    I ordered multiple times from this store, every single person smile like angle/male angle/trans angle, you what I meant. The coffee is just a Starbucks coffee, nothing more and nothing less. The store is clean and very well organized. Appropriately staffed and I always get my coffee super fast. Normally there is a short line in the afternoon, but don’t really have to wait long because everyone is so productive and professional I guess. Love this location! I would recommend everyone order your coffee here.

    This has been my regular Starbucks for years and the service is consistently good. The staff here are friendly and drinks are always quick and accurate. Recently, one of the baristas (I think his name tag said Dylan) went above and beyond. Not only was he friendly as he usually is whenever I pick up my mobile orders, but I find him to be a genuinely kind. I mentioned to him that I'd been looking to replace the (cracked) lid to my Starbucks tumbler. I showed him my existing lid and he knew right away what kind of tumbler I was talking about. Dylan brought me over to their wall of merchandise and replaced my lid on the spot! I offered payment but he said it was the right thing to do to replace the defective lid. He really made my day :)

    Went there with my bestie the other day. We weren’t sure what to order. The barista was friendly and helpful. We took her recommendations and ordered Strawberry Oat Matcha Latte and Iced Mocha. There are seatings right outside of the café. We sat outside and it was nice to enjoy the drinks without our masks on. All in all the service was good and we definitely will go back.

    I have to thank all of the Baristas at this location for making mornings more cheerful! Most notably Ethan went out of his way to make every and I mean EVERY customer happy and interacted with each one. He also remembers regular customers and their orders and likes to make conversation which does make a morning better. It's great to see the whole team enthusiastic and meshing well to get everything done especially during a rush. Miss coming here as I don't work nearby anymore!

    I am an UBER EAT delivery person. Upon arriving at the front desk of this establishment, I waited for over a minute without anyone addressing me. They just walked back and forth in front of me, completely ignoring me until I identified the order meant for me on my own. As I was inspecting the order to ensure it was indeed mine, a female staff interrupted her colleague's conversation and approached me, cautioning that the orders must be checked by the staff, and I shouldn't view orders without their confirmation. I gave 3 stars not because she reprimanded me - I understand that checking the order directly is not the standard procedure - but because I believe there's a management issue in this store and their customer service needs improvement. I wonder if anyone else has faced a similar issue here?

    Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Aren’t trained properly on how to process mobile orders vs Cafe orders. I was waiting 20 mins in the store before they even started my mobile order. People who arrived after me and ordered at the cafe after me received their orders first. I ordered before I arrived. I was made late for an appointment and when I got upstairs (the appointment was in the building above). The receptionist was complaining loudly about how her Starbucks cold brew tasted like burnt coffee. Which was a funny coincidence. Also the girl who helped me was super rude. Train your staff!

    It's usually pretty good here. Last time I was there I was waiting probably 15 mins for one drink since it was so busy. It just doesn't seem worth it. Definitely don't go during busy hours.

    For people reading the review i would suggest to avoid this store if you dont want bad customer service. You might be thinking that Starbucks has very good customer service everywhere but that is not the case and i found that out in a brutal way. Summary of my experience I had a very bad experience at this store of Starbucks. The staff was very impolite and rude. I arrived at the store in the morning of 26th June around 8 with my father. I stood in line for 10 mins and patiently waited for my turn. I just drifted 10cm from the lineup. Then the girl behind me knowingly or unknowingly skipped the line and went ahead of me. Then i told her that she skipped the line. The lady at the counter i believe her name was Nat served her before me and asked me to wait. I didnt complain or say anything. When i came to order she started to lecture me on etiquettes of being a line in a very rude manner in front of my father. She made no effort to find out whether i was in line or not and directly accused me of skipping the line. I felt very insulted in front of everyone and my father. This is not the customer service that i expect from Starbucke I hope Starbucks take note of this and take action to correct this behaviour so other people are not insulted the way i was.

