Mucho Burrito as a Mexican food chain has my heart. I would skip home food and rely on their food any given day. That's how healthy and fresh their vegetables are. However, every time I go at this location. I regret giving them business. Forget about good customer service experience these guys are so straight faced and rude. Such a shame!

The portions here are very large! The food itself is okay. Part of the reason for this is that they have so many customers that they Rush while making your food, therefore you don't get to customize your food as you feel rushed to move from Station to Station. We're also very quiet so I was unable to hear the options that were providing me as they were trying to build my burrito. I would return if they could modify the way that we ordered the food.

Mucho Burrito makes the best darn Mexican salads that are so filling and tasty . The crunch , the freshness is amazing on the pallet . What’s nice is I ate until I was comfortable then put it in my fridge and came back for more and it’s still amazing .

The bowl was good. Burrito wasn't that great because it was all stuffed in and not.oxed properly so the taste wasn't same all across. Go for bowl here, probably the way they mix it isn't good enough

You need to know what you want / or decide & read the menu fast - they are speedy. Everyone in their "position" 😁 You get the "hang of it" after couple of visits...ha haaa...Wish they could be more "personal" - so not to feel rushed and more like a "valued" customer. Great food. Good sizes. Nice flavors. Fresh. Clean seated area. Like the high table in the middle. Busy, but never crowded. Did I mention FAST service??? Easy parking.

This place is essentially an upgraded Chipotle. More options for toppings - yet they will charge you extra for more than two. I am a big fan of the carnitas - super juicy and tender. Their burritos are also massive.

Really good service and food. Their staff is really good as well. Their 10$ is a value for money ( it’s a temporary combo for sometime).

The food never disappoints! So fresh and delicious and healthy! The staff is always friendly and they put a good portion of food on each order. My family will always come back.

Travelled from Vancouver purposely to come and eat at Mucho burrito. Customer Service was absolutely zero. The girls behind the counter were so rude. I ordered chips and salsa on the side. The chips that were given to me were the ones that have been sitting on the counter, not warm whatsoever. Ingredients going into the burritos are not even full portions of the measurement utensils there to be using. Overall not pleasant staff. None of them smiling.

Food tastes fairly good, poor customer service. The lady was very rude and was very inpatient. Items asked were wrong and the lady seems not care about the customers at all. She was informed by another employee to walk up and greet.

Today is cinco de Mayo. They have a special all day long of $6.99 for a burrito. I ordered a burrito. They didn't even asked me if I wanted the special. Instead they started making a regular mucho burrito for me. Didn't notice how much I paid until I got home.

I love that you can customize your own plausibly healthy burrito or salad here. Quick competent service and clean place. Open fairly late, which is very handy.

Unfriendly, but could care less. My main complain is the food. The rice wasn't fully cooked and the food gave me and my spouse a stomach ache shooting for the bathroom. 🥵 Taste is just average. Nothing special.

Mucho Burrito is my version of heaven. The best time to go is when a fresh new batch of beef or shrimp is made. I usually grab a burrito bowl and some churros. The bowls are really filling and taste really good depending on the type of combo for your burrito bowl you get. The service is great and really fast. The staff are nice and welcoming. The restaurant is clean and well- organized. The highlight of this place is the churros. The churros are well-made, tasty and warm. The churros are also made on the spot, so they are always warm. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The experience is really on that types of meat and vegetables you like, keep experimenting for the best experience.

Food is great but the young gal (with the glasses) service absolutely sucks. The main guy who works there is cool but the gal clearly hates her job. Not the best reflection of your business

Had a veggie bowl. It tastes so bad. I would rather go to Chipotle. The guy in the green T shirt had a very bad customer service. No recommendations at all. He just wants me to get out of his face. Will never go there again.

I had a really good experience visiting this store last week. The staff was very professional and offered me different suggestions. The quality of the food was great and everything was fresh. The salsa was amazing!!

overall this location is decent - i've found the male stuff are typically much nicer than the female staff, and not sure why that is. one time i came about 20 minutes before closing, and the server was extremely rude - so i left - but that was 1 time out of the 15 times ive been there. the portion sizes are generous and the quality of food is good.

First time eating here. The woman who helped me with recommendations was accommodating but the food was bland and, for the price it’s going for, not enough to tempt me to return The meats (the chicken and both types of beef) were all dry, tough, and under seasoned. Seemed like every ingredient was lacking in flavour, from the corn tortilla to the salsas. One thing I did like were the mango bits in the mango salsa. Whatever other ingredients were in there were forgettable. Nothing about the food stood out whatsoever. If you want something bland and filling, you’d be better off going to the nearby Subway for half the price

Food is actually pretty good. A big part of our delivery order was missing. Called the restaurant and they didn’t seem bothered. $50 for 2 regular burrito combos, not super impressed honestly.

Arsh and his team catered for our conference lunch this past weekend and it was amazing!!! It was a large group to feed and they did not flinch!!! And not only was the food delicious but they were fast, courteous, and so much fun to work with!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Food is great, some of female staff speak quietly then get sarcastic when you can’t hear them speak and ask to repeat the question. Unfortunate experience with staff who seem to hate their jobs, even when being friendly.
