Ordered pizza online as you can't pay for your order over the phone. Despite the website stating that delivery wait time was 45 minutes, my order pizza arrived within 29 minutes. Driver followed instructions and left pizza with hotel staff at front desk, and then called to let me know my food had arrived. I ordered a medium all meat with pineape instead of salami. Pizza was good, and the amount of toppings was great. I had traditional crust and it was crisp without being greasy, over done or over filling. Only reason I don't rate experience a 5 was their website does not tell you what the delivery charge is until you finalise your order. I prefer to know up front, before I place an order, what if anything the restaurant charges for delivery.

I forgot about Bella Pizza for a few years (I used to order from Bella when I lived in the West End and again when I moved to Burnaby), but after run of the mill pizza from chains, I wanted to find something a little different and happily came across Bella Pizza. Ordered the Masterpiece Pizza this evening and it was great - good crust, plenty of flavor, right amount of toppings. While delivery was a little bit past the promised time, it certainly was not excessive and the delivery guy was really friendly and courteous. Glad I discovered Bella again - I will be ordering from here in the future.

Best pizza I’ve had in the area for sure. Toppings are great and fresh, the crust is the perfect consistency. Service is fantastic. Their website could use some work especially on the mobile side but ordering online still works and is convenient.

Bella Pizza is the home of the best pizza in Burnaby! They are a family oriented business and I am always welcomed with a big hello and greeted by my first name (So cool they remember my name). Apparently, I am the first to ever receive the HEART dough, I am forever honoured and hope these continue for the rest of time that I live in Burnaby. Thank you for all that you do and for being a part of my Friday nights at least once a month.

Used to be our go to place for pizza but horrendous service today. Placed an online order for pick up. We showed up at the designated time. Order wasn't ready... They said 10 more mins. Not sure if they have changed owners but the people working today (didn't recognize them) seemed to be over their heads. Everyone was having issues getting their orders. The delivery guy kept telling them to shut down online orders but they wouldn't so he had to shut it down himself. They kept making other people's orders before ours. Kept telling us it would be ten more minutes and then they get the outset wrong again. This happened a few times. Turns out they gave out our order to the delivery driver. He finally came back with our order when he realized he took the wrong order. Finally got our order an hour past the appointed time (probably over 1.5 hrs after ordering it). The woman working there really didn't seem like she wanted to be there. The guy working kept telling her to help the customers but she didn't want to. Of course, our food wasn't hot since the delivery guy took it. And the garlic bread congealed so it as a mess too. Probably won't be back here. Shame since they used to be good

Delicious handcrafted stone baked Italian pizza is what you can expect from Bella Pizza! I have been a long time supporter of Bella Pizza and for good reason. Every pizza I have ever gotten from them has been A+ and you can never go wrong with the spicy ranch dip! Amazing! This is also a family owned and operated establishment run by an amazing family. If you are looking to support local, this is the way to go!! Another small but impactful benefit is they put a dough ball in the middle to prevent the top of the pizza box from hitting the cheesy goodness instead of one of those plastic tables

