Today Is Thursday July 09/2020.I bought a bag online then I realized there wasn’t a dust bag in it then I went to MK at metrotown to ask if they could give me one because I bought this bag as a birthday gift. I asked a guy there if he could give me a dust bag for my little bag ,he explained for me cause some bags which aren’t including dust bag but he was happy to find an extra for me. He was so nice and really good with customer service skill. Would recommend to shop at MK Metrotown location. I forgot to ask his name so I can find him for my next purchase at MK.

POOR QUALITY, 1 year ago I bought this sandals and already are falling apart! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! no more than 10 times I wear this sandals and already destroyed. Who buys shoes thinking that it will last few months??? I should buy PAYLESS instead, at least I know that brand do not offer QUALITY at a HIGH PRICE! ... NEVER AGAIN!

Small store but there's loads of great finds in there. Beautiful bags and clothing! I would say that I found the staff to be helpful but they were a bit snobby. They sort of remind me of in Pretty Woman. If you look like you can afford to shop there they will give you their time, if not they won't even acknowledge you. Luckily I was able to get service, but I do think they can definitely do better in that department for sure.

Michael Korse brand is a piece of garbage. if you buy online you can’t cancel your order despite the item is still not shipped. They told me you have 30 minutes to cancel the order. 30 minutes???????? are they F. crazy. I was told that they stopped the order but that was a lie. they told me I will receive an email and nothing happened. I can tell you this is the worst customer service I ever seen in my life This is a cheap disgusting brand. I paid for so many bags as gifts but unfortunately I have to leave before receiving these bags, I was very disappointed and mad. I will file a case against this cheap worthless brand

Clean and light shopping floor with music provided. Employees are basically nice and friendly, but not everyone! Check out speed is normal and acceptable. Credit cards accepted. Price is pretty high, I rather choose Coach instead (based on my personal experience). Located at Metrotown shopping mall. Free mall parking available. Public restrooms available nearby. Easy access.

Visited this place and purchased a handbag for my love. Keri & Lily was awesome in helping me and demonstrated an exemplary customer service, just wanted to thank them.

Worst customer service by girls at metrotown location , they are simply free but I was rudely refused to fix belt of my michael kores watch as I purchased it online and not at location ......hve some values and brand respect

The store is in the ground floor of the Metrotown mall, with so many parkings around the mall. The supervisor lady, Kajal, helped me a lot with my purchase, she patiently solved the problem that I encountered. She was so kind and caring.

Beware, if you pay cash, they refuse to refund cash. They also don’t let you know before purchasing. They said they wrote it down on the rect box on cashier desk (which is difficult to read unless you are 20/20. I read it and it wasn’t in that note. As far as I know without informing customers before purchase, it’s illegal to do so.

This is the only store in the area. The store is located right opposite to browns shoe store. I really like the store, got good variety, staff is always nice. It’s always a great experience whether I buy anything or don’t.

The best thing is staff is friendly and helpful. Products range is quite good. Not much space to move around because of display units specially when there is a sale or it’s a weekend

My Daughter went and bought me a beautiful birthday gift from this store. I have called and left a message twice now amd no one has called me back!!! That is horrible service!!! If you don't want to call people then u should adjust ur voicemail. I would like someone to contact me ASAP

I had the misfortune of dealing with the sales Associates here. Clearly after Covid QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN NO LONGER BE FOUND AT MICHAEL KORS IN METROTOWN. When returning a purse that was still in it's box, the sales lady asked what was the reason that I didn't return this during lockdown?!?!?!?!?! Then ignored me and wrote down the name and email of their Manager, an Alison Griffin, not sure if that's even a real address because no one responded to my compliant. Or maybe that's how Michael Kors deals with their Loyal Customers. Needless to say I will not shop at this location even again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Terrible shop! They give you hard time when you want to return products! Never seen that scenario before!

Sales associate there needs to get trained or given full information on how to provide Customer service and let her know what is the purpose they are working there by the Manager. Firstly, listen and take the entire information from the customers, find out what's the issue with the product and try to resolve it rather than brushing off the shoulders. Manager was empathetic and dealing with the issue I had with the product.

Store has a lot of good prices for handbags, although the customer service is quite off putting. No greetings, and no one approached to help despite us standing with display bags and looking at them. Took us two attempts to get help from someone, and no one was busy they were all chatting amongst themselves. Still bought the handbag because i love their products. But everyone looks like they either hate their job or don’t care if customers buy anything or not. :(
