    This has been a great experience thus far and will continue to be until I reach my fitness goals. Deni is great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him highly to anyone wanting a personal trainer. He is an excellent guide-knowledgeable, patient, a motivator and genuinely concerned that you receive the expertise you need to succeed. I went with him not only because of his experience and knowledge but also the fact that he leads by example, having been through his own fitness transformation! Great rates too! I am well on my way to new fitness levels and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Thanks Deni!

    Deni has been my personal trainer for the last 3 months and I can't imagine a better trainer than him. Very very personal and understanding. I'm 52 and haven't been to the gym for a very long time even though I was very athletic in my youth. Deni brought me back to activity in the most thoughtful way. I was nursing injuries from my work and his workout routines were geared to keep my muscle progression happening while not aggravating my injuries. Excellent attention to detail in all aspects. With his personalized diet plan I have lost 20 pounds so far and plan to get in the best shape of my life with Deni's help. Thanks Deni!!

    I am currently in my third month of training with Deni. I believe he's worth every one of the five stars. He is friendly and easy going, but also very professional and attentive to details and safety. I am also impressed by his knowledge and his client service (he comes to each session with a tailored workout plan, and then emails it to you later).

    My wife and I started Training with Deni a month ago(more in the future). We really enjoyed every session with him. He is a professional and happy person to hang out with. definitely recommend him. You will start to hate him because he will push you to the max for your work-out, which is a good thing.

    Deni and Kelsey are amazing trainers and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's starting out or looking to grow in their fitness journey! Kelsey has been training me for the last 3 months and the amount of knowledge, care, patience, and passion she displays has helped me so much. I came to her because I was nervous and totally unsure of where to start again after gaining weight during the pandemic. She's completely taken the worries out of the equation and has shown me that it's actually doable and even enjoyable to live a more active and healthy life. 10/10 would recommend!

    I have had a great experience with Deni’s training sessions! He is knowledgeable, patient and supportive of each individual’s fitness level and goals. I learn a lot from Deni and have seen progress in my strength and mobility. Would definitely recommend!

    Having a history of thyroid problem and heart problems , I tried everything I could to loose weight with no success ! My family Doctor and Cardiologist strongly warned me I NEEDED to loose weight …A friend told me about personal trainers ,Deni and Kelsey Zulic ….. so I started working out with Kelsey and she has taught me how to live a healthier lifestyle …. I have lost 43 pounds so far and just had a heart stress test with my cardiologist and he was so impressed with the test results and how much weight I’ve lost …Thank you Kelsey !     I have been working with Deni for five months and it has been fantastic. What a change I am noticing to my body. I have worked out for many years and noticed improvements over the years. However, the diet and exercise routine Deni suggests are making a big difference. I didn't think I would actually be able to acheive such results. I look forward to every workout, and know I will come away tired and exhilarated! If you want to become more fit and healthy, training with TTF is a great start. Just be ready to commit and listen to Deni's advice and guidance :) JP

    My wife and I have been training with Deni for about 6 months. He is always punctual and prepared and energized for our training. He customizes our training to meet our individual needs. He makes our training fun, motivating us with stories and jokes when required! He has completely turned our attitude towards trading around. We are hooked! Thank you Deni!

    Deni is a great personal trainer, he is professional, passionate and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone because he tailors each workout to your goals. Each session is filled with a variety of exercises. He motivates and watches to ensure your form is correct. His workouts are well thought out and I feel like each session fly's by! He is everything you want in a personal trainer!

    It all began one day when I stumbled across TTF website online. I am kind of a shy person and I was a bit apprehensive, rather scared to work out :D. I took the leap of faith and made the phone call. My experience so far with Deni is nothing short of extraordinary! Deni has been a true mentor and a friend in guiding me towards my goal to get lean and fit! He is very attentive and his style of teaching is very encouraging! His rates are really low compared to other trainers and affordable! This surely makes it a plus point! I would also like to share that he helped me get rid of my irritating back pain, for which I had spent hundreds at a physiotherapist! I could never thank him enough! I highly recommend Deni to anyone who wants to change, get in shape and have fun! And that too at a reasonable price! Thank you Deni!

    Deni is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. His easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout challenging and creative. He also places a high value on correct form with each exercise.     Highly recommended! Encouraged by a friend to work with Deni, I had very low expectations of what could come out of our coaching process. My baseline was very poor. Pre-pandemic, I used to do lap swimming regularly. But I stopped doing that all together during the entire pandemic. And I have had close to zero regular exercise/fitness activities before I started working with Deni in November 2022. As well, I was making really bad food choices for the last three years; hence, when Deni asked what my fitness goals were, my answer was: ‘just keep me alive.’ And I really meant that. Fast forward to today: After just two months of working with Deni and subsequently doing it on my own, I lost over 30 lbs. (from over 170-pound baseline) and all other key metrics (BMI, body fat %, muscle mass, BMR, protein, metabolic age) are all in either good or excellent range levels. Deni’s methodical, research-based approach to working out certainly got ingrained in me. Deni emphasized the importance of form over speed and taking rests in between heavy workout days to allow the body to heal and muscles to build (i.e., it is during your rest days that muscle building happens- not during the workouts themselves). This, coupled with sustainable calorie deficit diet (and by sustainable, again, having ‘breaks’/ indulging in some days was integral to the approach) all contributed to remarkable outcomes for myself. People who have not seen me since November 2022 or earlier could not believe how fast the transformation has happened for me. And I have ended up now being asked for advice on their journey to fitness. Thanks, Deni, for the life-transforming fitness coaching experience!
