Burlington Square

Shopping center

🫤 Burlington Square has quite a few nice shops, but parking is an extreme pain. Very limited spots, and street parking a full block around is full. Best bet is up Kingsway, and street pay parking. People often mention parking,

This is a small niche market mainly Asian stores etc... I come here for the store called memory express. For you computer geeks you know how we had NCIX the store linus Sabastian from Linus Tech Tips on YouTube used to work at. NCIX was right beside my house in langley but they closed down also they had locations all over the place but not the replacement for them is Memory Express and there is one other store called computer something in the lower mainland which is our version of like micro center for you lucky Americans as micrometer is like the size of bestbuy and strictly bc components. It's like an entire Newegg in store instead of online. Which Is a pc builders dream! I would love to look at feel and see the components in real life and decide before making the purchases!!! Way better than just buying from Amazon and choosing your components from pictures. Anways great little market they have here. 👍👌

I like the square itself and how you can cross walking from Burlington Ave to Royal Oak Ave, but I would like it to have different stores.

Had the worst experience at memory express but the best pizza from a little cafe there was really good... so a good balance deserves a 3

The parking is simply down right horrible: A tight space with the spaces usually unavailable - LOL!

this area is behind Oyama sushi hoise. it's really a small area with some shops. parking is always unavailable bec it only accommodates a few cars. there's disabled parking but not wheelchair friendly since it doesn't have a wide space. there is paid street parking outside and under the building. the stores here are getting a bit better and some are worth hanging out in. i would come back again but parking is bad

It's a strip mall! Actually, it's actually an interesting property because it has what looks like a large heritage house.

This parking lot is terrible. The 30 minute only spots are always filled and no one seems to enforce the rule.
