy to confirm which day to call in for stock check and place hold for purchase. Items are usually made of good, durable quality, justifying for extended warranty on many items. Sales are of good value and clearance items are awesome bargains.

Quirky store that sells products that are trendy atm. I find when something is currently trendy they mark up the prices quite a bit, but once it's not trendy they sell the products for dirt cheap (to basically get rid of it). A lot of the stuff is gimmicky and cheap so be aware!

Their is always interesting products on this store. Products you can only buy online or exclusives.

This is my first time visiting this store and I have had one of the best customer service experiences thus far visiting Metrotown, which makes me want to write this review! I was greeted upon arriving and was trying to find a gift for a work friend, Tina was really nice to talk to and helped me find the perfect gift for my friend, She was very approachable and professional. I think she was the manager. Either way, I really enjoyed my visit and will be visiting this store more often. Thank you Tina for all your help, I will be recommending this location to family and friends as well!

I came here today for the candy claw machine. The one on the display does not have battery and I wanted to try before I buy, because it is a Xmas present for my daughter. I asked the tall woman with who works there to change the battery so I can try before I buy, however her finger nails were so long that she has a hard time doing it, it’s fine and I can wait. So after 5 minutes , she finally got the battery changed but the machine does not work, so I asked if we can try another one, and they said I cannot. I explained very clearly this is for a present and I do not want my kid to get disappointed, their response is “ You get 30 days to refund, you know right?” They are not even busy at all at the time. At the end, I just left, do you guys know you are wasting your customers’ time??! Enough is enough, I will never shop at Showcase again. The customer service is horrendous. I will also tell others not to shop there. The people who work there has no intention to help their customers at all.

Always a great stop to check out new goodies.

Fun store! I'm rating this high mostly because they had the dalgona game set which will be perfect for a secret Santa or for a Xmas party.

Great place to find trending items and gifts for tweens. The prices could be lower but the selection is good.

Beware... Got some trading cards and toys for my kids from show case a couple days ago. 1) Toys fell apart after some gentle play. We only noticed the Very poor quality of the toy after opening the packaging. 2) Trading cards booster packs are scams. Packs sealed by the company called PRISTINE MARKETING are so bad that they charge anywhere from $3 - $20 per pack stuffed with cards that are worth close to nothing. - Foreign languages packs seems to have been resealed as I was told by a friend that the Korean booster pack we got has a mix of Korean and Japanese languages cards.

Terrible customer service, very rude, unhelpful staff. Went to return something the attitude was terrible as if I was robbing the store. Item was in perfect condition. Still in packaging. (This is a returnable item). Kept asking me for return reason. Insist that I used it. Asked for him to call the manager in the phone. Finally allowed to return the item, he processed it and sent e-receipt, I looked at the e-receipt in my email, it was the wrong amount(short about $2) ... but by this point I'm too tired to argue or have him redo it.... Would never shop here again. Ever....

For everything weird you've seen on TV or the internet! They've really got some cool things! Slime, Ramune, freeze dried candy and SO much more! Highly recommend a visit here!

Why are staff not speaking English in the Showcase store? I don't feel welcome, they must know how to speak English if they work in a store in Canada, its not an Indian store catering to only east indians. I'm not racist, just don't feel respected.

My favourite is Onion, Rava Masala Dosa. Sheetal likes Paneer, Masala Dosa. I heard their Biryani is very tasty.

Employee was on the phone throughout entire transaction and was rude. Didn't offer a bag either. Usually the employees are friendly and helpful.

Large amount of useful home small appliances and goods. Not expensive. All are Made in China.

Showcase sells ripoffs of other products. Do not order from them online. They falsely advertise on their website. They ship scam products and refuse to cover return shipping.

They really have some good items and I just bought the quantum adjust a stretch back deluxe let me tell me it works like a charm and I really have bad back problems it really helped relieve the pain

Horrible customer service! As everyone else mentioned below, if you try to return an item that technically, you’re 100% eligible to return as per their 30 day policy, they will to tell you that you can only exchange it! Don’t buy anything from this store- low quality toys and items!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Horrible customer service! Clerk was very unprofessional and very rude. She would not honor the 30 day return policy. Would not tell me her name or the managers information contact. Escalating this complaint further. Will never shop here again.

Came all the way here due to website showing an item in stock. Store computer also says 6 in stock but no one can find it. Sales associate was helpful in calling another store but it was too far away. Called Richmond myself and they are holding it for me.

It's a good store that features a lot of good items that you normally see in TV offers. It also sells some unique candies. Thing is they didn't have the item I wanted available at the time. It was just a display model.

Interesting products and a good place to stop for gifts.

Do not buy from this particular Showcase location, they will lie to you about returns. I bought a Squishmallow Pikachu and decided to return it on the very day I purchased it. This choice came after I discovered a more favorable price for the same product at Canadian Tire. However, when I approached the store, the staff member falsely claimed that the item was labeled as a "final sale," which was not the case. Consequently, my attempt to return the product was denied. Subsequently, I contacted another Showcase branch to inquire about the possibility of returning it at a different location. They confirmed that such an arrangement was indeed feasible. So yea, don't purchase from this location, they are either just straight up lying or being lazy.
