I have had dr. Jessica as my GP for several years. She is very efficient in getting things done but tends to interrupt when listening to my concerns. As well, she is not that available during her work week .(very often for calls and or appointments.) I feel she should have a schedule that accommodates her patients more often, and that she doesn’t accept new patients. Perhaps she should discuss this with her receptionists. Alison Shepherd

Just had good experiences with this Clinic, Dr Eric is very professional, he really listened to my concerns and made sure that I was aware of all treatment options I had.Dr Jessica is also an amazing professional, she made me feel very comfortable . All front desk staff are super friendly, the contact via phone or email with the clinic is always super fast and efficient.🙂

I have found this clinic to be very helpful! I saw Dr Xiu and he was able to thoroughly assess my issues and refer me to the appropriate specialists. Dr Xiu also has good punctuality and prompt follow up. I have definitely appreciated this clinic.

Nada Bodruzic is the worst doctor ever, I don’t know if I should even call her a doctor. I wish I could give her 0 stars. Doesn’t keep to any of her appointments and is changing them all the time. Has not taken an appointment since November and supposedly only takes phone appointments. Made a few phone appointments and all get cancelled on the day of. Please avoid this doc at all times.

I called in after a phone consult because I wanted to verify that my doctor had my correct email address. The receptionist misunderstood and assumed I was impatient. I don’t know if I called in at the wrong time because there’s nothing but good reviews here but the lady was rude, sarcastic and very condescending.

Receptionists are good! however their needs to be more improvement with scheduling and my GP as she tends to speak over me sometimes when I'm expressing certain medical issues. Review Edit: I called them back after a few tries they apologized for the delay A+ for that!

Consulting Dr. Eric is not a good decision because he always says that the symptoms are from covid. Furthermore, he doesn't prescribe anything other than Tylenol, which doesn't help with his symptoms.

The doctors and staff at Edmonds Health Centre are friendly, helpful and enjoy a giggle with their patients. Dr Xu is a wonderful, empathetic doctor who always puts my husband and my concerns to the forefront! A high five to this medical centre team✋️

Really nice & patient. Helped me understand how to function in life regarding health services for non residents. The next door pharmacy attendants also helped me with the use of my medicines & gave me other options & information in a really patient way ♡

Dr. Nada Bodruzic and her staff operates a friendly clinic in the Edmonds neighborhood. My cholesterol was trending upwards (due to poor eating habits) before I had a check-up with her. During my follow-up, she pointed out that I didn’t need to take any pills and said *It’s high but you know what you must do*. Took it as a wake up call and went back to the gym right away and started to cut back on a lot of things. This clinic provides better service then your standard walk-in clinics. I recommend this clinic to all friends and family in the neighborhood. When they accept new patients again, please jump on the opportunity!

As a customer service worker, this is one of the best health centers I’ve been to. Everyone is so lovely and helpful toward their patients, and I know I’m not the only patient that feels this way. I live in Richmond, so it’s not very convenient to travel to the clinic, but I’ll be willing to take more than 1hrs to travel to the clinic if I continue to receive this kind of fantastic experience. I already said thank you to all the staff in the clinic, but I feel like they need more recognition for their kindness! I hope they continue their good work :)

As a walk in they accommodated for me right away as I was in a lot of pain in my leg from a sport injury. I felt the people here are caring from the receptionists to seeing Dr. Timothy. I highly recommend this clinic.

They will consult you and then tell you you owe them money without telling you prior to the consultation how much it will cost and whether you want it or not. Super unprofessional practices.

Ground level location, arrive early, before 10 am for best service.

The owner has gotten so busy she has hired more doctors. Masks still mandatory in medical facilities. Some doctors only work Fridays. It is closed weekends and holidays. Only 2 questions per visit.

Had a disappointing experience at this clinic, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the reception staff. In particular, there was one Indian girl who lacked basic courtesy and phone etiquette.The reception girls are rude and should be kicked out for the service they are providing!! It's essential for a clinic to hire staff who have manners and can interact with clients respectfully.

Very rude reception staff don’t have patience to listen ppl what are they asking for… always phone lines are busy you should be lucky to get someone after 2 hrs of calling…

Very rude and unprofessional behaviour of the receptionists. Update: I already gave my review about the receptionist but I would like to share what happened after that, which I still cannot digest. So I got a call from my family doctor the next day I wrote my review that if I am free to come which I thought would be a doctor's appointment as I requested for medical document from my family doctor earlier. To my surprise, he called me over just to discuss the negative Google review for 33 minutes which I believe I have the right to give as it's a public service. Also I was shown the screenshot of my Google review by the doctor and felt like I was getting interrogated. What a waste of time! Doctor said sorry on behalf of his representative after hearing my part of the story which is appreciated. But the whole experience I had was too much to take. I'm not sure if in this centre every patient gets a call for an in-person appointment with doctors just to discuss about negative reviews which they've given for the receptionists. He also asked me why to give the review while you can take another service! Let me tell you Dr. Vahan Hakobyan, initially I didn't think of taking another service just because a receptionist lady (probably Sumani, as you said ) spoke rudely and was loud without any reason was not important to me, I went there to get your treatment as I liked you as my family doctor. Though how you've called me in-person, showed the screenshot of my Google review and in the whole 33 mins you never asked about my health conditions which I am having, made me think otherwise. Also, initially I didn't think it'd be worth of your time to talk to you about her behaviour before giving the Google review. I would suggest you to go further and try to find and listen to phone conversation I had with your assistant if you'd like. I noticed that there are other negative reviews too which you need look at closely. Furthermore, you would be surprised to know how many people get help just because people give Google review as well as not fuel the wrong behaviour people think they can get away with! He lost my respect as a doctor that day! He might again read and keep a screenshot of this updated one too! Thanks!