I LOVE Bella Pizza and I do recommend you try it at least once in your lifetime as you might be pleasantly surprised in a good way. If you have time read on: I have been a customer of the Bella Pizza franchise since 1991! If memory serves me well, back then there were about 11 franchises around the Lower Mainland. I frequented the Richmond and Vancouver locations often and had even had a family friend that worked as a "Pizzaiolo" there as well. I thought the franchises had all been closed but was happy to recently find this Burnaby location still in existence. Needless to say their pizza stays true and authentic to the original pizza I used to have such a long time ago. This is NOT your classic neopolitan minimalist style of pizza nor is it your typical fast food North American type of restraunt pizza of which I appreciate both. At Bella Pizza they use high quality ingredients and their pizza dough and generous toppings are plenty, fresh and flavorful. The taste of their pizzas is unique and recognizable. Certainly distinguishable from the other many pizza offerings found elsewhere. You will know that you are eating a Bella Pizza if you were blind tested. Their customer service is also outstanding. The shop owners and chef (a very happy and kind husband / wife (the chef) team) are very friendly, warm and welcoming. I was greeted with sincere smiles and the energy and passion they have for their business and product was infectious. The husband in particular is his wife's greatest supporter and he was quick to praise her for the hard work she puts in every day to their business and her many accomplishments she's achieved over the years. I wish that every person had a champion on their side like this. It would make the world a much better place. So, whether you live nearby in the neighborhood OR live further away in a different city like myself, if you love pizza and appreciate its variety, please give Bella Pizza a try, you might be pleasantly surprised by their unique offerings and take on pizza. I do recommend for you to try their pizza at least once: if you are adventurous perhaps try the "Master Piece" or the slightly spicier "Capricciosa", two of my favorites. They also have a vast selection and more "basic" options available. I also encourage you to simply support their family business. It's always a good thing to give our support to local home grown businesses that originated in BC. I for one will certainly be coming back and they've now got a loyal customer for years to come. Have been enjoying Bella pizza for 20 years! However not so much for the last several orders.

One of the best pizzas we have ever had since our arrival in Vancouver. Very very yummy pizza. The owner is very sweet, customizes the order according to our preference without any second thoughts. Very friendly and polite people. Thanks for a lovely and tasty experience Bella Pizza.

How is this place rated 4.4 stars? Wings were tiny and dry. Pizza dough was so tough and the cheese didn't even stick onto it. Lasagna was meatless and overly sweet. Wanted to support local but your better off ordering from dominos a few doors down. Don't order from here,you'll be disappointed

The pizza tasted good. However, when I ordered lasagna through the Uber Eats app, they mistakenly left out a crucial ingredient according to the critics' standards(dem pesky kids!!!), which made it less enjoyable.

I ordered a large double cheese pizza and was quite disappointed because a friend had referred me. The pizza was very dry. The cheese was very dry lol… The friend that referred me had a slice too. I thought Dominos pizza was better and cheaper too lol

I was initially disappointed that they didn't sell sliced pizza, but later was glad that I bought a small pizza (The Vegetarian Diavola) because it was really good. Not your average fast food pizza. From order to receiving pizza, took about 10-12mins.

Quality has gone down the last few years. Used to be my fav pizza spot. No longer The owner doesn't care if customers wait in the lobby for them to make the correct pizza, after being told they made the wrong one. Was quoted 20 mins from the time I called, it took 50 mins by the time I was out the door. No apology or effort to make it right. He asked me where I was educated.. okay pizza shop guy

I like the flavour but 1 piece of ultra thin ham per piece for a Hawaiian is cheap. Used to be 5 stars but a stingy pizza is lame

Toppings were fresh, lots of cheese, crust was on point, not overly greasy... and that little ball of bread to keep the lid from sinking into the pizza instead of a little plastic thing - brilliant! The staff were so friendly too! Lived in this neighbourhood for almost 15 years and I can't believe I've never tried this place before. Lots of pizza to make up for...

I was greatly looking forward to my lasagna with meat sauce and garlic bread. However when I tasted it the lasagna was not made with the typical spices. It was made with a strong curry spice. The garlic bread was made with dill spice. The Caesar salad tasted good but had brown bits on the lettuce. I was very disappointed but if you enjoy curry you may like it. Also the delivery charge was a steep $9.95.🤟👎

Don’t call yourself lasagna if you are not real lasagna!!!!!!!!! The crust is too thick and not crispy. No parmesan cheese powder in the Caesar salad. The price is cheap but it should be cheaper for the taste it has.

My family and I accidentally walked into this pizzeria and were pleasantly surprised. The pizza turned out to be very tasty, with a lot of toppings and most importantly cheese, and was cooked on a stone. the hostess was very hospitable and kind to us. I recommend everyone to visit this family pizzeria, where they welcome you and cook with soul!