    The last few times, I have been happy with how they are making our drinks. And maybe it's the revolving door of staff, but lately this location is nailing their drinks just like their counterparts at Metrotown Food Court. With this location, at Centrepoint, they have swag as in the tumblers and cups to be sold to the food and drinks. Whoever does the schedules, knows the times when they are busy and know when it's quiet. It's a juggling act, but, when we have gone there, our drinks are made quickly. And when it's super busy, out of nowhere, they come out to help! Staff is polite. The person who helped us today, even read the order back to us to make sure! I don't think anyone else has ever done that! I think they should do that at all locations to prevent those scammers who try to score a free drink or food when they say they didn't get the right order. By repeating the order to the customer clarifies things with the customer, and also prevents loss revenue!

    This location has the best staff. Very kind, patient, sweet, prompt, accurate, polite...what else can I say? You will enjoy your experience here from a customer service perspective. They don't mess up orders and they are very quick and professional. High fives. Well...virtual high five until social distancing isn't mandatory.

    I adore this place! The shop is always immaculate, they create delicious drinks, and most recently they gave excellent service. We placed a sizable mobile order, and when we went to pick it up, the barista waited for us to arrive before producing the drink since it required an unusual customisation. Very wonderful! To assist us in carrying all the drinks, they also provided trays available.

    Love this location! The store is always so clean, they make amazing drinks and most recently provided fantastic service. We did a large mobile order, and when we picked it up the barista waited for us to arrive before making the drink since it was an odd customization, all to ensure we got what we wanted! So lovely! They also had trays ready to help us carry all the drinks.

    Starbucks Coffee aroma and taste is same wherever your go. In Vancouver Starbucks I ordered cappuccino and almond croissant but it was not available so I took chocolate croissant which is good too.

    I love Starbucks dark roast. I buy bags for home and K-cups. Nothing else comes close. I only get dark roast coffee when visiting SB. Twice I’ve been to this location, as it’s near my school, and twice I’m just sickened by the weakness of the dark roast. Will never buy coffee at this location again. Trust me, we real coffee drinkers know when you save a buck on quantities of beans.

    My go to when I visit metrotown. I usually get a Iced Americano with some honey packets. A lot of the times, many other branches will not stir my espresso with honey making my drink taste really bad with floating honey chunks (disappointing). However, at this branch, the barista Caleb, I believe, actually stirred my drink and made it taste just the way I want it. The baristas are always super nice and suggestive, making my day every time I visit. I appreciate all of you guys' effort. Thank you guys for making my visits worth it! 👍🏻

    Drinks were good. Asked to have a banana bread but leave it in the package. I was told they would have to open it. But could put it into another bag for me. Not only does this only allow for possible contamination, it adds more waste into our system.

    The number of locations has seriously reduced since the pandemic. Not much that is new in the past 3 years. Majority of locations make a great coffee. I drink mine black and no sweetener, so, taste of the coffee is paramount.

    They have been changing staff often. Every time when I come, I can see different workers. Recently I like their service, they are very friendly and try to work quickly. I also like this location because they have lots of seats and very comfortable to stay with my daughter, and there is enough space to put stroller, which is very important for moms!

    I came here with friends to enjoy some tea. We decided to sit outside, seeing as it was chilli I asked if the overhead heaters could be turned on to keep us comfortable enough to enjoy ourselves outside. Much to my surprise and dismay the woman at the counter refused to do so without so much as an explanation and continued working. I had no choice but to stay inside but clean tables and chairs were few and far between so before I coukd enjoy my tea I had to wipe down a chair and table for us to sit at. I come to starbucks to enjoy a quality product along with quality service and a clean environment, unfortunately thr latter two were an afterthought to the staff.

    It’s Sunday evening and look at how almost empty the store is. It’s so amazing that I can actually hear the music playing. The volume is tuned just right. It’s probably the best around this area in terms of how it feels like a coffee shop, not a busy market.
