The release for Omega X swatch watch was a total mess up. People at the McDonald’s (est. 700-1000people) entrance been waiting for hours and only got 54 tickets, while another 54 tickets handed out to the people other entrance( est. 100people) who didn’t wait that long. This is super unfair to us who waited 6 hours because people who waited 2 hours at the other entrance also got 54 tickets. The Swatch manager should be fired for how he/she managed to release the watch. Please don’t buy from this store. They have no respect for their customers.

This is the only Swatch company store in town, where you can get your Swatch battery replace for free. As well as the place to buy limited and special online order. Staffs always friendly and mostly knowledgeable, except of course during the 『Moon Swatch Madness』,as they were very stressed and overwhelmed.

I went to this store yesterday (Sunday Aug 14) around noon to check the availability of swatch/omega. A nice chinese lady told me to come back and maybe later. Came back around 2pm and while I was on my way to the store, I saw an employee (short indian lady/the only one working in that store that day) walking towards the same direction so I asked her. Her response was ‘stop pestering’ with an attitude and I was really surprised by her rudeness and impoliteness. Clearly, this staff had no proper training whatsoever and poor customer service and the blame goes to upper management. I come visit an LV store in downtown with my ‘semi beatup shoes’ and still get a better customer service than this store. Even Purdy’s chocolate across this store provides a better approach than her. To make a point, a bubble tea store inside the same mall is way busier than these guys and yet u still get a better customer service. Most of their staff just hangout behind the counter, walk 5 steps away and back to counter just to stretched their legs, again NOT busy. Im in customer service myself and most stores at metrotown are ‘normally busy’ yet staff are still accommodating, customer friendly and very approachable.I understand that this store has never seen busy hours until omega colab. A lot of people didn’t even realized that this store existed and we’re talking about just 1hr of busy day on swatch/omega day drop then back to leg stretching til closing. Two of their employees (short Indian girl and tall skinny Chinese guy) has so much attitude both are way over their heads. The power trip of this two staff are ridiculous funny. Were talking about a swatch store not diamond store here. Its a store that’s probably grossing a lil over $14k ONLY on swatch/omega drop but maybe 2k or less on a daily basis kinda store so thanks omega! But for sure everyone know this, again its swatch store.Although it has a good potential to hit monthly target without omega colab, ONLY with a right staff and definitely NOT those 2 people mentioned above. Moving on, I came back around 2:30 and saw swatch/omega dropped. So I lined up in an orderly manner even let a mom and a daughter go in front of me, check your camera! then I was told they wont sell me the watch according to the management and was asked to step out of the line lol. Was trying to get an explanation why but the security couldn’t give me a valid reason and clearly couldn’t explained the reason why even after I said my arguments. So I asked the guard to get me the ‘first name’ of the ‘short indian girl’ so I can make a proper complain to the store brand and go home but they all rufused to do so. I was told to make a description of her instead when I do make the complain lol, therefore I keep referring her as ‘shorty indian girl. Before I left the mall I went back to the security guard, now in the line up with a photo of ‘moon swatch on his phone talking to someone lol, not sure if he ends up getting one as we were told its sold out for that colourways, check camera for purchased! I went home with no purchase and completely wasted my time in that store. A lack of training from upper management provides nothing but poor customer service from an employee. Someone who works in a retail store that couldn’t handle objections and felt pressured to answer 1 simple basic question shouldn’t be working in a retail store period. Poor management produces bad customer service employee which can lead to a low profit margin of a store on a high overhead mall is not looking so good for the future. This can lead to some unnecessary termination coz of a low profit gross markup of the store while employees just dont care but too stretched legs on shift. Sad. This needs ATTENTION asap!

My first Swatch was gifted to me and I purchased my second Swatch out of the country. I didn't have a reason to visit this store until I needed new batteries and heard that Swatch offers free lifetime battery replacement at all locations—which I'm happy to report is true. Since then, I've returned here every time I was looking for a new Swatch or replacement parts for watches or jewellery (Swatch Bijoux). The staff are very friendly and so helpful.

Small shop. Two employees working behind the cash register but no greeting. Disappointed to see only a handful of non-elastic wristband Swatches. Wonder if they offer free wristband cleaning service🤔

I did manage to buy 3 moonswatches for my family over a 2 day period. staff were ok and generally pleasant overall, however after my purchase my son wanted to look at other watches when this Older lady made an announcement that anybody who already made a purchase must leave the store. I told her the clientele coming into the store are mostly watch enthusiasts and not regular swatch buyers and may even buy a few swatches for their collection.

