I must admit, the London Drugs Veganuary product range and offers hugely exceeded my expectations!! Some of the products and offers are awesome. This branch is nested within a convenient location with useful amenities including Auto Broker Insurance ICBC, Postal collection, photo lab and pharmacy (not Compound FYI) You can always grab yourself a deal and they always have discounted seasonal products available for big savings. My prior experiences and interactions with staff members are mixed, but nothing over dramatic. My only gripe about this store is just the randomness of products available and there is no real organization or structure.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Went to this location to get Tylenol as it said online that this store had the particular Tylenol we were looking for. When we couldn’t find it on the shelves, we asked the customer service lady (she had a goth like appearance with black hair, black eye shadow, black lipstick etc.) and showed her a picture of the item we were looking for but she rudely told us that the Pharmacy was closed so she couldn’t access the inventory. Then when we asked for a rain check, she again rudely told me to scroll back to the picture we showed her so she can see the sku number or something. I’ve asked rain checks in other location and we usually don’t get rudely told to scroll through our pictures to see the sku number. We usually don’t even need to show any picture to the worker. We also felt she was quite racist and discriminatory as we observed her servicing a white couple before us with completely opposite demeanour and attitude. Night and day! And then, after experiencing that, we decided not to check out our purchases with her and decided to line up at another cashier. But, this worker was just as rude. She sharply asked us if we had LD extras (are we in a military?) and she threw the receipt to us when we were done. I’ve always thought that it isn’t so hard to gently hand over the receipt to the customer? Anyway, we will never come back to this location. I don’t need to spend my money in places such as this. Tip to the manager: Looking at the other poor and similar reviews of this location, maybe try screening and hiring people that actually want to be in customer service and has the basic skills to do so!

The bags have been removed from the self-checkout tills since I was last there. When I walked around looking for some (after paying for it), a staff member named Kia waved her arms, shouting at me, then walked within inches of my face, tilted her head, and scolded me like a two-year-old and said, "If you want a bag, you have to ask me for it and I will bring one to you." Okay, so if it's obvious I'm looking for a bag, offer one? Don't give me a lecture and tell me how I need to plead for something I've paid for. How am I supposed to know the new bag policies – are they THAT concerned someone is going to steal a paper bag they had to remove them all and now staff hands them to you one at a time? Jeez. The entire reason why I go to self checkout so I can do it myself and I don't want to have to speak to anyone to pack my items.

I live near this London Drugs location and I'm so happy it's here. This location is located just inside the mall near a parking lot. They have an ICBC which is convenient for your car insurance purposes. There's a Canada Post inside at the back of the store. There is a pharmacy and photo lab which take passport photos. There is a single washroom stall just inside the entrance near the customer service desk. There is a tech area with a service counter as well as a beauty counter. They have a large area with packaged groceries. Around the holiday season just inside the middle of the store they have a large gift section. This store has almost everything you could possible need. I enjoy their LD extras rewards program. Aside from getting busy at times and needing to wait for assistance I have no complaints. It's like a mini Walmart but better 🤩

Brought my Macbook in for repair after a bad experience at the Apple store. Staff were helpful, the service was cheaper than what the Apple store quoted me, and I didn't have to deal with the crowded nightmare that is the Metrotown Apple store. Normally I don't bother writing reviews, but the technician, Mazda, went above and beyond so kudos to him. Would recommend over the Apple store.

Talked to a male pharmacist regarding my father’s medication. His family doctor is out of the country and will not be back one month later than he said he would, as a result, my father is short on one of the medicine and has no prescription for that. I asked the pharmacist if he can give emergency supply but instead of talking polite and patiently, he was super rude and was too lazy to look at me when talking. Seriously considering changing pharmacy

Customer service lady was very rude , idk her name but she had very black hair and a goth appearance with sharp eyebrows. She’s was very rude , I didn’t see anyone at customer service but then I saw someone who was crouched down behind the counter (she was looking for something I guess) so I said excuse me , I’m looking for covid tests and she doesn’t say anything she just throws the covid test box to me and she’s like here(she didn’t even stand up she just spoke to me crouching down ) . And then I said may i get a second one and shes like nope there’s 5 in there. And then I said I need a second box as well. And shes like ummm there’s a one per person rule here. Her tone was so bad… terrible service.

