I have never had much of a reason to post a review: negative or otherwise for this doctor's office until I moved away from BC. The process of transferring files to a new doctor is a simple process and required by law, but I had to call the office 4 times to get an invoice and payment options sorted out. Since I had moved away a friend had to go pay in person because they didn't accept any form of digital payment, and in the end rather than shipping my files to me as agreed they handed them to my friend. Thankfully there was nothing I didn't want others to see and I am not super tight on cash, but the lack of care for patient confidentiality is concerning, and the extra cost for my friend to ship my records to me is annoying. When I reached out to them via email after this to try and find out what happened they did not respond. If so little care is put into a trivial task, I don't want to think how something more important might be handled. This is your health they are dealing with, I recommend finding a better office.

Didn’t know they no longer take walk-in’s. I checked their website which has “Walk-ins” in large font as soon as you open the site. However, upon arriving and trying to check -in, I then notice a small handwritten note, taped to the window indicating they no longer accept walk-ins. I just wasted my time walking here. I don’t understand why people do not update their information on Google maps and their website. It takes a few minutes to update important information that would be helpful to your potential customers/patients.

Easy access from transit and parking lot. Wait time for walk in clinic was less than 30 minutes. Doctor was friendly as well as the pharmacist. This is a quick one stop medical shop.

This clinic staff are so negligent. They forgot to send my ultrasound requisition to the Radiology. I was waited waited and waited. After 4 months I called and enquired, they said we sent it to RCB hospital and will get back to you after enquiry. They didn't get back to me and I called again and they told the date and I asked time then they said they will get back to me. I am calling they are not responding. To get the time I called to the hospital and asked them they haven't received 4 months ago but last week (that's the time I called the Elicare) and booked for next month. The liars missed to send is first thing, not providing proper info, not responsive behaviour.

Dr. Begum is the BEST doctor is have ever had! It is so easy to get in to see her, many times I have the option to see her the next day. She is very attentive to what I am saying, fully checks out what issue I'm having, and diagnoses me. Then she asks if there is anything else I need or worry about, no doctor has EVER done that...they are always trying to rush me out the door or through the appointment, but Dr. Begum has never once made me feel rushed, unheard or uncomfortable. I wish she was everyone's doctor! The front staff are great, I have never had any issues with them, they are always busy working, professional, soft spoken, kind and never forget to send off paperwork or set up appointments for me. Thank you elicare for being such a great clinic! And thank you Dr. Begum for being such a great doctor!

I really wish there is an option of zero star for Dr. Teresa Tan. As a patient, you are not allowed to say anything or ask any questions. She is super rude and cut you off when you just try to express your concern. How can she diagnose a patient without listening to him/her? She is just ridiculous. Worst doctor at all

Keeps saying they don’t have any doctor and they are fully booked…really bad attitude. DO NOT recommend! If you don’t have doctor why open a clinic? Definitely not a walking clinic!! The front desk lady is very rude.

I only had a great experience from this clinic. Dr. Zoya is always helpful and answer to the questions I have and she is there to help. I had a good experience with the reception team and pharmacy team as well. Of course, its walk-in clinic, if you didn’t have appointment booked in advance or if there are some patients in front of you, you might have to wait but its not that long compared to other walk-in clinic and this is the best walk-in clinic I ever experienced in Canada.

Walk-in doctor was kind and seemed genuine. The service front desk staff provided after i had my appointment was horrid, enough to ruin the whole experience at this clinic honestly. I had emailed a PDF form to them I needed filled out ASAP from the doctor, I call a month later, nobody's told the doctor about my email, and they're clueless. Said they would call me again after that phone call, they never did. I still do not have this PDF I need filled out for my schooling.

Dr begum is awesome. Been with her for years, she's honest hardworking caring and available when I need her. What more do you need? Their front desk admins haven't always been the greatest ... But I don't go there for them.

Read below that this clinic thinks its normal to charge people to transfer their files to a new clinic. This is required by law and by no means does the clinic have the right to withhold your confidential or personal information from you or your new doctors, especially for money. That is a scam and a money grab if ive ever heard of one. Ive had my files transferred between PROVINCES for absolutely no charge regularly because I go back and forth to visit my family in Alberta from BC. I have been having knee surgeries and physical health complications since i was a teenager and have NEVER once had to pay for this service.

This is no longer a walk-in clinic. They are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Usually booking 2 weeks out, if they are even answering the phone. I've been calling for 8 business days now and no answer. So make that 3-4 weeks.

I Have only had great service from the receptionist and from Doctor Wong. I put my trust in them and they have never let me down. It is a little strange during this covid time, but i am still able to be attended to by Dr. Wong (and his receptionist) if only by telephone. Dr. Wong's advice and follow up care has indeed saved my life more than one time. I Highly recommend Dr. Wong and His receptionist is very efficient, reminding me of Rx needing to be refilled and appointment follow ups

Walked in. Unable to get in at the time, but the receptionist was very helpful and booked an appointment for me with Dr. Zoya. I was seen by here at the time and date booked, and the attached pharmacy was able to fill my prescriptions quickly. Excellent service.

If you want to get transferred to a full voicemail and don't really need a doctor then this is the place, I don't even know why they have a phone number. I agree that Dr Begum is a fine Dr if the planets align and you get to see her. I don't know what is wrong with the system here but it's terrible. Can't get an appointment no matter how often I try.

Got there right when they opened and was told they were fully booked for the day. NOT a walk in, even though they're labeled as such.

Dr Begum is a quite good doctor, been with her for years and Front desk is also very helpful

Dr. Begum has been my family doctor for over 10 years, I feel very blessed to have her. She is kind, thorough and compassionate. She really listens to what you're trying to say to get to the bottom of your health concern. She's also really good about referrals to specialists when needed/wanted. A very good physician! ❤️

Won’t recommend it. The doctor is very bad temper and very arrogant. They always dismiss every medical conditions you have as minor thing.
