I
went
to
this
store
yesterday
(Sunday
Aug
14)
around
noon
to
check
the
availability
of
swatch/omega.
A
nice
chinese
lady
told
me
to
come
back
and
maybe
later.
Came
back
around
2pm
and
while
I
was
on
my
way
to
the
store,
I
saw
an
employee
(short
indian
lady/the
only
one
working
in
that
store
that
day)
walking
towards
the
same
direction
so
I
asked
her.
Her
response
was
‘stop
pestering’
with
an
attitude
and
I
was
really
surprised
by
her
rudeness
and
impoliteness.
Clearly,
this
staff
had
no
proper
training
whatsoever
and
poor
customer
service
and
the
blame
goes
to
upper
management.
I
come
visit
an
LV
store
in
downtown
with
my
‘semi
beatup
shoes’
and
still
get
a
better
customer
service
than
this
store.
Even
Purdy’s
chocolate
across
this
store
provides
a
better
approach
than
her.
To
make
a
point,
a
bubble
tea
store
inside
the
same
mall
is
way
busier
than
these
guys
and
yet
u
still
get
a
better
customer
service.
Most
of
their
staff
just
hangout
behind
the
counter,
walk
5
steps
away
and
back
to
counter
just
to
stretched
their
legs,
again
NOT
busy.
Im
in
customer
service
myself
and
most
stores
at
metrotown
are
‘normally
busy’
yet
staff
are
still
accommodating,
customer
friendly
and
very
approachable.I
understand
that
this
store
has
never
seen
busy
hours
until
omega
colab.
A
lot
of
people
didn’t
even
realized
that
this
store
existed
and
we’re
talking
about
just
1hr
of
busy
day
on
swatch/omega
day
drop
then
back
to
leg
stretching
til
closing.
Two
of
their
employees
(short
Indian
girl
and
tall
skinny
Chinese
guy)
has
so
much
attitude
both
are
way
over
their
heads.
The
power
trip
of
this
two
staff
are
ridiculous
funny.
Were
talking
about
a
swatch
store
not
diamond
store
here.
Its
a
store
that’s
probably
grossing
a
lil
over
$14k
ONLY
on
swatch/omega
drop
but
maybe
2k
or
less
on
a
daily
basis
kinda
store
so
thanks
omega!
But
for
sure
everyone
know
this,
again
its
swatch
store.Although
it
has
a
good
potential
to
hit
monthly
target
without
omega
colab,
ONLY
with
a
right
staff
and
definitely
NOT
those
2
people
mentioned
above.
Moving
on,
I
came
back
around
2:30
and
saw
swatch/omega
dropped.
So
I
lined
up
in
an
orderly
manner
even
let
a
mom
and
a
daughter
go
in
front
of
me,
check
your
camera!
then
I
was
told
they
wont
sell
me
the
watch
according
to
the
management
and
was
asked
to
step
out
of
the
line
lol.
Was
trying
to
get
an
explanation
why
but
the
security
couldn’t
give
me
a
valid
reason
and
clearly
couldn’t
explained
the
reason
why
even
after
I
said
my
arguments.
So
I
asked
the
guard
to
get
me
the
‘first
name’
of
the
‘short
indian
girl’
so
I
can
make
a
proper
complain
to
the
store
brand
and
go
home
but
they
all
rufused
to
do
so.
I
was
told
to
make
a
description
of
her
instead
when
I
do
make
the
complain
lol,
therefore
I
keep
referring
her
as
‘shorty
indian
girl.
Before
I
left
the
mall
I
went
back
to
the
security
guard,
now
in
the
line
up
with
a
photo
of
‘moon
swatch
on
his
phone
talking
to
someone
lol,
not
sure
if
he
ends
up
getting
one
as
we
were
told
its
sold
out
for
that
colourways,
check
camera
for
purchased!
I
went
home
with
no
purchase
and
completely
wasted
my
time
in
that
store.
A
lack
of
training
from
upper
management
provides
nothing
but
poor
customer
service
from
an
employee.
Someone
who
works
in
a
retail
store
that
couldn’t
handle
objections
and
felt
pressured
to
answer
1
simple
basic
question
shouldn’t
be
working
in
a
retail
store
period.
Poor
management
produces
bad
customer
service
employee
which
can
lead
to
a
low
profit
margin
of
a
store
on
a
high
overhead
mall
is
not
looking
so
good
for
the
future.
This
can
lead
to
some
unnecessary
termination
coz
of
a
low
profit
gross
markup
of
the
store
while
employees
just
dont
care
but
too
stretched
legs
on
shift.
Sad.
This
needs
ATTENTION
asap!