Store manager is rude to customers 👎 Witnessed the bald manager try to take a bunch of a customers items from her basket back to stock, and when she told him it was her’s, he responded in a very rude tone, “How was I supposed to know that?” Whether or not you were in a bad mood, that kind of behaviour is unacceptable especially from the store manager of all people…

All the staff at this location have no idea what they are doing except for walking around the aisles without helping any customers. Very rude and disrespectful to customers when being asked a question. They lack in customer service and knowledge. Interesting enough, the male shift supervisor and the female assistant manager don’t know how to do their jobs properly. Such a joke.

I usually like shopping at this London Drug because of its cleanliness but tonight’s experience is really disappointing. I got there at around 7 and not many staff on the floor for assistance(most are stocking). I needed help to open the Yugioh card locked box and a staff helped eventually. He sent me to customer service right away. I was hoping to have the item in hand price matched and was ready to go to show them the price I found on this Canadian website. I had a couple items price matched from this website before. I thought this time will go smoothly as well. Unfortunately no. The price difference is a few bucks off. The lady at customer service asked me to check out on the website to show her the shipping fee and all associated fee to see if she can do it. I was really taken back by surprise. I said to her, forget it I am just going to order online then since she put me through the process of one button away from checking out.

Felt harassed by staff in LD I visit this store regularly every couple days to do business at the post office. When I visit, I browse to stock up for biz&personal items. I was in the cosmetics section, with a cart, and the employee greeted me, came over a couple times to see if I needed help. But then she repeatedly came over and around me to check and even the other staff being trained was hovering behind me as I was crouched looking at some 2x1 soaps and as i went through the aisles 1st employee again asked me if i was done,"Nope, still looking at all the items, is there a time limit or something?" (by this time it felt personal that she asked if I was done).she also said to please pay at the cosmetics counter, which to me translates to "I know you'll run out with the cart and your boxes" (from post office).I felt i needed to detach, so i went into the larger aisles where i also felt followed by other employees. I paid at cosmetics and the 2nd employee was Very rude, unwelcoming, like i was inconveniencing her.

I went to London drug photography department to pick up my photos on March 22 . This was my first time to pick up photos in this store, so I didn’t know if it was the right place. I saw some people were waiting for taking pictures, so I wanted to ask the rep working in that department if that was also the line for pickup, but she was very impatient, not even let me ask my question, but just told me to get away and wait. I understand she might be busy at that time but I don’t think this is the right way to treat customers.

Horrible Photo Lab! I waited 20 minutes just to get served and then another 25 minutes just to get my photo taken. I was the first one to come for the photo and the last one that got their photo taken of! They served those that came last first. And then they were changing the film for forever when it was my turn. Unbelievable! People don’t have a whole day to wait around, especially on weekdays.

My first impression of this London Drugs store was that it is slightly dated. I was there to purchase a soundbar for my new TV, and the sales worker at the electronics section did a fine job introducing me to the different brands and current discounts associated with the soundbars. In the end, I purchased the Sony soundbar with subwoofer, which was on sale. I was even offered to help carry out to the parking lot from the in-mall store. I thought that was very kind and helpful. But that was not all! Four days later, I saw a steeper discounted price from BestBuys of the same model, so I came back to this London Drugs electronics store and another sales worker helped with a price match. Overall, I could not be happier with the purchase experience. Thank you for taking the time caring for your customers! Will surely return again.

The lady working in the cosmetics department was rude. When I enquired about a specific product( which I use on a daily basis) She told me that there’s no such product exist in the market just because London drugs don’t carry it. And when I replied her that I use it daily and want to buy it because I ran out of it. she came back saying ok then comeback to me with the product and prove to me wrong. I don’t go to a store to have an argument or to prove anyone wrong. I go there to buy product that I need.

I visited this London Drug store on November 12th in the morning. I do not know the rep’s name in the photography & camera department, but he gave me incorrect information and his attitude to a customer was slow, rude and not supportive at all. Even his manager (supervisor) was pretty much the same. The store was quite slow though. I felt uncomfortable and I thought that I did do something wrong to them. I was very disappointed at their unfriendly services. I like London Drug stores to visit and look around; however, I won’t visit the Brentwood branch anymore.