Great experience buying Moonswatchs for my wife and I today. The young lady did an excellent job helping us, and despite the flurry of activity when some of the rare ones arrived, she did such an awesome job making sure we were well taken care of. Thank you for making it such an enjoyable purchase

I had a worst experience from this store today. After a search of about 15 -20 mins i selected a watch for my kid as a birthday gift, with his favorite color and theme. At the time of billing, they packed it in a nice box and i'm ready for payment. The billing guy explained me about 3 yr warranty and it's features. That time a lady staff cme and stop the billing process and said that it is already on hold. In front of me they played some drama and told me to select another model as it is a single piece. If it is on hold , then why did they put it on display. Is they mocking customers. Don't they value customers time. Never expected such a bad experience from a branded shop like Swatch.

Today May 20 2022 I was at Metrotown Burnaby to buy a gift from Swatch. I need to mention that I was NOT planning or lining up to get the Swatch c Omega. I just wanted a regular watch as a gift for my friend who is leaving town today. I waited in the line for about half an hour and suddenly the store manager (an older lady with white hair) closed the whole store because of the line up. It was very disrespectful. She even called security on the people peacefully standing in the line up. Anyway, I just wasted my time in that line and after all got kicked out buy the security. I’m very disappointed.

Staff was super friendly, I can't imagine how sick they are of hearing people ask about the MoonSwatch at this point. But they answered all the questions and showed us several pieces. Overall will definitely go back. Staff was 👍

I only use my Swatch occasionally, but continuously receive free battery replacement from the store, plus cleaning. They keep to their commitment, seriously. There's something eternal, which is time. And something close, like Swatch service.

I had a terrible experience at this store. They offer terrible customer service, displaying unprofessional and dishonest behavior. Specifically, Jackie was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I went in to buy a watch and there was a huge shipment of fedex boxes for the omega x swatch Collab. As I was checking out and paying, I asked “oh wow you guys got a lot of those in?!” The employee said “I am not allowed to disclose that”…. Like okay obviously I can see it…. Then another female employee chimes in “then why are you asking”…. Which was super rude. I mean obviously I can make a comment and ask a rhetorical question, KAREN! Buying experience was not good. The product was fine. But the KAREN employee was a white older female that is a perfect example of a KAREN and should be trained better.

If given a choice, they don’t even worth half a star. Very poor customer service (I wouldn’t say there is any). I understand there was a line up and there were couple of customers in front of me who needed assistance changing battery. And for some reason there’s something wrong with their card machine so it took longer time for a customer to return his item. So one of the staff called Deb.. she was working on a customer’s watch. I just asked her approximately how long it’s gonna take until my turn…she gave me a stare and responded to me a wrong answer “can’t you see I’m working here?” I mean ..if a person like this isn’t being customer oriented or perhaps not able to handle any stress …she just shouldn’t even be working..

I was there yesterday to check out the new collab watch of omega and swatch. I was asking if I can see the band of the watch and the sales person there was so rude. She stopped me rudely when I was about to touch the watch then pulled the watch away from me and without a word went back to the stock room to get I think the sample piece but i was so upset when she treated me so rudely and ended up telling other sales person that I am no longer interested as I was not treated decently in This store. She was acting like the watch is 5000$ when of fact it’s just $350. I don’t care about the price but the way she treated me is so unacceptable, even if the watch is $5 or $5000 customer service should always be equal to everyone. If she doesn’t like what she is doing I think it’s time to look for another job. 😪

I have been always provided with an exceptional service from Jackie but this time I had the great pleasure of talking to Loraine. Really very enjoyable experience! These two ladies are real stars and whenever I am close to the store I always go there to say hello.

I purchased the Swatch SB03B107 watch and unfortunately, the screen is of poor quality and scratches easily. It's really disappointing to spend money on a watch only to have it show wear and tear after just a few uses. This is actually my second watch from this brand with the same issue, and I'm not impressed. I would never recommend this watch to anyone, as it simply doesn't meet the standard of what a good timepiece should be

Most of the employees there were clueless, while the lady in charge had an attitude when helping customers. Maybe everyone was just having a bad day.

I've managed to get two Moonswatches here over the last few months. The staff have been very patient and helpful considering the constant demand I have seen for them. Nice little store.

I bought a watch and they didn’t know how to set the time. It feels hilarious. They didn’t take ask for my email address or had any specific knowledge about the product. That’s why Swatch is not popular in Vancouver.

As a new customer for the Swatch Group, I have recieved amazing service and quick response from the manager working in the morning shift. I was looking for a watch for my sisters bday and she was very wonderful and easy to approach, I would definitely be visiting again! Thank you for the help, your kindness would not be forgotten!

Not happy with the customer service with Jackie. They didn’t tell us the watch strap was a final sale when we bought it. When we tried to return it, they said no. I don’t think this was fair to us.
