Best gym in Minnesota, hands-down. Premium, well-kept facility with the best of the best equipment, stellar lighting, and the most knowledgeable and helpful owners. Not only is it a gym, it's a community where everyone pushes and supports one another to achieve their goals. If you're looking for THE ultimate gym in Minnesota, it's Iron Alliance.

This is the gym to be at. The bar has been raised and a new benchmark has been set. Not only is the gym clean and equipment top-of-the-line - the owners, trainers, and members are all the exact type of people you want to surround yourself with when pushing beyond your own limits and pursuing the best version of yourself. The lighting is pretty dope, too. 6 stars.

Iron alliance has some the best and most extensive equipment in the TC’s. We were greeted by one of the owners, Paige, and she was such a great example of how a business should be run. She gave us a quick tour and also described how their equipment was unique and how to use it. This is definitely the place south of the river for hardcore bodybuilding or gym rats. Plus the place was immaculate and had some great lifting swag!

Hands down the best gym in Minnesota, excellent customer service, and not to mention top notch equipment. The gym is always kept clean and staff members do a great job in answering any questions for the members. The gym is worth every penny and I would recommend Iron Alliance to anyone. The gym has an awesome and really unique vibe if you want a serious workout. I’ve been a member since they opened in the fall and this places continues to get better and better.

If you’ve been to Golds Gym in Venice, this place is even better than that. They have machines I’ve never tried before in my entire life. If you are looking for a place to workout whether you are a beginner, getting back into things, or an experienced lifter this is the best gym in Minnesota hands down. Period. Great welcoming staff and awesome people and a friendly atmosphere to all!

Amazing gym & owners!!!!! So many cool and unique pieces of equipment. Many of the machines allow you to adjust it so you can focus on different parts of the lift. I've never seen that at a gym. Its the first gym where I could reach and grip the handles for the leg extension machine too. There is a posing room, which is incredible if you're a competitor. Definitely a gym where it'll bring out the inner savage and motivate you to train hard. Do yourself a favor & check it out!

I have been going to the basic gym and I heard about this place. Geared towards bodybuilding, I wanted to go somewhere that is in that space. The equipment is something I have never seen before and the staff helped me right away my first time there. Made me feel instantly comfortable in an environment that looks intimidating. So friendly, I felt like a part if the gym right away. There was even another member that helped me out and explained the equipment and so very friendly chatted with me. I absolutely love this place and will be going back.

I initially signed up for Iron because of the wide variety of machines - As a disabled individual I rely heavily on machines for my workouts. The variety and quality of machines is far beyond any gym I’ve visited, which has greatly improved the quality of my workouts. Alongside equipment, another big draw to Iron is the strong sense of community and togetherness. I can say without a doubt that Iron is the friendliness and most welcoming gym I’ve visited - There is a strong current of respect and humility throughout the community, in which everyone, from IFBB pros to first-time gym-goers, is regarded with the same esteem. I highly recommend this gym to any fitness level and to anyone looking to level up their training and/or sense of community.

Iron Alliance leads by example. The attitude of the friendly and caring owners and trainers is truly contagious. This is the reason they own the most positive and inclusive gym, the reason I've been welcomed with open arms since day one, and the reason I love spending almost every day in this gym.

Iron Alliance is a gym that embodies community that people dream about. The equipment is top-tier, atmosphere is free of judgement, and encompasses a family that encourages individuals of all fitness levels. I truly don’t think my first year as a bodybuilder would have been as successful and positive without this gym, what it offers, and the relationships members are able to make with each other. A true gem in Minnesota.

Best gym I’ve ever been to. Minnesota is plagued with chain-everything and to finally have an independent gym outside of the cities with modern, optimized machines and equipment is a godsend. The owners are lovely people and made me feel so welcome. I can feel a level of respect here between the gym members and the owners that isn’t present at the chain gyms in the area. I won’t be going anywhere else. I want these guys to do well. Thank you Jeff, Kirsten, Paige, and Derek for filling a huge void in the south metro with an incredible gym!