Short on selection. Overpriced merchandise. Don’t buy batteries there unless you want to pay almost double Save-on-Foods price. One box of toys showed manufacturers srp as $15. LD price at $25, on for limited time big special of $13.

I went to pick up my new television today. The guys in the Electronics department , including the mgr who was wearing an awesome Christmas sweater, couldn’t have been more helpful. No pressure on the sale, no up-selling and they took the time to explain all my questions. Great stuff!

We went to this London Drugs for PR photos, the staff there is really professional and well knowledge about what the requirements of the PR photos. His staff number is 73498. He was supper patient and well guiding us to make the pose and hair be more qualified to the approvals level. He also helped us double checked the stamp behind the photos at the end and made sure we walk away with exactly what we needed. We highly appreciate his time and efforts assisting us with this matter.

👎🏻👎🏻Disappointing Customer Service at London Drugs Brentwood Mall👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I had an unfortunate experience at London Drugs Brentwood Mall today, June 15, 2023, around 8:14 pm. While waiting in line at the Customer Service area, I observed a male staff member who, after helping a customer, abruptly left and moved to a corner. He then informed us, "There's a self-service option available for debit or credit payments." I was taken aback by the behavior of a staff member assigned to the "Customer Service" area. It clearly indicates a lack of understanding of what Customer Service entails. Furthermore, the male staff member continued to disregard us and appeared preoccupied. Another staff member, named Kia and wearing a name tag, worsened the situation by witnessing her colleague's behavior and failing to apologize for his actions, instead appearing to endorse them. It is disheartening to encounter such a poor level of customer service where the person assigned to the customer service area should possess strong interpersonal skills and provide assistance to all customers impartially. This experience left me deeply disappointed. 👎🏻 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

like other people have experienced, they seem to do some kind of racial profiling and assume anyone who's not white or is young looking is out to steal. I caught the bald headed manager or security or whatever he was staring at me while I was paying at self-checkout. You come across as racist and make people feel unwelcome, sir.

Can only speak for the insurance sector of this store as that is what I came to do. Jeff from the insurance counter helped us out when we were in a jam. Highly recommend to go to him for your insurance needs !

The staff across the board at this pharmacy has been consistently helpful, pleasant, patient, and informative for the years I've been filling prescriptions here. They've gone what I consider above and beyond multiple times to make sure my child and I are aware of our options, the dangers and benefits, cost management, etc. Even with staffing issues, they've been fairly prompt and accurate in their wait time predictions.

Shopping atmosphere is good. Employees are nice and friendly. Shopping floor is a bit dirty. Price is not bad on promotion. Credit cards accepted. Check out speed is fast. Mall food court is nearby in short walking distance. Both free and paid parking lots available.

Seems small but has everything except fresh food. Only 1 small ice-cream freezer. Pros: they always have good discounts for chocolates. They even have 2 rows for chocolate of every brands. The pharmacy closes pretty quick but all staffs are nice and helpful. And they have Canadian post. Cons: I don’t think people come for electronic products much but they have it a large section. It would be great if they have bigger grocery section like more fresh products since Brentwood mall has a lot of unused spaces. Love their manager’s special price anyway.

Why no matter where you go in Vancouver, people look miserable and unfriendly. It is very sad to me that everywhere you go in this city know one cares. The first thing they say to you. Bag? Sorry? Hi there how are you today. And then of course it's only one sided response. It's so sad that ppl act so miserable, it like there is nothing inside , where is the kindness? Basic manners?

I came here to take a photo for an important application and Anthony did an amazing job! I had earlier gone to a different London Drugs and they botched up my photo. Anthony re-took the photo without charging me again, and also did a phenomenal job with making sure that the photo met the required specifications. I highly recommend this place for your passport / immigration photos!

I usually go to Shoppers for any quick purchases but recently I have been going to LD as they have a bigger selection of items. my recent experience was sweet, I was in a rush and one of the service associates, Sonia, was patient with helping find the items I was looking for and even told me about a promotion on one of the items that reduced my bill. great service and kind people!
